Bought my truck here and took it here for regular oil changes and tire rotation. My battery was just beginning to go out, usually needing a little bit longer crank but still starting easy no jumps yet . I go here after oil change waiting in line for 10min finally I decide to walk up to my truck to check it out while waiting and Its sitting there with the key in ignition and radio on. They are just trying to run my battery dead.i turn it off and go wait back in line they say your Terminals on your cables need to be changed and a new battery. Nah, Ill just go get a new battery from ORileys. O Rileys put in the battery and clean my cables off good as knew. Saved me 150$.... Suckers

After purchasing a gladiator off the show room floor they had used it in a golf tournament or something so the top and doors were off. When they replaced the doors they scratched up all the hinges. First issue. Second issue I specifically asked about Jeep wave and the maintenance that comes with it and was told they no longer do that so I purchased a maintenance plan. This is my third Jeep and my fourth vehicle that’s affiliated with Chrysler dodge Jeep I should have known better but guess what.. my Jeep has Jeep wave. When I called and talked to finance about it not a single person knew what Jeep wave was, I had to drive down there to cancel my maintenance plan. They said they would sand down the hinges and repaint them and when we picked it up it looked like a 3 year old blobbed some paint on them and the lady from the body shop was EXTREMELY rude when all I did was call and ask if my vehicle was ready. We are extremely unhappy with this purchase and next time we will take our business elsewhere. Also when I showed my salesmen the scratches he tried to blame us and said they were rock chips. There was so much miscommunication and they said this they said that we left messages for management and never received a call back. Don’t waste your time!!

All I want to say is if you’re looking for a dealership that’ll be worth it please I repeat please don’t even waste your time at Campbell. The process of buying or even trading a car in is awful and the service took forever (4 days). After my experience there I went to several other dealerships around the area and I got back my results all in that exact same day!!!!!

Bought a pre owned suv. Had a great sales rep in Allen funderbunk (sorry if I misspelled). Process when smooth and easy. Very easy when it comes to dealing with Allen. Very professional and courteous.

Went through the service department to get a new key programmed It wasnt to long of a wait but inconsideration of having an appointment it should have went much faster and this being this was the 3rd trip to get to get this done.

Worst place ever...Yall better look over your paperwork good because they are known for overcharging people and added stuff for their benefit. It was a lot better busy when it was Landers dodge...The way they handle business they wont be here long...I remember use to be packed when it was landers dodge... it stay empty now days.. Be matter of time for its out of business..

I wish i had to the choice to leave 0 stars. i was trying to trade in my car, i didn’t have a preference on how much i wanted i just wanted to get into something else. they told me for 3 days THREE DAYS that we were “waiting on the bank” i drove there, couldn’t even see inside the car that i wanted bc the mechanic had the keys locked away in his tool box. i have messages beyond measures from 4 different salesmen saying that i was in the clear and good to do just waiting for the bank! they said my numbers are great and everything is in line. they even said the banks are good w everything they just needed my name on my pay stub. finally after taking 3 days off of work, they call me on the 4th day of waiting and it’s a simple “i have bad news. they want you to put $2000 down just keep working on your credit” that’s all. after i was told i don’t need any money down and that i’ll be walking out w a car soon. let’s not mention the car i was trading in i bought from campbell and the only reason i was trading it in is because of how poorly the car was doing. i had put more $ into it than i had even paid on it. the cars are absolutely not worth the wait, or $. and having to ask for updates every single 5 hours was exhausting too. never going back to campbell !

I’ve never had to try so hard to get an appointment, and still not get an appointment. I guess they don’t need anymore business. I left multiple voicemails for two different service request with no response back. I had to go somewhere else to get my issues taken care of. I will NEVER try to give them my business again.

Horrible customer service. I bought a 2020Scatpack from them. Went to get it serviced and the service department person was rude so I started taking it to superior. I let that rudeness go. I recently traded it for a widebody scatpack at superior. They had great customer service actually called back. So I was calling to get information back on my refund for my gap and extended warranty from Campbells. Receptionist was beyond rude. And I actually was about to bring my jeep down there and trade it on a rubicon they have there. I think NOT. I’ll order it online. Campbell customer service is trash.

Made an appointment to change the oil and rotate the tires on my Jeep. 2.5 hours later I was told it was parked in the wrong place and the service wasn’t completed. Really unacceptable performance for a first and last-time Customer.
