Very friendly staff and delicious food and coffee! Rustic, woodsy decor makes you feel comfortable and at home in the north woods while you enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich and fresh fruit. Quiet, comfortable atmosphere made this first time feel right at home. Definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in Bemidji!

This is a great little cafe. The coffee is good, and not too bitter (like some places). The desserts are amazing. This is a great place to bring your date, even if youre married to her for a pleasant afternoon snack.

Plenty of tables with additional seating on couches; small children’s play area. Comfortable, unassuming place with great coffee and homemade baked goods, served by friendly staff. Bonus: a gracious decanter of iced water with plenty of real glasses on hand is freely available to customers in the back sitting area.

Super tasty coffee and great espresso. The Americano I had was perfect. The baristas there really no how to pour great shots. Really liked the space there too. Wish that covid wasnt a thing, so that I could have hung out there for a while. Keep making great coffee!

The Cabin Coffeehouse has a wonderful feel to it. Incredibly creative interior with food and drinks to match. The menu is a bit confusing and hard to read as most of it is written in chalk on the walls. Its easy to miss something. The food is fantastic with really unique and thoughtful breakfast and lunch items. They make several latte flavor syrups in house, truly unique to the area. The espresso and coffee in their raw forms took a slight down turn when ownership changed. Im not sure if that is because of different suppliers but the espresso flavor could certainly improved. The service also is a little bit lacking. They typically feel understaffed, so if there are more than a couple people in line, the wait is a little bit longer than one would expect. All of that aside, I would recommend this shop if you are looking for a unique experience and an alternative to chain coffee shops. Cantabria Coffee Company is also a comparable alternative.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The manager Caitlin is awesome and goes above and beyond to give customers the best experience. She knows when I come in already what I want 🤗 Love the granola bars and baked goods. They are only $2 and are freshly baked. Really neat atmosphere and in a great dowtown location.

Went to Cabin Coffeehouse & Cafe, the service was excellent they were very friendly, even found out the lettuce was freshly picked by the Boys & Girls Club locally. The 310 to Yuma Salad was Amazing!!! Husband had the Biscuits & Gravy and said they were really good, made to his liking. Husbands coffee was excellent, Ed took the time and helped me to choose a blend of coffee. All in All I would give them a 5 of 5.

I just moved up here for the summer about a month ago and was in need of a local coffee shop. ALWAYS bonus points if your local shop does awesome food on top of great coffee, and these guys do!!! Regular menu plus specials, gluten free eats. Their staff is friendly and fast. Oh, and Cabin makes the most awesome cold brew Ive had in northern Minnesota!

Always pleased when I come here. Incredibly friendly and cool staff, coffees are always solid and their food is as creative as it is delicious, all at a reasonable price. Great chill spot to study or to have a meal with a friend or two. Vegetarian options are always crafted with finesse and respect.

Loved everything about this place! The staff was cheery and friendly, the mocha I had was SO rich and delicious. I also had a fresh baked blueberry muffin that was fantastic! Love the atmosphere, super cozy and homey.

The Cabin has incredible coffee, baked goods, and menu items. They truly take their time to craft an unforgettable experience! I cant get over the smoothness of the coffee - its rich and flavorful without any bitterness.The staff here is also incredibly friendly, hardworking, and patient when you dont know what you want! The atmosphere is hip and inviting also - the perfect place to settle in and get some work done on your lunch hour, which is what I often do!

This place just is not at all what it used to be a few years ago and I think it really showed when they opened up a second location and ended up having to shut it down.I used to get a sandwich and a smoothie here once a week, then switched to a different place due to the price difference and when I came back a few months later it was terrible, the food quality had tanked and their selection was cut in half.I tried it again about a year later today and got an Iced Carmel Mocha and a chocolate chip cookie since they didn’t have anything I used to get there and they were absolutely awful. It seems like they frothed the milk in an ice drink (which you never do) and it resulted in white chunks on the top of the drink. The cookie tasted like a stale butter cookie that you get out of the sampler tins.They have fallen into the same category as 209, and a few other local places that cater to the niche hipster audience and alter their menu and and mission that put them where they are today. If The Cabin does not go back to a roots and cater to the people that actually made them a successful enough business to open a second location I doubt that they will be around for much longer.

It was really good and surprisingly filling. Prices were maybe a little high but it was more than worth. Cook was super friendly.

The smell of burnt cheese smacked us in the face the second we opened the door (read Howard Schultzs Starbucks book). We were still determined to drink local. I give it two stars because of having just a little sympathy of it being the day after a holiday (we stopped on July 5), but to not have skim milk was pretty lame. No Chai tea either. I settled for coffee of the day (breakfast blend), and the rest of the family just passed. Word of advice, please pay attention to the details. You can buy skim milk at the store in a pinch. You can open the door to let fresh air in, or turn on your vent hood. Will pass next time were around.

Gonna be nice today and give the benefit of doubt: today I had a good cup of coffee here. Last time I was here I had a good hot cup of coffee here. The last few times before those I had lukewarm coffee. I have to have decaf, so I dont always get good hot coffee. I often get the dregs of a pot thats been sitting for a while. Heres to hoping I get good hot coffee here from here on out!

Scratch made food and the best peanut butter and banana sandwich ive had. Hubby got the veggie sandwich and it was delicious and even better dunked in the red pepper soup.

Everyone was nice, its super cute and a place I really consider going especially if you like quiet places. The food was amazing and the coffee was just as great. I love little coffee houses, you never know what youll find until you go.

Great coffee and breakfasts. The best breakfast is the Traditional (eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and a wonderful biscuit. However, it is not on the menu but just ask for it. It is only a block from the lake and the statutes of Paul and Babe.

Visited this place a year ago and was impressed. Unfortunately, I visited today, (March 2016) and was not all that impressed. The food was alright, the coffee was OK, but for $30 for two meals and two coffees I was not happy nor impressed.The bathrooms are a bit dirty and also have mold growing in them :-/

The BAKERY GOODS here are so much better than at other high priced bakeries in town!!!At my first visit, two weeks ago, I compared my favorite treat of a Coconut Macaroon here with one I purchased minutes before in town. Lets just say The Cabins was the REAL DEAL in taste, texture, moistness, and price. IM IN LOVE!❤👍👍❤And on my second visit, March 21, I met JOE, BARISTA EXTRAORDINAIRE, who made a perfect Café Miel, for my hour drive home. This place used to be 5 stars, but its gone downhill a bit since the previous owners sold it. They cut a lot of the menu, although I heard they brought it back. Idk its still good, but not as good as it was.

A very cozy place to chill with friends and has great coffee products and staff.Though I am a bit disappointed that they stopped stocking their sourdough bread and you have to order it ahead of time, which is quite inconvenient.
