I love everything about my hearing aids; they fit, they feel good, and work good. Excellent service. Very pleased. I had an issue and was able to be seen within 30 minutes to get it fixed.

I love Miracle Ear. I have had my hearing aids for a few years. Still every time I have my appt at the Bend Store I enjoy the time. Tonya is extremely friendly and always makes you feel welcome and she is glad you there. The first time I had an appt with Asa he acted like he was actually glad to see me and treats me the same way at ever appt. I cant say enough good things about everyone at Miracle Ear.

I have had my hearing aids for two years now. The customer service from Miracle Ear in Bend is second to none. Denise, Asa and the rest of the staff are always friendly and genuinely care about your hearing. I go in on a regular basis about every three months for a cleaning and checkup and have even had to go in unannounced to address issues or questions I have had. I have always been welcome and issues were dealt with immediately when possible. Being able to have conversations with others without struggling to understand what they are saying has been wonderful. Not to mention with the optional programming so I can listen to the television through my hearing aids, the rest of my family is happy I do not have to have the television so loud. My experience with Miracle Ear has been great! I’m hearing out of an ear I didn’t think I would be able too! The hearing aids are very comfortable and at 95 I am surprised they work so well! The people here have been really good and I feel very comfortable with them. I think this is going to be a great change.

I was treated kindly and with compassion from the moment I made the first appointment. My hearing aids from miracle ear are leaps and bounds ahead of my previous beltone aids. Yes - it’s expensive but this is the best money I’ve ever spent. The hearing aids are amazing, Bluetooth compatible, easily adjustable and Asa and his staff were so wonderful to work with. I’ve been taking my 88 year old mother to Miracle Ear in Bend for over two years now. Everyone in the office treats her like she is their own mother.The attention to detail and professionalism by the staff is excellent. The quality of the devices are unbeatable. My mother went in not able to follow simple conversation and came out being able to hear the world around her.We would never use anyone else, other than Miracle Ear in Bend, for loss of hearing.

Very good! My experience has been excellent! Slickest thing that came down the pike in a long time. Ive done a lot of things but this is one of the best things Ive done, is get hearing aids. Its opened up a whole new world for me. Im enjoying them! I highly recommend Miracle Ear to anybody.

I am happy that finally I can say I am hearing again well. Emily has been a tremendous help. The first few I went to did NOT please me at all. Emily has taken the time to listen to what I have to say. The only thing I do not like is the price. I think your service is asking a little too much. My hearing loss was caused by the chemo to get rid of my cancer. My Dr. wrote a letter but still I could not get help with the cost. Therefore, I am paying each month to be able to hear.

Obviously Im a fan of my store, Miracle-Ear! As the owner, I can honestly say I love all my patients and value the opportunity to improve their hearing! I am very unhappy with Miracle Ear or at least the Bend location. They fitted the aids. Told us we had a 30 day trial. They said they wanted us back and proceeded to scheduled the appointment after the trial period ended(we didnt notice). At the follow-up we said they didnt help, asked for our money back, they said TOO BAD they yours, you are 5 DAYS outside the trial period. They will fit other aids put we are stuck with them.WATCH OUT

I bought rechargeable batteries for my hearing aids. They would nto take a charge. I expected a problem returning them but not a problem. Full refund. The even gave me some regular batteries to keep me going.FANTASTIC PEOPLE

My elderly friend was all excited about his new hearing aids...told everyone they were $1500 each...got his contract in the mail. He couldnt understand why there would be $3000 interest over 6 years. He had me look at the contract. The hearing aids cost $3200 EACH. I have insisted he take them back and go to Costco, but he thinks it is his fault for the misunderstanding. Not when you are almost 80...I am so upset with this situation.

My hearing had been going bad for a number of years when I finally had an HMO that I could actually afford to get some Decent hearing aids. They did good as far as improving my hearing but I still struggled. Now that Ive been on Medicare I really thought new aids was out of the question since they are not covered. I received a coupon from Miracle Ear in Bend OR. and decided to take a Hearing Trial. It was really shocking the difference in their Hearing Aids. I also received a streamer for my TV and was able to hook it up and some speakers so my wife and I have separate controls for volume!! We worked out a payment plan that would work and they have been great. Ive worked with both Denise and Shanelle, and they both have been wonderful. Last 2 visits with Shanelle I learned some more about the aids and the challenges I still had with my hearing loss. She has been great. I really love my Miracle Ear Hearing Aids.

Martin and the staff were incredibly helpful to my mother and step father . I am truly thankful for him and what he did for her ! They earned life time customers because they were honest and did a great job .

This company took advantage of my 78 year old father who has dimentia by making him sign a contract for hearing aids that he didnt need. He already had one! They were offering some promotion giving away a free turkey and did not make it clear that he would be liable for $4000 worth of hearing aids. Also, they charged the credit card he gave them even though it had my mothers name on it and didnt both to call her about it. Is that even legal? Beware! I know of others that have been abused in the Madras location, ill be asking them to tell their stories.

Do NOT got to this company without family members being with you, and maybe even your lawyer. My husband got tricked into signing a contract with a finance company that they do business with, for nearly $4,000 to buy hearing aids, when he thought he was getting a FREE TRIAL. They did not call his home to see if anyone knew he was doing this. They wont let him return them, and they already got paid by their finance company, Comenity Bank. Now that bank is after him to pay the money. He has mental impairment from chemo-therapy, didnt know what he was doing, and doesnt even remember signing anything, or much at all about this visit to them. They cannot attach his Social Security check, but this will probably go to court, and he will have to hire a lawyer. Beware!

I was impressed with Miracle Ear a few years ago, and decided to purchase hearing aids from Shanelle / Miracle Ear.I live in Prineville, and Miracle Ear now has a GREAT gal, Emily, there to provide service locally. Nice job Shanelle!!!
