Took my Alfa in for a service. Found out a scratch on the front bumper the next morning.

While I appreciate the individual sales advisors and service advisors, this dealership as a whole is suffering from a serious lack of management. Several appointments for warranty service that went 1.5 hrs over just to be seen, and they seem to lack the ability to handle a courtesy vehicle. You can see the employees ignoring customers every single time. This is clearly a volume dealership and not a long term relationship one. If it werent for them being the only Alfa Romeo dealership in the state, Id go elsewhere. Seriously considering selling our vehicle because of how rough it has been just getting someone to communicate with us.
