My husband and I have had wonderful customer at Kay’s! We had rings resized. A watch that failed after 2 years, Kay’s sent it in to be fixed and didn’t charge anything. I also bought my wedding ring set from them. Just gorgeous.

Shopping is great at Kay’s Jewelry. The Dalles store closed! Very sad!

Shady store, I was lied to about a warranty I purchased. When I bought the warranty I was told my wife could bring in the ring and they would send it in for her and so long as I did that, the tanzanite would be covered if it fell out. My wife came in every 6 months like they asked and i come to find out they didn’t send it in one time for her and she even came in when the stone was loose and they told her it was fine. It fell out a few weeks later and would have been covered if the employees did there job and sent it in. No one has helped me from contacting customer service, and actually to replace the stone costs way more than I paid for the ring, how does that make sense? Now I am stuck having to pay for someone else’s mistakes.

Majestic was the best! She was helpful and very funny. My boyfriend and I went in with a picture of the ring I had found online and majestic quickly found it and ordered it for us! Very satisfied with the service she provided.

You pay for,the name,not the jewelry I paid about 2000 on an engagement ring still owe 1300 that relationship ended and,I,tried,to,give the ring,back and let them keep the payments ive made just stop,future payments. They,REFUSED to do anything they told,me to sell it to a third party, I,then took it to many different places the highest offer I,received was 76 dollars, for a white gold diamond ring, stay away from kays,jareds and zales!!!!!

We came in a couple weeks ago to purchase a ring for my fiancé. It was $250, and an employee said to come back on September 9th because of the big sale. We went back today, and it was marked up to $360, so we actually spent more money during the sale, than if we had just bought it when we were there first. I will not shop here again.

Got my 500$ ring there a couple years ago - the diamonds fell out - cost 80$ to repair - less then a year later the same thing happened - now they expect another 80$ for repair again - Do not go to this place - its the fast food of jewelry stores - will never shop there again - canceling credit card as well.
