These people are so friendly. I thought my key fob was dead and I changed the battery inside it. Walked across the street and that wasnt the issue. I went all the way home to grab my battery charger and tried to leave it on the battery.. but unfortunately the battery wascompletely dead. So frustrating. I went to AutoZone before they closed and I asked them if they could help me and I was across the street with a dead car. They were so helpful. Gafur came across the street and helped me right before they closed. Those are the kind of workers you look for in a business. He was extremely helpful and patient. I appreciate that.

Today I purchased pads and rotors.We werent sure about the vehicle specs and inadvertently purchased the wrong rotors. We were allowed to use our $20 rewards towards this purchase. Total came to $107.00.We returned to exchange the rotors to get the correct ones once we determined our error (10 minutes later). The clerk returned the original incorrect rotors. I ASKED HIM IS I CAN STILL USE THE REWARDS WITH THIS EXCHANGE- HE ANSWERED YES. He rang up the correct rotors telling me they were cheaper than the ones we bought in error and my total is $98.99. WHAT??...I asked if pads and rotors were $107 then how can my total be $98.99? The clerk answers.... we offer a brake package discount $26.00. So exchanging the rotors eliminates the discount? Then lets return the pads too and start OVER. I still want the brake package discount! Clerk drop a tude like I inconvenienced HIM!He then proceeds to tell me if I want to use my rewards then I have to wait an hour ($20). Remember I ASKED if the rewards can still be used on the exchange.$26 brake package discount + $20 rewards = $46Exchanging rotors should NOT cost the customer an extra $46?I told the clerk KEEP IT ALL. ..IM DONE WITH THE GAMES & BS!!!Buyer beware if youre Exchanging watch to be sure youre not getting screwed.Asked dude why you trying to screw me.The clerk looked at me like I had 4 heads.Its basic math bto.....I LEFT THE STORE WITH NOTHING!Keep your pads rotors and stupidity!!

The crew at this store is AWESOME! They were totally honest with an old lady like me, and told me I did not NEED wiper blades. As a result I bought some other items and I will DEFINITELY go there every time my old car needs parts or additives. Clay and the other guys went out of their way to assist me, at the end of the night and in the middle of a snow storm. LADIES: if you want to be treated with respect and dealt with honestly, then go out of your way if necessary but give THIS STORE your business. This is old-fashioned, spectacular service, at its best.

I came in to find screws for my license plate on my new car. The man who helped me, whose name I cannot remember, found the screws and installed it for me free of charge! He was outstanding.

I stopped at AutoZone to get a plate/bracket to hold our back license plate. We purchased a new used car for my son and the bracket to hold the license plate was broken and so there was no place to screw in the new plate. I am sorry to say I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me but he looked at the car and determined what parts were needed and he went out to the car and installed the new bracket and the license plate for me. He would not take a tip for his services.I would highly recommend anyone needing assistance and unsure how to fix a problem to stop at AutoZone. Great customer service!!

Don’t waste your time calling! Put you on hold and won’t get back to you. Then you drive all the way there to find out they don’t have it when they could have easily told you over the phone!

Bought bulbs for my headlights. They got them for me and installed them. In and out with. 10 minutes.

Needed some electrical ends for a project went to auto zone knowing they would have them. Was surprised they only had stranded short pieces of wire nothing solid. I used to get solid bigger gauges for car power amps. Auto zone worker claim stranded wire carried more amp while solid carried more voltage. I didnt want to explain his errors besides automotive typically requires more flexibility and therefore stranded is reason for its use.

This specific AutoZone has been thee best. Excellent service, products, & overall help. John, an employee here is impeccably knowledgeable, personable, and sincerely loves to help people as much as humanly possible. I appreciate this kind of service very much. Thanks, AutoZone! Wonderful, helpful human staff. I dont know if anything they sell works for automobiles. I buy parts from them to build time machines and consequence engines, And all of their parts have been durable and function well for those purposes. A friend of mine recommended this place because he uses their parts to build robots. In any case I did see that they sell oil and other car fluids, too. If I ever do decide to build a car I will certainly come here to buy the parts.

My son had a tire blow out on the freeway. Went to autozone for a key because he had special locking lug nuts. Found out you can’t just buy a key. 🤦‍♀️ A store associate, Jeffery went above and beyond to help us. He could not sleep with the thought of leaving someone on the side of the road. Not only did he help us get what we needed, but he made sure we made it home safe. He is one in a million. People just don’t go above and beyond like that anymore. Can not thank him enough. I went there today. Two out of 3 staff members ran and hid. One came out of hiding. I asked him a question. He said he really wasnt sure about what I was asking (older employee) Then he said wait a few minutes, disappeared was gone for about 10-15 minutes. Me waiting!! The young man (employee asked if he could help. He has been there 2 months. He found what I needed. Thank goodness!! He was super nice.I also purchased PRO 90 AC and it was 49.99 and they wouldnt tell me how to use it. I was so disappointed. I went to Walmart purchased the same product for 37.99 thats a huge difference in price!! Thank goodness I googled how to video and I did the AC PRO 90 myself.They also neglected to tell me that I could get a 15 dollar gift card for buying the PRO 90...which I want use anyway, because I will never go back there again!!!!!!!

My daughter bought wipers at a different Autozone. Could not get wipers installed myself. Took them to the Berea store and they tried to install them. The wipers didnt fit. Autozone upgraded them to a brand that fit at no charge. That kind of customer service will keep me coming back!

A waste of a store. No one can help you with anything. They all need a computer to rely on.. they will tell you parts are ordered and be ready for pick up for delivery the next day and parts will not come in for days on end.Save your self time and aggravation and go to Napa.
