I have been very happy with this store, especially the manager! Shes super helpful, and not in a bad way (Ive been in plenty of Sally stores where the helpfulness of the associate meant I never had a moment to think on my own). If you ask a question, she and the majority of her staff are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Theyll recommend products, tell you what they themselves use and have tried, and even help select a good hair color to fit your natural coloring, which I experienced this weekend (THANK YOU - the color turned out really pretty!!!). 5 stars for sure - keep it up! Sally Beauty, this store deserves a raise! ;)

Went in for hair dye for an important event.(my sons wedding) and the first lady was very helpful and the other lady who was working talked us into unnecessary items and was very short with us. Wasnt happy with the hair dye and we bought items that should have been free samples. Will not go back

Bad advice and rude customer service. Must be the owner as she’s always there with long brown hair. I will never shop there again. Unfortunately

I was expecting expert advice about products. Nope. Everything I needed was not found. Went to Target.

The beautiful women working there helped me out so much. I will suggest this place to everyone I know. ❤

Overstaffed and bitter employees

Me and my wife went in for some hair dye recently (as we have a few times) and usually the staff is very nice and helpful. There was a different woman there today who I believe is the manager who right when we came in was very short with us. While we were shopping we could over hear her yelling at another employee pretty loudly and right in the front of the store with a few other people besides us there, which I think is absolutely disgusting. There are better ways to treat your staff and your customers. It was extremely uncomfortable for us. This experience has made us not want to shop there for future purchases and I wouldnt recommend the Sallys Bemidji store to any of our friends either.

I love the people who work here! They always remember my usual pick up order and always have great recommendations for things to try out.

I went to purchase some hair dye supplies and was treated very poorly by the manager when I made my purchase and again when I went back to return what she sold me unnecessarily. She wouldnt do a return for the dye that came out bright blue instead of dark purple as was on the box. I have talked to several people that have had the same hair dye that had the same experience.

Lady working was very friendly and helpfull.. Updated my email and got free stuff
