Called, they pulled the replacement window that I needed after having my car vandalized while visiting my daughter. Being from another state, I was impressed with the service and friendliness. Definitely reccomend.

Been going there for 30 plus yrs. There service has been nothing less than honest helpful and appreciative. They’ll try there best to get you what you need to fix your automobile.

Do not use these people . They run a scam operation I purchased a engine from them and the ran my card for $900.00. It’s been a month now when they told me 2-3 days . I have went there 3 times and no one was there during normal hours . They will not answer there phones and will not return my calls . When I was able to reach someone they would say they would call back in 10 minutes but never did . The only time they will answer is when they want you card information to run it . My advice is to stay away from these crooks because it’s not ligit

Bought a motor from them, had to pay half down and half upon pick up. Thing is after they got the $900.00 down they would never answer the phones. I drove there 3 times from Nicholasville and waited for hours and no one showed up. The phones dont work now so they basically took my money and ran.

If your looking for a part for you automobile then this is the place to stop. They are friendly and very helpful when it comes to explaining any questions or concerns you might have and they dont over charge you.

They was the only place that had a gas tank for our truck. Called the day ahead so they could have the part ready we waited and waited for the part to be pulled. There not professionals at all. They have a big selection of parts but honestly isn’t worth the aggravation!!! After we got here and waited 30 mins they tell us someone cut the gas tank! Save your time!!!

I needed a transmission for my truck. Not only did they save me a couple hundred dollars compared to the other salvage yards, Im disabled, after i purchased the transmission, they were kind enough to bring it to my house for me free of charge. Bought a motor gave 1749.00 may 21 2021 never got the motor they wont answer my calls and text when they want too first they send 800.00 western union then they send 500.00 western union and they still owe 449.00 and he text and tells me he will send it but lies and doesnt im fixing to get them for theft and fraudulent...

Said that they could get a engine for my vehicle, paid $700. Down, they could not get one, and it’s been 3 weeks trying to get my $700. Deposit back, they are crooks or robbers, most dishonest company I have ever done business with

Ordered an engine from this company and had the worst experience. Me being a mechanic, I put my name on the line for this company. What was supposed to be a 2 day shipment turned into a blame game. There was zero communication after those 2 days had elapsed. After many attempts to contact the business there was no answers or returned calls. Fast forward to week 2, it took for my customer to make fraudulent report with his bank to resolve the issue. Ironically they contacted myself and my customer explaining why it was our fault we never got the shipment. Hope this helps someone like myself get out of a bind.

Called 3 times no answer. Stopped in twice Noone there. Cant say they were even open.

Prepaid for a wheel hub assembly with the promise of would be ready the next day. Two days later I’m standing in an empty office with no one in sight. Piss poor business. Go literally anywhere else.

I bought on Friday 1998 Honda passport they brought used Isuzu 2001 so it didnt fit,I payed $328 and my warranty of 90 days started on Monday when I went to returned mine from passport,couldnt get any help but a man was sitting in chair fell over his look like meth pipe fell out and anther guy passing out on so other drug (heroin) he got up went and slept in a truck, Jimmy Goins is the person in been dealing with and he finally said to my husband the money would be there today BUT my husband waited on some one 2 hrs on Mon and they new he was coming but went andHid. Now today Tues they wont answer phone, So Dont Buy anything from them, they just take your money for Drugs,the owner name is Shannon thats all I know,NO WAY TO Run. Business I Ran a Dicount Tobacco store for 13 yrs, we will see what the judge says about the warranty.

I asked if they wanted to buy my car and come to get it. They told me they would pick it up the other day in the evening. They never showed up and I talked to them again by text cuz I sent photos of my car and they never replied

Ask for pictures to confirm! They will lie to you about availability to try and sell you on something and get you to pay over the phone.When you call in for info take that info with a grain of salt.and assume its not 100% accurate. I called in to ask about a part and was told it was available. I was told if i liked i could go ahead and pay for it and theyd go ahead and pull it and set it aside. I confirmed the color of the fenders multiple times, I asked if they had L & R fenders in WHITE was told that they were available and in white. So I payed with card. When I arrived they were not white, silver pearl or any light color but black. I told the lady at the desk and she said Hell sometimes lie to sell a part so its a regular occurence apparently. I drove over an hour eachway for nothing. Will never be doing business again with these people and I advise you do the same. I was able to get a refund but that doesnt take away from the fact it was a waste of time and gas.

I would never do business with them. they are very rude. I tried to call them to find out if they would buy two used autos and a man hung up on me. I thought maybe we got disconnected because I couldnt imagine they would hang up on a customer so i called back and he hung up on me the second time. Very upsetting.

The man that owns it is a great person and the people that work there are just awesome !!

They have some good parts but that is it. The old man who gets on change at the noontime cant even speak English he doesnt like Mexicans, so avoid to get to this place.
