They sell mis matched sets of dies and punches so that you are forced to buy complete sets. Marketing Scam! Then if you request a special order they refuse. While reminding you that no one else has the parts, as if to taunt you. I am disapointed considering the quality of the tools.

Ive ordered several tools, SWAG Portaband Table in 2016 use it a lot and zero problems. Recently 2020 ordered the SWAG 20 TON Finger Brake Heavy Duty pre-assembled which is pretty heavy, so much so that the weak delivery drivers dropped it on its end several times and I needed to knock it straight. Welds are solid and the break bends as it should, happy with it. Will order Arbor Press Plates next to replace my old HF ones. I agree the packaging is not adequate but at least the shipping was free.

I bought a set of their dies for the HF tube roller a few years ago, and had been thoroughly pleased with its performance; it is the only die I have that doesnt corkskrew the tubes. When I started looking into a press brake, I checked out what else they had, lo and behold: many options for exactly what I was looking for! I cant review the brake yet, as I ordered the weld-it-yourself kit, and I havent done that yet (will update). BUT! what I can and will say is that the arbor plates I ordered got lost in the glut of packages USPS had to deal with over the holidays. It was declared officially lost. I was looking at recouping only $50 out of around $200, because I didnt think to add insurance to it. So a few days ago I get a call from these guys, asking me if I ever got my arbor plates. To cut a bit of the story short: USPS sent my plates back to them, and rather than selling them again to someone else (which they absolutely could have done, and made twice the money on it) they re-send me my plates! These guys are on the level, and absolutely deserve your business.

I ve been wanting to do dimple dies, i had called them with questions on different things including a shop press,well i got the press they told me about next will be the dies from them

Not unhappy with the product...... product is great so far.... just find the after sales poor. After recieving my shipment I have sent them 3 emails Informing them about poor packaging and have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I thought after spending $350 I would at least get an email acknowledging my issue.

Product line is high quality and definitely worth investing in. Good dealings with Swag!
