Everyone at All Seasons is friendly and helpful. I bought my camper here and have it serviced here as well, and as someone who is new to the camper life, they make sure to take the time to help me with any questions I have. Stephen in the service department was especially helpful for multiple repairs + questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Thanks to him and the rest of the staff, Ill happily be returning to All Seasons for any needs I have.

These guys are fantastic to work with! We live about 3 hours from all seasons rv and marine Bend, Or. We were able to purchase exactly what we wanted, at a great price almost entirely off the internet.We knew going in how much of a trade in value to expect. They took our trade and met our needs. Didn’t get the usual high pressure sales staff like other places. Brian ‘cowboy’ Waldron dealt with us fairly. Was friendly, professional, and helped us even after the papers were signed!We had a part that was not working and cowboy helped guide us over the phone after all seasons had closed and when those things didn’t work he facilitated the repair, even though they were very busy! When the part coming from the manufacturer took a little longer than expected they located another part at another dealership and had it overnighted.Everyone there is super nice from the service and parts department, the receptionist, Michelle the financial services person, and management. Would definitely shop here again! Good people!

Just took deliver of the Jayco Seismic fifth wheel and the whole process was so great. Justin Alvarez our sales rep did a wonderful job getting all the questions answered prior to arrival as we were from out of town. His product knowledge and expertise shows his professionalism towards his customers. At delivery Marcos did an excellent job explaining the coach as there is so much to go over. He ensured to show us all the buttons and let us try all them out rather than just explaining how they worked he showed us. Top notch. Michelle in finance was great and explained all the paperwork and product available. The service and parts department was amazing because we needed extra parts prior to arrival for towing our fifth wheel. We arrived at 9am did delivery which took 1hr then finance 15 minutes then they explained the hook up and disconnect process to us, we left by 11am and they even installed a new fifth wheel hitch. To the Mike Alvarez team thanks so much for an amazing experience. My wife was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store and that everyone was wearing a mask and plenty of sanitation products available due to our current fight against the pandemic. These guys took care of my RV maintenance issues with quick turn around time. Other shops in town were not able to accommodate. All Seasons is the best. Well I have left a 3 messages over the phone in the last 2 years and they have never called me back. I am planning on buying a high end motorhome next year when I sell my home... Well They say they are the Happy People. Maybe thats only when they get your money... They WILL NOT GET MINE!

We bought a new Nash 24M and love it. On our first trip we did have a problem with a water pipe banging with the pulse of the water pump. This occurred under the floor. We had no idea how they were going to fix it with out cutting into the floor - but they found a better way to solve the problem. No more thumping noise!

Great place! It was a long drive for us, but worth it since they offer ATC trailers. Salesman was friendly along with Parts and Service! Was definitely worth a 12 hour round trip to get the trailer we wanted!

We purchased a new Wolf Creek 840 truck camper from Rebecca at All Seasons and I highly recommend her and the staff! Rebecca kept us informed of the status since we were purchasing new and there was a slight factory delay. We drove 5.5 hours to pick it up and the entire process took less than 2 hours. We also had our 2yr old son with us who was playing with a paper airplane and Frank even joined in...helping to entertain him. It was a great experience. Michelle in finance was also great to work with and was very organized with great customer service skills. And Steven in service gave us a thorough walk through and great pointers for operating. Can’t say enough good things about All Seasons RV & Marine! Corey was a great salesman and was so helpful in every way! Currently pregnant with two little ones and brought my in laws along to find a trailer for our growing family. It was a hot day and we had to wear masks. Corey didn’t lead us on a crazy hunt for trailers. He listened to what we needed and had us wait comfortably in one trailer while he would look around the area for something that would interest us then come back and get us. We didn’t have to walk around in the heat and look at trailers that weren’t for us. Saved us time and kept us comfortable. Second, He was very knowledgeable about travel trailers and didn’t annoy us at all like other salesmen do. He found us the perfect trailer and got things rolling quick and painless. They gave us an amazing deal and even though we said we were “just there to look” we ended up putting money down on a travel trailer that same day because we knew it was perfect for us and they made it easy to want to buy from them! We also loved when we picked up our trailer they made sure everything was in working condition and ran us through everything/taught us how everything worked. We will definitely be sending friends and family here and coming back again in the future! Two months staying in our trailer while we wait to move into our next home and it’s been the best trailer! Had the part 0nhand for a good price

It has been the worst dealership we have ever delt with would not even give a star but had to to write the review, from the salesman to the service tech to the owner they do not back there products and have costed us thousands of dollars, They boasted to us about there high ranking for coustmer service and satisfaction, but when issue arose 90 miles after.we left there lot with a motorhome we bought from them they bailed on us. Right now we are out 40000.00 out of pocket, and only have attempted to use it one time after we finally got it home watch failed miserably(coach unsafe and not roadworthy). We feel they misrepresented the condition of the coach and all its issues as we are new to motorhomes we were taken advantage of, we fill that all season Marin and rv should have made this right by us as the coach is not road worthy or safe, We ask them to buy it back from us for what we paid for it and we still would have taken a loss because we traded a brand new colman 17 foot trailer TV on this piece of !@#$!!!!!!, stay clear of this company

