Thanks for putting me on hold long enough to drive from North Bend Oregon Steven, your customer service is horrible. Fix your attitude on the phone and in the store. I’m on vacation and trying to find these just to have some fun was more than a nightmare with COVID-19 suppliers. I really hope your not in management at this store or hoping to be. Change your career if your this unhappy

Its probably covid related, but inventory was low. Online to the store is forever. I love this place though. People are great!

I saw in the weekly ad, a pair of Bolle sun glasses. I went in to get them but they had none, so I asked for a rain check and was told that I would get a phone call when they come in. After a week I decided to go in just to see if they got them yet. I asked a guy at the counter and he asked if I had gotten a phone call, No, I said. He replied If you didnt get a call, we dont have them. Not a very nice tone, Kinda rude. A few days later I went to check again. This time it was an older woman that I spoke to. Same rude attitude, If they were here, you would have gotten a phone call like you were told you would, so just wait for the call. Getting close to three weeks I thought Id give it one more try. I went in, walked to the glasses case, and there in the case were the shades I was waiting for. I told the woman at the counter that I had a rain check for the glasses that were in the case,( there was only one pair of that style in the case) she told me that Big-5 does not do rain checks. I showed her the paper and she looked at it and said who gave you this? I dont recognize the name. I said It is from here and I was supposed to get a phone call. Someone else came up to the counter and said the rain check was valid and to ring it up. I have been buying my shades there for 10 years, about 7 pair of shades by now, over $500.00 not to mention all the shoes. I think Ill shop elsewhere from now on.

Its not Big 5s fault its the pandemic and supplies are low . They just didnt have 4 pairs of the shoes I liked in a 9. Otherwise a great.place to buy shoes..

Store HRs on website say 9:30am open Fri-Sun. Arrived about 10mins early in a Fri. I waited & watched about 10 ppl all make the same assumption I did at 9:30am and try to open the doors which were still locked. Waited about 5 mins, called, and they said we open at 10am. For business that claim to be hurting during the pandemic I’d suggest they lost a TON in a matter of minutes just watching all the people and cars come and go during the Friday right before the 4th of July. It’s unfortunate and frustrating as a customer/customers.

Wednesday afternoon Big 5 employee No ammo till 10am Thursday. Be here early cause they line up.Thursday morning after lining up 20 minutes early in the cold... Big 5 employee Yeah we got 10 bowes last night at 5pm and sold almost everything Just a big ole F you to all the CUSTOMERS they made wait for nothing.Sure hope they made a ton of money off of those 10 boxes... Cause theyll never get my money again. Integrity...

So Big 5 just kicked us out for my under 12yr old kids not wearing masks. I told them that we have till Friday and I just need to grab my sons gift. Didnt matter. We were asked to leave or buy masks. I was walking to the register to buy my stuff. Not great service and I not like being pressured to buy your masks. I have no issues with wearing masks, I was wearing mine and my kids normally wear theirs, but my kids are not yet required to wear them and I just left the house without them this afternoon. Not Cool guys. You just lost a big purchase.

Wasnt busy as there was maybe 4 customers in there yet every employee was too busy to help anyone. Waited 10 minutes to get some help then another 5 for them to find the shoes in the wrong size. Will not be back.

I was told on the phone they had something I needed, when I showed up the guy acted as if I was the idiot for coming in and asking for it. They did not have it in stock.. and then, their staff followed me around watching my every move like I was going to steal something! Made it a very awkward experience. Wont go back unless absolutely need to.

Cool store with large variety of outdoor goods and even some kids toys in the same vein. We took our little guy and he had a blast looking at everything. Prices seemed on par or slightly better than expected.

The staff here is always helpful and the sales are great! Everything here is good quality and the prices are competitive. I also appreciate the ideas that come from the staff when youre looking for something or need some help!

Has a little bit of everything. From clothing and shoes, to camping and fishing supplies- and they have all your sporting goods needs for both summer and winter. This is a great place to buy gear if your kids are in sports. They are reasonably priced, has a good selection, and the staff is always quick to assist.

Big 5 is what it is it serves its purpose well

I like Big Five. They have a great selection of everything from outdoor gear to team sports merchandise. Its fun to shop there. They have some good sales too.

Some great deals on sporting goods. We were looking for a ski helmet and found one on sale for $30, along with good quality ski gloves for $20. Very helpful and friendly staff, both on the phone and in person.

Your typical Big 5, has a wide selection of gear for most of your traditional outdoor sports. This store is a little smaller than most but still seems to be equipped well enough to cover anyones needs. Staff were extremely helpful.

It takes me awhile to pick out shoes and the guys that work here are always friendly and helpful. They have good sale prices on brand name shoes.

Plenty of clothing merchandise along with sporting goods. Appeared to be short on help. Good parking is a plus.

They carry a size 14 Nike, most stores stock a size 13 but not 14. Big 5 has had a good shoe for me in 14
