I went to Tire Choice to have my snow tires installed they done an excellent job and they also let me know of some other problems that I had going on with my vehicle I really appreciate that I will definitely be using them in the future highly recommend them

This shop misdiagnosed a problem with my parking brake that ended up costing $600. The issue did not resolve, leaving my car in a dangerous condition. When I took it back in they adjusted the brakes and it seemed to fix the problem. They would not show me the old part they took off to prove it was faulty and needed replaced. A few days later it malfunctioned again. I cannot get ahold of the company (Monro) that owns the shop for customer service. This was a nightmare experience and you should avoid this shop.

Took my car here while visiting family was pleased with their oil change but when I asked them to do a complimentary inspection of the vehicle they came back with nothing needing to be done… One week later I happened to take my car to the Nissan dealership back home to address some other issues and this is what my tires looked like. The outside tread looked fine which tells me they just walked around and didnt actually lift the vehicle up to inspect anything. Hopefully this is just a one off but if they did an inspection of the vehicle they shouldve caught this.

I was told by other shops that I needed four brand new tires, so I called Mr. Tire and set up an appointment to get four tires. The guys took my car back, and came back to let me know that I actually only needed one tire! So thankful that they were honest with me and didn’t just take my money because I didn’t know. They were great and fast, will definitely be coming back!!

The customer service was good but they never told me what oil would be put in. I assumed they wouldn’t rip me off. It was my mistake. They charged me over 70 dollars for a small car just for the oil change. I have a truck with a much larger oil capacity using synthetic and it was cheaper somewhere else! I thought going somewhere else other than the dealer would be cheaper but I was wrong. Honda was going to charge me 56. I think they gave me the most expensive oil without explaining it to me. I found out the cost as I was checking out. If you go here make sure you verify what they are doing and what you actually need before you let them change your oil. It was also a 20 dollar labor charge which is a joke to me. BE CAREFUL. I recommend going somewhere else.

Absolute joke this place. If you go in with a coupon or an offer, they never honor it. Today went in with a oil change coupon that i got through the mail and he attempted to reject it, and still insisted on charging me more than what the coupon was for. Had this happen to me a few months back also.But the worst part is they said they done tire rotation, I had marked the front inner tires with chalk to check - id never use this specific MrTire location again. The crew they have is fine the manager is the biggest issue, he loves overcharging and taking forever to check you out.

I was there about a week and a half ago for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Upon calling for appointment I asked how long it would take for them to get this service done since I had to be at work by 11 am and they quoted me an hour and a half. When I arrived they said oh no itll be 2 hours--2 hours and 15 minutes. I left my vehicle at 8 am and came back at 10 am. When I arrived to pick it up they decided to take it back when upon my arrival and not do the tire rotation since my tires looked fine the way they were even though theyre not even a year old. The alignment looks good, but didnt appreciate have to wait over 2 1/2 hrs to get it done and not have the tires rotated.

This place is amazing. I mean, they really, really make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out. I take all of my vehicles here for everything. From the small talk to the 5 star service you receive! They go above and beyond! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My sister recommended them to me and I was not disappointed. I blew a tire and desperately needed a new one. The guys at Mr. Tire were not only able to get me a new one fast, but it was super affordable. Not only that, they didnt try to nickel and dime me or sell me unnecessary items. Amazing job. Great customer service. I noticed after I received the oil change, there was small to large oil spots after I had parked my car. I called this location a couple days later about the issue. They were able to get me in same day and fix whatever issue i was having. Definitely will come back to this location for future service.

Horrible service. I entered all my vehicle information online. I wasn’t sure of the tire frame size, but ANY of the sizes that I selected for the make and model were the same price point...$256. I selected Service for 4 tires and booked the appointment. After asking to come back in 1 hr., I called back after 1.5 hrs and was told they would need another 1.5 hrs! They called me and stated “where did you get the tire information because it’s wrong and you need bigger tires.” Umm, your website. He told me the price would $550! No thank you! I’ll be back to get the car.What a flipping rip off. I went back to the site and re-entered the car information on their site and Conrad’s...same thing! Doesn’t matter what size I pick...the bill does not add up to over $500 For a small sedan. And just as an FYI, with the economy being what it is, you best to work out your prices because people will take their business elsewhere instead of local. No one has time for scammers. Fantastic customer service.... I asked to be shown what went wrong and the mechanic took the time. He got the scope out and showed and explained what went wrong to have the tow in.Towed in Tuesday late and left keys and note on drop box. Got a call early afternoon on Wednesday with details including price and estimate completion.Kept in contact with me to let me know progress.Answered my numerous questions and were clear and patient with me. Everyone there was willing to help and very courteous! Highly recommend!!!!

