I got a dungeon map printed here and found an amazing note inside which made the experience just 100% better will definitely be getting the rest if my prints here.

I had the worst experience from the printing department I have ever had in my life! I will never support Staples again. The clerk was extremely rude and degrading. I hope this gets to the corporate level. I went over to another print company where they were respectful and kind and got my simple job done in minutes. Dont support this store!

Spent $5 on a fax that didnt get faxed. Theft!

I had one of the best customer service experiences here I’ve ever had. I spoke to Jessica on the phone before I went to this location and she was incredibly helpful and nice. Then I went into the store and she immediately recognized my printing needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to print everything. Super positive energy and even gave me a coupon so I saved money on my print job. I’ve worked years in customer service so had to give a shout out for a job (very) well done!

You will get better service at the dollar store. The very old staff are slow don’t evens know how to return a item that was 50 dollars. So now we have a 50 dollar pair glasses that don’t even fit. I would recommend office max.

Allan is awesome! He was friendly and helpful. I was short on time. He lead me to exactly what I needed and got me out of the store in 10 minutes. I would return to this location any day of the week.

We had the most wonderful experience with Stormy Beach. My girlfriend and I needed a portable battery pack to foster our Pokemon Go addiction. He opened and showed us all the packs and in the end got us 3 cheap packs for less than the original brick we went in for! Thank you Stormy! Youre the best!!!

I had to have some documents printed out and didnt know how to go about doing that. I went in and was helped right away. I emailed the documents and she printed them for me right there. It was 79 pages front and back and I only had to pay $13 it was so easy and super cheap! I recommend staples for all your printing needs

I have to admit it was a good visit. Showed the cashier my machine she sent me to the right place and called for some help for me that took one look at my labeler and showed me my options. In and out in about five minutes. Very happy.

Corporate is always helpful in all of my business needs. And the staff is as well EXCEPT KEVIN the manager. I have had multiple issues with him and his awful customer service skills. I will be doing business online or with a different store only.

I own a small business and the staff always gets what I need done when I need it done by for the lowest price possible.

I ordered business cards online to be printed at the Bend Location. When I got there to pick them up, I spoke with 2 people in the Print center and after UPGRADING to the Glossy cards for an additional charge and less amount then the matte, I quickly realized that they werent glossy at all. I then told the girl behind the counter. She said that was a matter of my opinion. HA! Ive been getting business cards for over 10 years. I know what Glossy means. (They dont tell you that its a lower quality paper). Then after careful inspection of the cards, I noticed that my PDF proof and the cards that were printed, were two different FONTS. I then explained that to her. She made me go home, to send the new ones in, but then I would be Charged AGAIN! i called the manager and explained this to her. She seemed apologetic but all in all, she didnt call me back that day like she said to REFUND my money and she still hasnt called me back so I could send in my order to have them printed same day as suggested on the website. Horrible customer service. You know I ran a Walgreens before.. and we never treated customers like this. Still waiting on my refund.

Good place for office supplies and photo prints, there are also people who can help with electronics. But, my only complaint is that when you are just browsing through the isles there are not many people around to help you.

Dont order products delivered by this store. They use a local service that delivers to the wrong place. They are terrible and we have quit using this store because of the bad experiences we have had with their choice of delivery service.

They had empty display boxes of the product I wanted on the shelf with a Available only on line tag. Why take up space?

Didnt find everything on our list, some items were on sale, possibly why we werent able to find everything on our list.
