My Mazda 3 broke down outside the painted hills. Got a AAA tow to Bend, and didnt know any mechanics in the area. AAA recommended Wade Bryant. My car got worked on quickly (even with an arrival in the late afternoon), and I was called the following morning with an estimate and diagnostic. The price was on the high side, but not totally absurd (like many other mechanics I have encountered). Work was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my car and was headed back home. Overall very satisfactory.

Love this place. I couldnt figure out why my car was acting the way it was when we had just fixed it took it to them and they looked at it and fixed a clamp that wasnt closed all the way.

I needed some work done in a pinch and Wade Bryants was extremely helpful, knowledgeable on the issue over the phone, and super quick. Like crazy fast! They were a joy to work with even though I was so stressed about getting my car fixed right before a big trip. I had an extremely negative experience at a dealership in Bend, I called Wade Bryant Auto and spoke to Matt, not only did he help me in a very stressful and confusing time, but he got me on the schedule immediately and I had my broken down Lexus towed in to the shop. The mechanics at Wade Bryant fixed my problem in less than a day. Matt showed me the exact issue and the part that had failed upon pick up, and saved me $120 under the dealership quote. Wayde himself came out of the office upon pick up to wish me a good day, and everyone there was very happy and reassuring. I will never trust my automotive care to another shop in this town. Super nice, timely, and did a lot of work on my car. However my car was still having problems after I told them to search for problems that could arise and paid for all the problems to be fixed. In my mind that should have been the end of it. It was not. I kept having problems, which was really suspicious. Now I am looking at another problem, which a few mechanic friends have said that Wades should have noticed and known about.I think it is time for a new mechanic, since these people are no help to me. A real shame because they were very friendly, oh well.

Called them, gave them my car at lunch paid then over the phone and had the car ready for me when I was off at 6 to pick up! Matt was super helpful... they took care of me with great costumer service

Really great experience. They always get approval for any repairs, and its done right. Friendly staff. The best part was, larger fixes and repairs, only took 2 days.

Despite many delays in getting the correct parts to fix my rear differential (partially the junkyard’s fault) Wade Bryant’s shop got the job done, and did it well. There was, however, room for improvement with their communication and follow up process. My Ford Explorer was in their shop for 3 weeks - the first two weeks not a single phone call was made for a follow up - instead I found myself having to call in to get any information/updates regarding my rig/parts. I had also asked for an emailed quote for the work, and inquired about getting a small fix on my passenger visor; I never got my inquiry on the visor answered, and was able to get an emailed quote for the rear diff work on the 2nd request a few days later. By the 3rd week, communication on the situation definitely improved from the shop personnel. They also ordered and paid for an additional part that was needed, and in the end refunded me $100 due to the inconvenience of my experience. The shop owner Terrance also apologized for the experience and worked on a Saturday to get my rig done for me. This situation started off rocky and ended redeemed. Thank you!

I came to Wade Bryants after an unfortunate incident with a deer and the hood of my car. They were the epitome of outstanding service. Throughout the entire incident they were incredibly helpful, empathetic and most importantly, HONEST, in their advice and guidance.They helped me to the best of their abilities and in the areas they couldnt (mainly body work) they connected me with the right people who could. Because of Wade Bryants, what could have been an incredibly stressful situation-- ok lets be honest it was still stressful-- but it became a more manageable situation. I felt supported and friendly with those I met at the shop.I could not recommend this shop more highly!

Our car broke down while we were in Bend between Christmas and New Years. I was concerned that no one would be able to fix it before we had to leave with limited hours on the holidays. We had the car towed to Wade Bryant on Monday afternoon and within a few hours they called us back with the problem and the cost to fix it. By 11am the next day, we had our car back and running great.If you need repairs done while in Bend, I would recommend this shop for courtesy, honesty, and promptness.

Fixed my daughters car for less than anyone else in town! Their diagnostic fee is at least half of everyone else we called in town too. Very thorough job!

The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because I am not an expert on the subject matter and would usually only leave reviews on what I know a bit about. However, they are AAA and Napa certified, have always been timely when completing jobs, and pleasant counter service.

Brought my truck into Wade Bryants because it was starting weak. They told me it was the alternator, and replaced it. I took the truck home and discovered the same problem, so they told me most likely the battery was bad, so we replaced it, still same problem. Brought the truck back to them, they said well it must be the starter so we replaced it, still yet same problem, so I brought the truck back to them. On closer inspection they found that one wire from the battery had a bad connection point so they charged me to fix that. Bottom line, $1,000.00 dollars later the loose wire was repaired and the truck ran fine.

Brought my jeep in due to trouble starting and running rough. Matt was pleasant and forthright, kept me up to date, and they had it fixed within a day for less than I expected.

Took a van to these guys once because the previous owner of the vehicle took it there for a tuneup shortly before i purhased the vehicle. Working off of the original estimate/ repairs needed list i fixed numerous things such as bad bulbs, windshield wiper relay. Took the vehicle back in for an inspection (over 6 months after the tune up) and they didnt inspect a god damn thing. The copy and pasted form the old estimate the exact word for word repairs needed. Stuff i know for a facthad been either fixed or replaced. They didnt even look at the vehicle. Will never go there again, thats just dis honest
