I cannot believe that Im the first to put up a review for the hearing aid folks at the Bend Costco!The level of courtesy, caring, listening, and understanding of the needs of a newly challenged hearing impaired person (me) is the gold standard of customer service.Ive worked with Gary since April of 2019. He has been the kindest, most effective, and most patient helper Ive ever experienced.And although Ive worked less frequently with the rest of the staff, Id like to thank Vickie, Amaya, Dan, Julie, Mike, Bob, and Kathy (whos new, but very nice on the phone) for their professionalism.