I visited Mr. Tire for the first time today. There was a huge metal sliver caught in my trucks tire. I called after being left on hold or not getting through to other places three times. Sean said I could bring it up without issue or a wait. It was super affordable and they only had to keep it for about a half hour. I was back to work by the end of my lunch. Everyone was super friendly and valued me being there even though it was such a small repair. I would definitely recommend this location.

Im visiting my son, and he felt I needed to get tires after driving my car. After stopping at Mr. Tire and talking with Jeff, he recommended that I should go there.Im extremely glad I took his advice. I went, talked with Jeff, and he checked my tires. Upon initial check, I needed 2 new tires, but after getting it on the lift, Jeff discovered a 3rd tire that was worse than the 1st two. I was planning on getting on the road for a 500 mile trip today. At first I was splitting my maintenance visits between Mr. Tire and the Toyota dealership, but in time I came to trust the mechanics at Mr. Tire with more than just routine visits. They have recommended great, affordable tires. They have also kept a close eye on wear and tear at each oil change, so I could plan ahead for bigger expenditures like new brakes. I brought our van in for four new tires. Ive had all the vans work done here at Mr. Tire and all of our car car before at their predecessor, Parkway Auto. I couldnt be happier with the care weve received. Its not the least expensive work around but it is top-notch. Got an oil change and tire repair done about a month ago. Realized today I had an oil leak and called to see if they could check it out. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Being a woman it is very difficult to find a reliable mechanic to trust and depend on. Most think Im not educated about cars therefore they try to take advantage of me. These guys didnt! They broke it down for me, gave me options, told me what was most important to fix and gave me an accurate time as to when my car would be ready for pick up! Never did they over price the repairs, try to sell me unnecessary work or make me question them. I tell everyone about them! Took car in to check front wheel noise. Jeff (the manager) smiles and assures that all will be taken care of. He called a little later and said that the outer CV joint boot was split and water & grit had gotten in, etc. and that the trans-axle needed to be replaced. I thanked him, hung up, and since we live nearby, I immediately walked over unannounced and asked if I could have a look while the car was on the rack. Sure, he said, smiling away as he led me back to the car.Conclusion is that there was no split in the CV boot anywhere and the trans-axle was just fine. Jeff walked away, the mechanic showed me where there was a tiny smear of grease from the joint on the edge of the boot clamp as if to imply that it was a problem. I calmly declared that Im not replacing the trans-axle over that. Ive replaced several trans-axles myself and replaced boots myself in the garage at home in the past and had been under the car inspecting it just 2 days before I took it in. I knew what condition it was in before taking it to them, which is why I quickly went over after getting his phony diagnosis. Jeff will happily smile from ear to ear while he gives you a story. His default mode seems to be thinking that knows more than you, which makes him happy as a clam.Nothing more was said. The mechanic let the car down and handed me the keys. We took the car to a very reliable garage where they dont lie to us. Turned out the noise was from the wheel bearing.This was the 3rd and last time we got lied to at Mr. Tire. Well will never go there again. Tow your car past this place.

Wifes car had a flat tire. They diagnosed the issue and patched the tire. Easily could have tried to sell us a new tire(s), and got several hundred dollars out of us... Instead they patched it for less than thirty bucks. Thats integrity.

I started going to Mr. Tire when it was Parkway Auto for convenience – I work across the street – but its turned out to be a great value. They know our names when we walk in, and know our cars. I feel like I get honest advice, sometimes even that I dont need the work done. Not the cheapest, but this is more than compensated by the service. Theyve been happy to just look at our cars for free when were not sure if theres a problem. Highly recommend.

I did my tires, and the service was excellent, price very good and I even got an offer for a mail in rebate too. Jeremy did my service, he was pleasant and took me in right away without an appointment. I returned once again for my brakes and the same excellent service remains . I recommend this location.

