I have used this mobile service twice. Once for my car on New Years Eve a couple of years ago and then recently for my mother’s SUV to replace an ignition coil. I was very impressed with their abilities and prices. Even more I was impressed that they did not try to upsell or add on repairs that were unnecessary. Very honest, efficient, reliable service. And the mobile feature was priceless. They came to her home so she wasn’t left waiting on the repair. Would highly recommend!

He replaced my cruise control settings on my steering wheel. He was persistent in trying to provide a great service even when it was a difficult job. He was professional and polite and upfront with pricing. I will use him again if needed!

Stephen was the most honest mechanic I’ve had since living in NWA. My girlfriend’s car has been taken to several local shops and none of them could find out what was wrong with her car, we would always pay for services with no results.Her battery died and we called them to have it replaced, after replacing the battery Stephen found a problem far worse and pinpointed why my gf’s check engine light kept coming on. He showed us exactly what was wrong by having us take a look under the hood with him and explained in detail what needs to be fixed. We were SO thankful that someone finally told us what was wrong by actually looking, instead of relying on a computer read with no resolution. We’ll definitely be using them to work on our cars from here on out!

Very sweet man!!! Texted me and was here at my house asap. I originally called him for battery replacement but after my car turned on he kept checking the engine and found a bigger issue stayed longer reviewing and letting me know what I need to tell Honda.

NWA Mobile Mechanic came highly recommended and I can see why. Fromthe first call to Stephen to discuss my car issue to the very end, I was treated very well and kept informed on what he was doing. The one thing I appreciated about Stephen is he evaluated my car before doing any of the work and then consulted with me on what the price would be before he did any of the work. I also appreciated the fact that he looked at other things to make sure my car was running good like my coolant level. I liked that he was honest about issues and how I could save money on certain maintenance on the car. The work on the car comes with a guarantee and that is what I like. Never did I feel like he was trying to dupe me or “sell” me other services. SO my one complaint...there aren’t more Stephens. :) They stay busy!

Stephen is great, he came to work on my son’s equinox (we are from out of town) and realized the problem was probably still covered under the power train warranty and didn’t charge me anything after spending time looking at it. The starter in my car went out and was dead weight in my driveway. To avoid paying extra for my car to be towed to a shop, I contacted Stephen, and he quickly texted me back with a quote and said him or his team can be out the next day. Bobby arrived at hours suggested to me and was able to replace my starter within a couple of hours!

Had Steve service 2 of my vehicles on 2 separate occasions and had great experiences both times.1st experience - Starter swap on a 2005 Jeep Cherokee. Steve quoted me a fixed price and said it would be done in a couple of hours. He ran into and issue with getting the drive train back in place and it took him twice as long to complete. I was expecting to pay more but he stuck with the original quote.2nd experience - Starter swap on my 2008 Honda Civic. Steve quoted me a fixed price and when he got under the vehicle, found a quicker way to replace the part and finished up early. This time i expected to pay the fixed amount but he charged me less.Great to have a convenient, trusted option when dealing with car troubles.

I recently had a bad experience with a tire shop, and needed a mechanic to fix their mistakes, with little knowledge of mechanics around me, I was blessed to run into a Mobile mechanic that was near me!! The tire shop stripped on my my studs out, not allowing me to take the lug nut off or my tire, with the knowledge and concern for my well being and truck, he safely was able to get the stud out without damaging anything and the replacement of all 6 of my studs on my truck!! He was honest, positive, and concerned!! He cared about being safe with his tools and my car and was able to get the job done in no time!! He took his time to show me the damage and how it was a safety concern and even walked me thru the process of how he was going to fix the problem!! I will trust him with anything that comes up in the future!!!

Had Steven come check my car on a couple of occasions now, he has been great. He takes time to explain the problem and what may have caused it, something you dont get to see at repair shops, you just have to trust their word.

I would give 0 stars if I could. If they find an issue they just overcharge. And Steve never picked up my calls during my service. I think they were just trying to get more money out of me. They guy who fixed my brakes left without saying anything or giving any warranty information. Terribly disappointed.

These guys came out and fixed the motor on my liftgate. They did fair and honest work, they shot me straight and got the job done quickly. It was a little more than originally quoted BUT it also had more than one problem in hindsight. Id definitely recommend them. Note: They dont show up for free or work for free so dont expect that, theyre a business not a charity lol.
