I had a flat on the way to a funeral in a rental. Yeah it sounds like a country song but it was my life. They got me in switch out my tire and 2 hours later I was on my way. Very nice people.

Staff was very nice. Had to get another part fixed so I could come back for new tires and they recommended a nice mechanic and remembered me when I went back

Charged me for a balance that I didnt receive, AND Kevin, the store manager called me a liar and hung up on me.Not shocked because its Walmart. Go to LITERALLY anywhere else.Your buddy who knows a guys guy behind the local feed store is better than this place.

Had an appointment to get one tire changed at 2:00pm. Didnt see my car roll on the lift until 3:00pm and didnt get my car back to me completed til 3:30pm! What was the reason for calling and having an appointment! The boys were working hard but just 2 guys and I think they need Better Management to keep focused and get cars in and out. The job was done right but time management was awful.

Always great service here at Berea Wal Mart in and out pretty quick for service that was done. Thank you too the guys in auto center.

The wait was long to get a tire changed, but once they got my car in the bay the job was quick. Two new tires @ $44 each was a good deal. But 2 1/2hrs was a long time total

Terrible place for an oil change! They do not have a place for you to sit and wait, so you have to walk around the store. I have currently been walking around the store for over and hour, for a standard oil change. They did not attempt to do my car until I stood in the back and refused to walk around any longer. It’s definitely a scam. Lazy people and I do not recommend.

Damn retards work there. Went and got new tires out on and balanced and the forgot to balance them. Im driving down the interstate and my cars bouncing like a jackrabbit. Took them almost 3hrs to even get to my car, and now Im stuck at the Walmart in Richmond for another 2hrs while they fix the problem the berea Walmart couldnt.

My wife came out of work to a flat tire. Took it to Walmart and had it patched. She was there when they opened and it took 1 1/2 hours. Tonight she backed out of the driveway to find her tire completely flat AND the hubcap fell off. If Walmart were more than just two minutes away her hubcap would be on the interstate.

4 hours to change 2 tires? Is it a scam to make you shop and spend more money in Walmart? It’s atmost a 30 min job. Simple 1 star

Got me in and out in about 45 minutes. The man who checked me out was helpful and friendly.

Very nice and helpful mechanics. My oil was leaking. Instead of changing the oil, they told me to go fix it and come back for an oil change.

Change my oil in a timely manner and even made me aware of some bigger issues I hadnt realized. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful!

Purchased 2tires installed. They were busy but still gave good service

Stopped for an oil change and was told it would be 30 minutes as there was only one car in front of us. Waited in the store for almost two hours and our car was still in the parking spot we left it in. Just asked for the keys and left after an absolute waste of 2 hours.

They cant plug one tire cause they dont have time but can do an oil change which takes longer while both bays are empty. Sorry and lazy group of people.

Was told the tire center didnt do tires on Saturday. Didnt have tires in stock anyway. Didnt have mower battery in stock. Didnt have car battery in stock. Wasted visit.

This place is a joke. Came to get my wife’s tire changed because it had a leak and a broken belt. Went outside to check if they changed it and they put the bad tire back on my wife’s car and continued to argue with me about the tire. Won’t be coming back
