Its like every other dollar general in most regards, though it does have a slightly above average refrigerated and frozen section. Trying to get a cart in or out of the doors is a pain, though, as theyre not automatic doors. I try to keep my shopping at this store limited to what I can easily carry for that reason. The layout is a little strange, but not too difficult to figure out. Checkout is usually quick and friendly.

Always have what I go in for. The employees are always helpful. Great location for when I need to pick up something quick !

This Dollar General has been remodeled, its not a free standing store based in an grocery store. Before the remodel was done, I wouldnt shop there, the layout was awful and the lighting was terrible. But now the layout is much better as well as the lighting.

The Benton store was neat and clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for an item which could not be found with the help of the staff. Five minutes later here comes a lady with the item. Cant give 5 stars because they still have those big metal carts in isles!!!

People there are very nice!

As Ive said before, DG is one of the best places to hit up when you only need one or two items and dont want to deal with the hassle of larger stores.

Older and smaller location so it doesnt carry as many items as some of the bigger locations but store is clean, staff is friendly. Its great for a quick run in, run out type of stop but since they have limited space they are limited on items.

The Manager, Janet, at this store is the best person. Always friendly and very helpful. This is the #1 store in Benton Arkansas.

Small but still has many choices. The employees are hard working, they keep a clean store thats stocked well and quickly. Other DG stores in this area are filthy, boxes everywhere to stock shelves, merchandise on the floors, etc.

Couldnt get on the parking lot due to multiple delivery trucks store was hard to navigate with all the new freight parked everywhere. They did have exactly what I went for just hard to get to it.

Honestly, I hate DG as a company because I know how they treat their employees. However, this particular DG gets a good rating from me because of two sweet ladies that work there. They are super sweet and helpful to anybody that walks through the doors. I wish for them to get better jobs, but I will stop frequenting this establishment if they do.
