The girl was super friendly! She loved our puppy & asked if he would like a treat. She made it all fancy for a little extra. We got our drinks and they were yummy! Which was a Java Chip! I wasn’t expecting there to be ground up chips. My boyfriend told me was a Java Chip😂. I told him that makes more sense then. I was sitting there kind of munching on it. But, it was good. Trying something different sometimes brings the unexpected.Good experience for sure ⭐️

Awful customer service. 2 girls working and one of them was sitting around while the other did everything by herself and ignored me at the window. I waited for 25 minutes without being helped and ended up leaving empty handed.

Coffees, Lattes and teas are good. Disappointed when they are not very hot. Not always the easiest establishments to enter and exit on Bend, Oregon. Pleasant service!

I used to go to Human Bean all the time when I lived close to one but then I moved and started going to the other place instead. This was really a matter of convenience. Today I was driving by the HB on Greenwood and decided to stop in for a smoothie. I had forgotten how much I love their smoothies. In the future, I will go a little out of my way now and then and enjoy a smoothie from the Human Bean

Not sure if its the coffee thats changed or my evaluation of it, but I used to think much more of what they serve. The last few times Ive been (spread out over a couple years when visiting) its been noticeably lacking in flavor. Cant speak to non-black coffee drinks as I never order anything else. The drive-thru layout is convenient, however.

Seems to be a hit or miss for me. Either theres amazing coffee one morning or watery another. Ill keep going back though, nice staff and otherwise great drinks.My Tip: Ask for an Americano if you like your coffee strong. The drip tends to come out a little watery.

Went here on Sunday and the place was pretty busy! The women inside were definitely working hard and cranking out some great coffee drinks! They had a smile on their face and we also got that token chocolate covered espresso bean! She also filled up a 1# bag of whole bean coffee for us! Will always be going back!

I come here all the time in the morning to get my coffee. They have cheap prices for happy hour. Depending on the worker, sometimes the drinks are super creamy and once in a while theyre watery.

I like Human Bean, but was so sad they closed early tonight -- I was there before 8 pm, aware thats how long I had, and they were already closed. I needed coffee for the long trip back. So sad. Please dont post hours and then close early. :-(

The human bean is a gem in the heart of Central Oregon. From personable customer service to quality drinks, both hot & cold, I could not recommend them more. Similar to 10 Barrel Brewing Company or McKay Cottage, The Human Bean is a java shop I hold near and dear to my heart as a Central Oregon native.

My favorite coffee!!! When at Newport Human Bean had the worst customer service ever! Plus they burnt the Mochas coconut milk. Bends is the best ever!
