My favorite place to go for a sweet treat. Rotating flavors, GF, non-dairy, and low-carb options. LOTS OF TOPPINGS. You can also get flat rate pints and quarts if you skip toppings. I always check their freezer for the leftover $5 quarts—froyo for the week! Indoor and outdoor seating. Free taster cups. Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere. Just a great, great place.

Im from out of town and this yogurt place didnt disappoint. Its a small corner shop with not much indoor seating but there is a large patio with plenty of benches and tables. I love mixing up all the fruity flavors together.

Ive enjoyed Cuppa Yo ever since you opened and recently Ive been even more impressed. The reason is one of your employees, Sannoye. (I asked her for the spelling as I knew I wanted to acknowledge her friendly professionalism and customer service.) Recently redecorated and the new colors are great. Large variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Indoor and outdoor seating.Would love to see some low carb and sugar free (sweetened with stevia or sugar alcohols) frozen yogurt flavors and some fresh raspberries to top it with.

Ive heard about this place. Just checked it out. Yogurt is fine but your proces are outrageous. 20 bucks for 2 mediums cups!?!? Thats ridiculous.

One of my favorite places to frequent. Always great flavors and wonderful customer service. Such a great experience and staple in our town. If you ever get a chance make sure you stop by Cuppa Yo. You won’t be disappointed!!

Always a hit with the kids on a lazy afternoon.

First off, I havent found a frozen yogurt shop where I really liked the frozen yogurt. The shops are usually quiet and boring -- get your yogurt, toppings, pay, eat, get out. I travel through Bend a lot these days and decided to stop in to the Cuppa Yo store and give frozen yogurt another chance. I was amazed by the DELICIOUS frozen yogurt and SUPERIOR customer service. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and smiling. Ive even met people who used to work at Cuppa Yo and rave about how good the management is to them. The place is always clean and inevitably one of the staff is wandering around the store wiping down counters, tables, etc. to keep it sparkling AND engaging you in fun conversation. There is always upbeat music playing that helps keep the atmosphere positive. All in all this place ROCKS and I have been back time after time and am always VERY HAPPY. Keep up the great work Yomies!

Great yogurt but since it is a self serve place, I really feel they shouldnt ask for a tip when you pay, since all the cashier does is weigh your yogurt.

My family and I have been customers since the day Cuppa Yo opened and every experience has been phenomenal. I love to see local businesses treat every customer like their friends, make an effort to greet regulars by name, and build a sense of community in their area. The facilities are always clean, the yogurt and toppings are always well stocked, and the variety of Yo on tap aims to please every palate. Cuppa Yo has never disappointed me, and I happily send all of my friends their way for frozen yogurt.

I had the Key Lime Sorbet. The flavor was very fake and sugary. They were very nice in the shop. However, the flavors I tasted were not very good. You can tell that theyre imitating other fro-yo stores. Let Pinkberry have its tart taste. Nobody does it like them!

Kid favorite. Self-service froyo with add your topping, pay by weight. You know the drill. Flavors are hit or miss (some just too uber artificially sweet). That said, I usually find at least one I like, which is enough for me. 🍨👍

There are so many kids running around here it’s insane. A complete zoo.The toasted marshmallow flavor is my favorite.

I could go on and on as to why we love Cuppa Yo, but I will attempt to keep it short and list only a few:1. Their FroYo and toppings are absolutely delicious. There has never been a time where I couldnt find a flavor that was fantastic. They have a ton of toppings to choose from. There really is no way you cant get a delicious combo - if you fail, it is on you, not on them.2. Cuppa Yo = community. They are constantly giving to the community of Bend. Approach them about a fundraising idea, and Im positive, they will jump on board and find a way to help. Bend is a better place for their involvement.3. Staff is always friendly, smiling, and keeping things neat and tidy.4. The Yo-ners had a vision when starting this place, and boy, did they do it right. The interior design and marketing items flow.We take all out-of-town friends and family to Cuppa Yo - we love this place!

Pretty minimal selection on flavors, and the staff usually friendly. But their frozen yogurt is pretty good.

An establishment that doesn’t value hardworking, dedicated, and loyal employees is no better than a big chain, and for double the cost? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Weve been here many times over the past five years. We visit Bend a few times a year and its sort of ritual to go to cuppa yo. This time it must have a different manager, it was dirty. Cross, i was disappointed. Our group ate here but some would not.

Stopped by Cuppa Yo today with the wife after seeing them of Facebook. Great location. Nice interior decoration. They have a fine selection of toppings to go along with their self-serve yogurt choices. They dont have hot fudge however which is my personal fav (or maybe it was hidden away somewhere and I didnt see it).Ultimately though it is just frozen yogurt that you make yourself. Sometimes though marketing is what makes or break a pretty run-of-the-mill product and they do indeed have a great marketing presence going for them.

Delicious! But a bit over priced. Great selection of toppings but I didnt get any of the fruit because it didnt look fresh. :/

Best FroYo in Central Yogurt!! The yogurt and the topping selection is always phenomenal with an ever changing menu that offers something new every time we visit. On top of that the staff is always bright and friendly and all three locations are always clean and well kept. We love the collage of the Yomies that is scrolling at the locations. Our daughter always enjoys looking at all the smiling faces. Central Oregon needed a good froyo option and Cuppa Yo has come through over the past three years. We always recommend Cuppa Yo to our friends and family and we recommend it for you and yours too!

In Portland, froyo places seem to come and go. But Cuppa Yo here in Bend seems to be doing great. We came a few times this summer, and loved it. Personally, the fact that they have Reeses Pieces is key. Chocolate and Reeses is my ideal combo.

If I could have Cuppa Yo for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I would (and I have before *guilty*). First off, the owners and staff truly care about creating an environment that is fun and welcoming. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a friendly smile, regardless of how busy it is. The vibrant colors and décor will wake you up and make you want to stay and hang out for a while. There are always a variety of flavors on tap and they switch them out frequently to cater to everyone. I have yet to walk in and not get excited about a flavor – they always have something that I like! If you like your froyo decorated with toppings then look no further... they have an entire bar of options. Plus, you can pour all the caramel, hot fudge, marshmallow, peanut butter, white chocolate, etc. etc. syrups on that you want! I like to call my finished product Froyo Art! :) Awesome atmosphere and awesome people – thanks Cuppa Yo!

Cuppa Yo is the best place to go when youre stressed

Cuppa Yo is literally the worst frozen yogurt establishment in Bend, and the rest of the state of Oregon. For the five years that I have lived in Bend, I have just been hoping that Bend or at least central oregon could gain at least one frozen yogurt establishment. My thoughts on Cuppa Yo could compare to the golden rule; if you dont have anything good to sell, dont sell it. This place might as well be called Cuppa Feces. Seriously, the space this place takes could really have a better occupation as a Coldstone perhaps for ice cream, or a Yogurt Castle for frozen yogurt. Having lived in the northernmost area of California, I have tasted far better yogurt, such as that from TCBY, or GoldenSpoon. Furthermore, the hatred I have expressed for this hole in the wall is enough so far. Cuppa Poop, I hope you take this review under consideration and get better yogurt as they are representing Bend.
