Dan was very nice. As a woodworking hobbyist I have had a hard time finding a lumber dealer in central Oregon that has a good selection of hardwoods and is willing to sell in small increments. Dan and his team were very welcoming and courteous, and were priced well. I will definitely be buying from them again.

One of the better customer service experiences Ive had at any business. Zach was patient, informative, and helped me sort through 120 boards for just the right ones. The prices and selection were incredible as well. I picked up a beautiful stack of quarter sawn African Mahogany that I cant wait to cut into. I live 500 miles away in Oakland, CA and I will be back to Bend for the beer and Hardwood Industries.

Horrible customer service. This guy with dark hair who was probably in his late 40s treated me like he could care less if he had my money at all. Didnt even want to walk 20 feet out to their yard to show me the hardwood vaneers. He was very kurt, rude, and dismissive of some very honest and simple questions I had about buying their paneling and installing it. The other older gentlemen with grey hair seemed rather kind and helpful but when I came back into the building he was gone. I didnt want to work with the guy who was treating my like I was worthless so I just left.They lost a $2000.00 sale today and that was just the beginning. Over the course of building my Victorian home Ill need countless thousands more in hardwoods. Ill just have to drive to the valley or rely on home depot/lowes. I wont be back to this store.
