I called the store to check availability for an OTC covid test before driving 25 miles and having them be out of stock, the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. When I asked if he could check the stock, he immediately said “we are out” and hung up on me. This man/boy should be terminated, his lack of empathy and customer service is disgusting. The call took place Tuesday august 31st at 4:40 if any manager would like to address this.Online said they were in stock and I wanted to verify it before traveling, and possibly exposing more people to covid if I were to be carrying the virus.
Zero communication between customer and store, every time my app tells me my prescription will be ready by a certain time they never notified me its ready, I have to call to check on it then they tell me itll be another hour then I get off the phone and get notified by my app its ready……. Also every month I do a refill they’re out of stock you think they keep it on stock if Im just going to come back in a month. Ridiculous 😡
I was followed around the store because the color of my skin. It’s that simple. She had no reason whatsoever to be in the aisle I was in. She came there, touched two things then left after I stopped what I was doing and just sat there and watched her to see what it was she was in the aisle for.... NOTHING. She then followed me to the register. Then after I confronted her about she continues to deny she wasn’t following me but it was clear that she was. This is getting out of hand and makes people not want to shop here anymore. If you guys have an issue with people of color that’s fine, say so and I won’t come back.

Went to Walgreens bemidji mn 5/12/2020Mid afternoon. I had a associate come up to me in the beauty department and she had blonde hair and she was amazing and knew what she was talking about and was so polite and helped me out and she just had amazing personality and vibe. Please keep her and give her a raise. She is amazing and had a smile on her face during this rough time. Thank you again.
Very well stocked with a wide variety of a little bit of everything. They have an area dedicated to seasonal items for holidays, back to school, winter/summer stuff. Photo lab does a good job and offers a wide variety of services.
Finding a employees to help you isnt always the easiest. Wish they were faster at filling scripts. Bathroom could use an update and floors a good stripping but over all store is clean
I really cannot believe the lack of customer service at this pharmacy. Minimal to no information is shared about your prescription. They will not inform you of cost saving measures you that are available to fill prescriptions. I was prescribed a generic medication that was not covered by my insurance and they changed it to the brand name WITHOUT consulting me. Due to the change I could not use the coupon that would have cut my payment in HALF. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
Wouldnt allow prescription pick up without my husband presenting an insurance card with my name (under his insurance). They were going to make an exception for my 6 day old daughter. In the end, had to have our medications filled elsewhere.
The main pharmacist treats people like an addict and make people wait for a 30 day prescription wont fill until 31 days which I dont think is legal everyone go to Iversons their the best pharmacy in bemidji for a reason if you dont want any problems to come up
They were awesome! I had a medical emergency for my eye and they didnt have the eye drops I needed. What they did was call all the other pharmacys in town and asked if they had it and none of them had the prescription I needed so they called my eye doctor and found an actual better product they had in stock for my eyes. Everyone who is rating this place bad is an impatient bratty soccer mom who dont understand their are other people in the world and sometimes you have to wait a couple minutes to get helped at busy places like a pharmacy where they handle the medicine that saves peoples lives.
I just had to speak to a pharmacy staff to inquire about a medication. I wanted to know if they had this med available, since CVS does not. The staff was VERY rude and snippy. She asked for the dosage, which I gave her (1 mg twice a day, 30 days) and she still kept barking at me like I was wasting her time and annoying her. I will have to get this med filled there today unfortunately, but will not be choosing to go there again.
Without fail, it takes over 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions whether you go inside or use the drive through, have also recieved spam and incorrect refill requests via email.
Not really anything I know of in the store that is competitively priced, but they do have convenient Redbox locations right outside.
Stood In line at pharmacy for 15 minutes, waited while understaffed pharmacy struggled to assist customers. Definitely not motivated to help anyone. Then when finally able to ask for script called in 4 hours, previous, meds,were not ready. Then had to wait in line again. Lady in front of me had similar issue..no meds r3ady, or even coukd be found. Walgreens I am really dissapointed! U r definitely not what I know u could be or had been in the past, now u r just like dealing with walmart, which is the worst for customer service.
Waited 15 mins on hold to only be disconnected and having to call back waiting ten mins this time... Shop somewhere else
Every single time i use this pharmacy there is an issue or a hold up that ends up eating up many extra hours of my day that doesnt happen at any other pharmacy i use.
Pharmacy is HORRIBLE with customers! I dont even think it has anything to do with race. I think they are just miserable people behind those counters.
Almost everyone that works in the pharmacy is so incredibly rude that Ive had my medications transferred to another pharmacy. I only go there when I have to.
Finally giving up on Walgreens after another asinine customer service issue in the pharmacy. The pharmacist was unfamiliar with a very common drug, and made us wait a few hours to hear back from my physician. A further wait to verify insurance, and then after waiting in line a third time, the pharmacist informed us that they didnt have the drug in stock anyway. Hours wasted on their incompetence, especially when not feeling well, means I am done doing business here.
Helpful staff and pharmacist. Would return again.
