Can you help me out I got what I want no real issues other than inventory right now is low which is not their fault.Experience is fine not great not bad but fine.

Walked in, bought a new car top carrier, got it installed (for free), and drove out in less then 30 minutes. They keep your purchase history on file to help with warranty issues and theyre friendly and knowledgeable when you walk in.

Great service, pricing and best available inventory in Bend (at least for the rack I needed). They gave me some great tips for the install and everything worked out well. Would highly recommend!

Everyone I dealt with was nice, however I don’t think I will do business here again. After buying a rooftop cargo box and deciding I wanted a larger one I was told I could trade it back for a larger one. Several phone calls to check availability and trips back to the store they finally had a larger one in stock, but now I was told there would be a restocking fee because I had bought it three weeks prior.Since it had never been mentioned before on the phone or in store it felt like a cash grab.

Not only did Rack-n-Roll have the specific rack I was searching for, but Dan and Tim helped me transform my van with a totally new rack setup. I am on my 3rd roof rack from Rack-n-Roll, I keep getting different Jeeps, and this time, Ive been kind of hard on it. My recent trip I broke some of the towers and they have been working with me to fix it and keep it from breaking again. Super friendly, courteous, and full of good ideas on how to improve my setup. I greatly appreciate them and Im willing to drive to Bend and Rack-n-Roll from the Valley because I like the work they do so much.

Two guys working there. One guy at the front desk knows nothing and cant answer our questions. The other guy is too busy to talk to us. I guess they do not need the business.

Great experience at Bend Rack-N-Roll. I needed a very specific part (threaded hitch pin) which was very hard to find. When I was in Portland I called several shops, no one had the piece. When I got back to Bend my first call to Rack-N-Roll was a huge win. The guys hooked me up with the exact piece I needed, and provided a bit of insight on the other available options. This shop will always be my first call from here out.

Excellent staff and service! We are on a road trip and unfortunately had our bikes stolen and they clipped our lock to our rack. Rack-N-Roll nicely pulled one out of a package for us!...to top it all off, one of the employees, Matt, covered the costs for us. Such a humbling experience!!! I would highly recommend this shop. I love this place! They are so helpful and patient. I had two Hull-evators installed for my kayaks.They spent a lot of time showing me in great detail how everything works, after the install. I have a friend who had one installed at another location and she didnt know how to operate it when she got home. I had to show her.

Our roof rack started coming off on our drive over from Portland. I had installed it and apparently didnt do it correctly. The guys at Rack n Roll reinstalled it and answered my questions about how to reinstall it in the future, all for no charge, the place we bought the racks would have charged $50.I really appreciate their level of service and expertise.

I am from Salt Lake City. I have an old Küat rack that was damaged and Küat doesn’t stock those parts any more. That did not stop those guys from bending over backwards to help me get things straightened out directly with Küat, helping me get the correct part shipped to my next stop, and disassembling the broken parts to ensure all would work when I installed the new part. Above and beyond. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Brought my all black tundra in for a tailgate pad..... Ended up getting a custom powder coated Thule xsporter, a Yakima skybox and two Yakima bike racks. I got a better deal through them then on Amazon plus the install was free!!! Now I got the ultimate rack on the back of my truck, this is an awesome shop with even better customer service, this is the only real place to buy a car rack.