I wrote a review four months ago in which I did report some inaccurate information regarding the way something was installed. I have attempted to change this, but unfortunately do not seem to be able to alter the review. I was sad that All Seasons chooses to address the review by simply not accepting business from us any longer. We have been customers for many years, my father, brother and grandfather for many years before we were as well. I wish the company well and they must be doing very well when they refuse customers. I do apologize for inaccurate information concerning the screen they installed.

Disappointing, they were to have truck parts, nothing in show room. Several employees there but no one asked to help me.

Called them today as a test to see if they would try to overcharge us for a sail switch. We called every RV repair shop in the area and was quoted as high as 60.00!! These folks quoted us the right price AND cheaper than online. I highly suggest them because I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Thank you!

Our family had a WONDERFUL experience with everyone at All Seasons. We spent close to 8 hours over multiple trips looking at different trailers. We worked with Justin (sales rep) - he gave us his personal cell, texted and communicated with us after hours and even came in on his day off when we wanted to look again. We never felt pressured or had that used cars sales feeling. We never felt swayed or pushed to spend more, in fact we felt that Justin worked hard to make our vision fit into our budget. He brainstormed and looked at everything with us.... The management was easy to talk to, financing was smooth and everyone treated us as family.... at one point we had both our kids AND our dog with us and they just let them hang out with us and didnt make us feel bad about anything.... my dog was even inside the finance office as we signed..... SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! --PS - we looked at 3 other RV sales stores in Bend/Redmond during this process and we choose to buy from All Seasons because of how we were treated... we did not walk away from any other dealer feeling as good as we did at All Seasons.... cant say enough good things about them. We are now using the service department for some warranty items (very minimal) and so far THAT has been amazing too.

We were not in the market to buy a trailer as we were only looking to waste some time and have some fun looking. It was a great experience. Frank walked with us and helped us look at a few and led us to a pre-owned and instantly fell in love with it. From sales to finance, the service was excellent. Frank even came in on his day off to help us get connected with finance and help me with the in and outs of the trailer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE goes along way. Good job guys.

Austin is the man. Scheduled an appointment to winterize our RV. 30 minute appoint turned into an hour with no service. The staff accidentally lost my spot in the que. Once I approached the desk after my hour wait, Austin blazed into action, and got it done in 10 minutes. He didnt blame, accuse or get frustrated. 100% ownership. Mistakes happen. Totally understandable, especially when you get the kind of customer care that Austin provided. Thanks!

Parts Dept. Review. I think before you claim to be the “nice guys” you should work on being helpful. I have had a few experiences in parts dept now and not satisfied with the service levels. Out of stock on several parts this last visit. Associate said everything is out. Everyone is out its a major problem. I drove across the street and they were all in stock at Big Country RV.Everyone was nice when I bought the RV. No one has been helpful since. I would not recommend.

I needed an inline fuse for my fish finder on my kayak. I called All Seasons parts dept and talked to Brad. I explained what I was doing. He said he had 2 different fuse holders that might work. I brought in my portable fish finder so he could see the wiring. He not only found the part I needed but proceeded to attach it for me and shrink wrapped the wiring! He went over and beyond good customer service!! (The lady in the parts dept was also very friendly telling me about some good lakes I might want to go see as well) HIGHLY recommend this place!!! My first time here and I will definitely be back! Thank you again Brad!!

They are always helpful and trustworthy in my experience. I have been using them for annual checkups on my trailer for a few years now.

Can’t say anything but negative here. Thought about last year’s experience as we had our RV winterized this week (by someone else). Last October we had our Travato winterized. When we took it out for the first time, we discovered the hot water heater had been full as well as the gray water tank being left 1/2 full (we were never asked nor informed of this last fall. Fortunately there was no permanent damage. Also in the spring we had the screen door replaced, we had ordered the door and provided. We have since discovered they installed it upside down and backwards and thus it does not fit properly. Each time we have called we are told to bring it over and they will have to look at it, fix and it would be a minimum charge, to look at! The people are pleasant, but the actual work is not done properly, in fact I wonder if it is done improperly so there will be more to be charged for.