There have been a few changes since this business was sold from Parkway Autocare to Mr. Tire that I miss. The car care club was a fantastic program that rewarded the loyal customers with cheaper basic services and discounts for when major items pop up. The other huge thing missing is the loaner car program. To be able to have an easy replacement when my car is having work done was a huge reason I come here. As someone who drives quite a bit locally for my job, losing this is a huge minus.All that said, the one thing that has not changed is the people. The manager Kyle is a great guy. Very personable and happy to explain or show you anything you have a question about. The people are the thing that keeps me coming back since the sale.Bring back some of the great services that made this place special and Id call this a 6 star business again.

They have a special listed on their website for 14.99 oil change, charged my daughter 20, stated that her 2012 focus with 40 some thousand miles needed tie rod ends, alignment, spark plugs, which are not needed for at least 50 thousand more miles, and they wanted to charge her 160 dollars to change 4 plugs. Most of the recommended services they tried to sell her were done a few t hi thousand miles ago. Why try to sell things that do not need done.

Came in because my truck needed rear leaf spring shackles as rust and a monster pothole broke the old ones loose. They took care of it for $35.00 less than quoted price, because they found parts from a vendor for less money. I used to use another garage in town prices are about the same, but Mr.Tire always gets the job done faster. Time is money.

On November 15, 2019 I told my nephew to bring his car to Mr. Tire on Bagley Rd Middleburg Hts. for a wheel alignment because i notice his front tires have uneven wear. Upon inspection they told him that they wont be able to do a wheel alignment because front tires are worn out. So they quoted him $500+ for the front tires, Synthetic oil change and wheel alignment. I told my nephew to just buy his tires somewhere cheaper or at the place where he always gets it because he gets discounts. The store where he gets his tires doesnt do alignment thats why I told him to go to Mr Tire.The next day November 16, 2019 after he got his front tires replaced I told him to just go to the Mr. Tires on Front St, Berea and have his alignment done there because he lives closer to that location. After inspection they told him that they couldnt do a wheel alignment because the car needed tie rod end and a balljoint replacement so they quoted him $450+ including the wheel alignment. So my nephew told them that he would contact me first then he will be back. One of the employee there told him Youre not gonna come back, I saw you at the other Mr Tire on Bagley the other day, youre just just gonna keep finding places until you find a place that does it cheap. My nephew is a college student and doesnt have that much money. All he wanted was to find a good affordable shop. I regretted telling him to come to this shop!I always tell my family and friends to have their wheel alignment and tire services done at Mr. Tire. In fact last week I had my tires mounted and wheel alignment done at Mr Tire Middleburg hts . And a week before that my cousin (my nephews dad) had his wheel alignment done at the same location. After this incident maybe its time to look for other shops.

During the snow storm we had, one of my wind shield wipers broke. I couldnt leave during the day from work, so after work I stopped by. Unfortunately, the place was closed. The lights were still on and I knocked on the window and I explained the issue. It took 5 minutes and I was on the road again. Great service and willing to after the shop was closed, go the extra mile to help out a customer. I will definitely be back in the future for all my needs. Thanks guys!

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.I needed new tires so I assumed MR. TIRE would be the place to go... After installation and balance of the tires, my car was all of a sudden loud with a severe vibration. I took it back in and they said the tires werent balanced properly so they fixed it. I got back on the road and the vibration continued.I took it back for a second time and they found that one of the tires (which I ordered from them) was faulty. They initially tried to act like I got the tires somewhere else and told me I would need to order another tire. Their solution was to put the faulty tire on the back right of the car. I had to tell them that that can be a temporary solution but that they are responsible for ordering me a new tire to replace the faulty one.I took my car back for a 3rd time and told them to leave the keys in the car and lock it because I would have to come back after hours. I went to pick it up and my car was left inside with the garage doors closed, so I am still without a car. Very shady operation there, should not take 3 tries to have tires installed properly at a placed called Mr. Tire...

Mr tire was fast, honest, and at a fair price. The location is centrally located to anyone in western Cuyahoga county. They even allowed me to use their lift for free when having the car inspected by a third party. This was above and beyond service that you dont get at the corporate places.
