Whenever we need items that we cant find in the large box stores we go there and usually find what we need. Excellent prices and love donating there too. Awesome cause

I brought a utility sink in today (Saturday) and was told that although donations were open they couldn’t accept sinks until Monday. What??? Please remember that donors are trying to help, and that we have busy schedules too. This isn’t the first time I’ve had them do this sort of thing.Otherwise good company that really helps people in need. I’ve volunteered with them before, and other than the inconsiderate drop-off policies they really are caring people.

Theres an excellent store especially the people that volunteer to manage it.

Tons of things to look at! Prices are actually reasonably priced compared to to any other used store. Very impressed by everything here it ranges by quality and prices.

Lots of good stuff today, its interesting to see what other people are getting rid of and us finding things that work into our current project.

Called to inquire about kitchen cabinets . I was told we have lots & lots I asked are you sure ? he said let me double check, yes we have bunch .AFTER driving 60 miles and looked high and low, what I found were bathroom cabinets.How stupid do you have to be not to know the difference between the two.

One of the best used goods stores in the area. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and constantly changing inventory make this a great place to stop when you are just looking for furniture, lighting, or even sinks or toilets. They always have a great selection and work to support the community in many ways.

Last year Ive been very disapointed.this use to be the fun spot for my family. Wont be back.

We ordered two Bond St mini burgers and a Deschutes. Two of the orders were wrong - the jalapeños we asked to have on the side were put on a Bond burger and the Deschutes didnt have pineapple at all. Everything (burger and fries) were on the cool side of warm. Very disappointing.

This is a very well kept and clean restore. The staff are very nice and helpful. They also have good quality stuff. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this restore to anybody.

This place is wonderful! I love that they do great work for the community and folks in need! They dont overprice their goods, like some well-known places do. They are fair, considerate, and only sell used goods that are still in fair condition. I bought both of my couches here, and always give my donations to Restore as well!

I love this store! My business Bluemoon Wood Creations is all about reclaim and repurpose. I am inspired creatively when I see things that normally get thrown away and the uses they may become.

My favorite place to shop for anything and everthing. In less than a year, I have replaced and remodeled everything in my new home. Siding, paint, doors, carpet, lights, sink, kitchen cabinets, vinyl flooring, hoses and gadgets, tile, pictures, decor and so much more. If they dont have what you need the first time looking, and you arent in a hurry, be patient, they will get it in.So much fun and the prices cant be beat. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Employees are usually not eager to help, I understand they are volunteers, but cmon, dont be so grumpy😡...There is a multitude of great 2nd hand, donated items to peruse. They usually have all kinds of treasures; furniture, artwork, electronics, light fixtures, appliances, windows, doors. Its a great, local place to check BEFORE hitting one of the big name stores.

Such a great place to volunteer. I’ve been volunteering for 16 years and our customers are the absolute best in Central Oregon. Lots of laughs and our wonderful staff make each day a joy. Fun, fun, fun! JB

I love this place and what they do for the community but they over price furniture and have horrible customer service. I went in today to buy some paint and I stood at the counter while 3 employees just talked and didnt even acknowledge me. Then one woman finally helped me but I felt like such an inconvenience to her. All in all I will still shop here but Im definitely not expecting good service.

Wonderful place! Go all the time because the really great items get snatched up first. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great volunteers!Lots of hanging light fixtures, new led and old light bulbs, switches. Lots of couches. Good door selection, washers & dryers, fridges and stove tops. Sinks and tubs. Cabinets. Plumbing sections. Lots and lots of windows. Always lots of tiles.

This place had a ton of stuff. Our only issue was that we had to drive back to WA and only had our car so we couldn’t take anything. Great selection here.

Always a pleasure when I get to go hunting around the restores. I used to love building houses for them until the whole restructuring. Most of the time the prices are excellent and it seems the staff are becoming more knowledgeable each time I go in. When I cant find some old, special, strange part any place else I usually find it here. Now they are even bagging up the small parts with the info, making hunting a lot easier. Finally I seem to replace a lot of doors. A brand new cheap flat hollow core at home depot is $80 compared to $30 for a solid raised panel door here. The only issue I have is how fast the inventory sells. Cant plan on something being there.

Man this place has changed...

After I cash in my cans and bottles down the street, I take that little bit of coin and go treasure hunting at the ReStore! I always come away with a gem or two. Or maybe just a really sweet piece of wood. Its as much a part of my week as Sunday waffles or Taco Tuesday. Dont miss out!

A great store, good finds for affordable prices

I feel good donating items and nice furnishings to this store, because they put decent prices on things for resale... unlike that big national thrift store chain. Very nice to see the up-cycling ideas and just about any sort of tool or fixture or appliance you need, all well organized. Going for a great cause!

The best selection of everything you can possibly think of having or need compared to other Habitat for Humanity Restore Ive been to.

This is one of our favorite Habitats to visit! They are always stocked with just about everything and everyone is extremely helpful. Plus, your proceeds help others in need. Who wouldnt want to shop here? =)

There was a fairly good selection of miscellaneous furnishings and fixtures but I was a little disappointed with the building materials. Im sure it is cyclic and based on donations received, so I cant fault the store for lack of any inventory. If you make it a regular stop to gather materials over time you will do well. Pleasant staff, though not very proactive.

I have been a big fan and supporter of habitat for humanity Restore for awhile now. They offer a huge selection of building materials and furniture and priced just right. Only downside is occasionally dealing with unfriendly staff.

We always love shopping here. But lately it seems things are being priced way to high, considering it is all donated stuff. Always check for the color of the sale..

Huge selection of items. Employees are always kind. Only reason I am only rating 4 stars is the snootiness and entitlement of some of the other customers. I guess it is Bend, OR though and shouldnt be surprising.

I HATE THIS STORE. Never shop here. The staff take away the purchases without permission and do not communicate it to you. I needed a set up bed, they took it apart without telling me, I bought a u haul to bring the bed...and then it was disassembled. The volunteers do not communicate well with the employees.