Rather than leave a very negative review of the local Ohio RV dealership that attempted to treat me in a very negative and predatory manner, I thought it better to focus on the RV dealership that turned a bad situation into a good one. I am very thankful to Brad and the entire team at All Seasons RV and Marine for assisting me in ordering the correct OEM replacement baggage door for my 2007 Arctic Fox 29V travel trailer by taking the time and effort to coordinated with the original RV manufacturer Northwood Industries to make sure that the replacement baggage door for my travel trailer would be the correct one. Yesterday, as Brad had indicated, the door arrived and was exactly what I needed for a direct fit replacement. I will not hesitate to contact All Seasons RV & Marine for my next RV purchase and for any additional RV parts that I may need in the future.

We found just the right trailer for us at All Seasons. Rebecca walked us through the process online and on the phone, since we had to travel to Oregon to pick it up! There was nothing available in our home state. We got a great price and everyone was so helpful!

We came 500 miles from CA because they had the exact MH that we wanted. Everything was well coordinated and all went smoothly.......very low key. So low that at closing, we werent even offered any kind of extended warranty and no mention of the Winnebago club or the Route 66 perk.There were a couple of issues that will now be warranty repairs that should have been taken care of and had to have been noticed/documented by the person driving it 2000 miles from Iowa or a pre-sale inspection by the dealer.The walk-thru guy seemed to know nearly all the little feature details but made a comment that you could drive with the propane on for the refrigerator - a BIG NO NO and the first thing on the warning label on the wall next to the drivers seat. He also told me, after showing me on the tires, that they should be filled to 110lbs, which is the maximum they should EVER be filled. Says right on the other sticker next to the driver; 82lbs. Lucky I checked the tires, the rear inside tires on both sides were 15lbs under recommended.So, two stars because of lack of attention to details and downright unsafe advice..............

We had such an enjoyable experience. We actually didnt think we would find anything that we wanted to upgrade to. Corey was Amazing and listened to our wants and needs and showed us trailers that fit our requests. Traveling across the great state of Oregon we needed a few things for our Airstream so we stopped in and found exactly what we were looking for. Good selection of RV accessories kept me browsing for stuff I didn’t know I needed. Staff was friendly. Thanks for being open.

Love the design of our Mammoth camper and the Host factory tour our salesperson arranged. Got to customize our camper which was delightful. Problem was the follow-through on promises and delay of completion by the service department despite 1 1/2 weeks after our campers manufacture. We took our truck in the day before delivery for modifications to our truck and were promised that our Sleep Number bed would be switched out with the original bed. During the walk-through, it was found that the washer/dryer had a leak, a screw had not been installed in the fireplace area and a decal on one of the slide-outs was coming off. We were assured that these things would be taken care of, however, were not done as promised despite us giving them extra time to complete. We also got talked into the protective coating but have no assurance that it was actually applied. After waiting an extra 4 hours to have these things done the next day we felt rushed out of there as we were tired and wanted to get home and they probably wanted to get us out of there also. To top it off they never did repair the decal. Then, because of the extensive delay, we had to drive 3 1/2 hours in the dark with the 4,600 lb camper (our first camper ever.) This was a frightening experience as the weight of the camper really changed the feel of the ride of our truck. They admitted to problems with their service department as their previous manager had just left. Hopefully they will improve their service in the future.On the plus side, the finance person was organized, knowledgeable and entertaining. She made it almost a pleasure to give money to her!

We took our RV into All Seasons RV in Bend, OR. We wanted to add an additional solar panel and battery to our unit. They were very professional and worked hard to keep us updated on the work they were doing. The only problem we had was, the work we thought would take one week, ended up taking 3 weeks. To be fair, the slip up was not because anything All Seasons RV did, but a error MB caused by not including all of the parts needed to finish the work. .

Such a great service department. I had my RV winterized and asked them to quote the back stairs I had bent. Not only did they quote me the stairs they fixed my bent stairs for free!!!! I will be a lifelong service customer!

Pete in finance was just as wonderful and did the same, answering our questions and making sure we were well informed. The first time we took our boat on the water, we had some concerns and Frank got them addressed right away and corrected the issue with his service team immediately and always kept us up to speed on what was going on. A+ service and communication.

We are so very happy we stopped at All Seasons RV and Marine. Sue treated us so very good and showed us several 5th wheel trailers. No matter the outcome of our deal, we cant say enough good things about Sue.

I had a manufacturer upgrade performed by the service department. This was on the Lithium Power system by VOLTA, and its interface with the solar devices. This (free) upgrade is limited to a very small subset of the RVs that Winnebago produces, and Im certain this was the first one that was performed by All Seasons RV. For those reasons, All Seasons and VOLTA (in Michigan) needed several business to business phone communications during the installation. They worked through the process in a very satisfactory manner and went the extra mile to make sure it was done correctly and successfully.

Man, these people give great customer service! Austin was on the phone with me probably 4-5 times helping me diagnose my problem with my Coachmen campers water heater. I eventually brought it in and he figured out it was carbon buildup on the igniter, blew that off, and had me going in just a couple of minutes. And no charge! Thats how to take care of your customers!

The team at All Seasons RV and Marine provided the most exceptional customer experience I’ve received from a dealership! From the moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk. I was introduced to Rebecca in sales and she patiently took the time to learn my needs and was extremely knowledgable on each camper. She is an avid adventurer herself and was able to help prepare me for my next big adventure. I also worked with Corey in sales who is an expert in the camper industry and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. The service team took extra time to orient me to my camper and gave me invaluable information about solar as well as other tips. My wife and I dealt with Cliff and he was amazing to work with. He explained everything about the trailer and made sure we were comfortable with purchasing the trailer. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a salesperson that cares, that what you are buying is what really works for the customer. The integrity and honesty blew me away. After dealing with Cliff I felt like he was a personal friend.

We were very pleased with our experience at All Seasons RV. We had been to several RV dealerships, and didn’t find what we were looking for. I was having issues with my boat motor, he recommended parts and was incredibly helpful walking me through on how I could troubleshoot the issues I was having. Just got my 2002 Bass Tracker out of the shop. Let me just say that if I could give them 6 stars I would!!I purchased a new trolling motor and after looking at a billion reviews, decided to have it put on by a real shop instead of doing it myself. I also had a ton of little things that needed addressing as well including a new prop, spark plugs, bearings greased, trailer lights, cup holder and so on and so forth....After leaving it for a few days, I was informed that I had a hull breach. I loved the way I was treated on the phone by Ken and given options. They went above and beyond.Yes it was expensive, but well worth the investment to have the work done right the first time.Octavio went and did the actual work and when I arrived, took me out to my boat to show me all the work he did. Again, above and beyond. He had to pull my front deck because my wires were pinched to my old trolling motor FROM THE FACTORY... He even put a grommet in the hole he punched to protect the wires(the right way) Cant wait to get my boat on the water....Cmon Spring, hurry up!!!!

All Seasons RV goes above and beyond. This is the second time I have purchased from them. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help you. We were thrilled to find out they are selling the ATC Toy-hauler line. We had Corey Parr as our salesperson, and he did a phenomenal job working through all the details with us over the phone. We are over three hours away from this dealership, and Corey did a fantastic job of answering all of our questions along with making sure our needs were met. We arrived to pick up our new RV and the team - Corey, Frank, Brad, Pete, and Jason had everything ready. Jason was patient and answered every question we had on our walk-thru. He was in the rain and snow getting the hitch set up just right. Todd and I cant thank the whole team enough for such a smooth transaction. Kudos to everyone at All Seasons. Keep up the good work!

All Seasons has earned my loyalty. They went above and beyond when I was in a difficult situation to get a break controller installed. When another auto shop failed to deliver, Madelin pushed hard to get me in ASAP and even arranged for a loaner car! The crew was very knowledgeable and courteous. They also completed the job quicker than expected. Highly recommend!

Nearly two years after buying the trailer I had a question. Brad on the service team was wonderful, did not suggest unnecessary repairs and treated me well. This is a good dealer.Very Satisfied! The entire purchasing process was smooth and professional. Doug patiently answered questions when I was just looking, even though I live near Portland and was not a good prospect. After more shopping, Doug and I arrived at a fair deal on the phone. The new Nash trailer was prepped and ready as promised. In the past, we had our older Arctic Fox serviced at All Seasons and always had a good experience. This was the first time we bought an RV from AS. We are happy with the way we were treated. There were a couple of times where the commitment to keep an appointment to complete paperwork and a walk through didnt go as scheduled, but nothing too major. The walk through could have been more comprehensive but that was more our fault - we should have asked more questions and not assume some operational items. We would recommend All Seasons as a dealer to buy an RV from and to have it serviced.

What an amazing experience! Rebecca was very helpful and patient with us. We were looking for a certain type of used RV in a specific price range and she worked with us for probably a year keeping an eye out for what we were shopping for. We looked at a few when they got them but they werent a perfect fit until this one. They took in a trade that fit our criteria and she called us as it was coming in. It was just what we wanted and we are super happy with it. The buying process was also fantastic, it was super easy and no pressure. These folks are the polar opposite of our previous RV shopping experiences and it was so refreshing. Their finance person explained our options and was courteous and helpful the whole way through. The loan application and approval was super easy too. There was never a hint of high pressure sales tactics with long waiting for manager approval or endless haggling, it was almost too easy. All Seasons RV really sets the high bar for RV buying and Rebecca did and everyone else there did a fantastic job.

Just stopped to dump tanks. Turns out if you buy some items inside the dump is free, otherwise I think I remember it only being around $6, so not bad at all to rid of hundreds of pounds of Gray and Black water. The staff were awesome and super welcoming, helpful as all get out. I had quite a pleasant experience and if Im ever back in area they have definitely won over a new customer!
