Wes (in Bemidji) was very attentive to my situation and seemed genuinely concerned in getting my 10 month “new” LG fridge up and working even though we did not purchase it from them. Bruce called to confirm the time, which I appreciated. He did a thorough check to determine the problem and came up with a solution to fix it. He carefully reassembled everything and cleaned up the workspace before he left. Our new refrigerator has been working fine since he fixed it.

We purchased a Bosch 500 series on Monday (in stock), it was delivered and installed by two capable guys in one hour on Friday. They hauled away the old unit. SND is an OUTSTANDING place to call for dishwasher repair. I have a cabin about 45 miles from Bemidji on a lake. We recently had a new cabin built and the brand new dishwasher we purchased sat in a heated garage at our home in North Dakota. Unfortunately, for us our new cabin was not finished and the new dishwasher was not installed until beyond the year of being covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The dishwasher failed to cycle and continuously ran. I called the manufacturer and they advised that due to the elapsed time since the purchase, that they would not be responsible to fix it. I called SND, within a week I had a technician here to attempt to diagnose and fix it. I was billed the travel fee and the labor for the first trip of SND. The dishwasher continued to be non functional. It was a “lemon”. To make a long story shorter, SND ended returning 3 additional times to attempt repair, without charging me. They were in contact with the manufacturer, whom was unable to provide meaningful guidance to their technicians ( Max, Shanna, and Bruce). The service manager Grace was highly concerned that we were experiencing this and Grace advised that SHE would contact the manufacturer and try to resolve the matter. Today, the SND Technician returned and replaced every electronic element imaginable in the appliance. It now appears to be working perfectly. I Was NOT charged a nickel. I VERY HIGHLY recommend SND for your appliance repair needs!!!!!!!

We recently purchased a king size mattress, and when the delivery group couldn’t deliver it on our requested date, one of the office employees and her husband personally delivered it. SND contacted my less than an hour after I inquired about a leak. They scheduled a visit super fast and followed up. Repair person was on time and knew his stuff. I would 100 percent use them again.

We live in a remote location so I knew I would have to wait a while to get my dryer fixed. Over a month seems like a long time and a phone call saying parts were back ordered would have been nice. We had to pay most of the cost upfront, so I was starting to wonder...but dryer is now fixed and seems to be working.

We ordered and paid for a new refrigerator on Sept 15. Waited. Waited. 3 months pass by with no movement. We went into SND to find out about the lack of progress.Nothing. Waited. Another month with no word. Seeking to cancel the deal and get a refund we were told “we don’t give refunds”! Say What?! 5 months had passed when we decided to be assertive. We were met with a reluctant owner who pointed out the EXTREMELY SMALL fine print that “all sales are final” WHAT?!?! Ah, NOT. There was no product ie no “sale” The assertiveness paid off and he returned the money. In summary, expect difficult negotiations and slippery business tactics as refunds and fairness are not part of the SND

We came in months ago and was kinda kicking tires to see what they had. The sales man was really nice and took time with me even though I told him I was just looking. So I came back in and bought a speed queen washer and a used range. The range is just something to get by until we finish remodeling our home. They where friendly and showed us what our best bang for the buck was. Thank you for being helpful. We plan to come back and get the dryer and that nice stove top.

Went to Grand Rapids store to buy a washer in dryer in our new house. This location shipped our washer and dryer to the house. Our address was not on any maps yet and they called and figured out how to get it dropped and they were here at an amazing time. They said between 2:30-5:30 and they were here at 3! Installed and found a problem and before they got out of our driveway we received a call to schedule a maintenance which was next day. Something was broken and they had to order a part and they have been super helpful through the whole thing. Amazing place 10/10.

I recently needed to replace a built-in double wall oven. SND didn’t have anything available that specifically fit the dimensions I needed, so they went out of their way to help me research options, find the best deal, deliver and install the new ovens. The service we received was outstanding and when our next 25 yr. old plus appliance dies, we know SND will be our first stop.

LG wont replace a fridge, these guys had to come back a month after trying to fix it originally. Knowing that the repairman is the only hope and extended warranties arent what you think they are is a lesson I learned here, but glad after a month I have a fridge that seems to be working. Buy local or not from home depot another question is who is coming out to fix your fridge if something goes wrong before buying any appliance or extended warranty.

I ordered my dishwasher in Grand Rapids, and Brian was very helpful.It took a little longer then I wanted, but it turned out nice.They removed the old and installed the new one and they were sopleasant.

Our fridge quit and we needed a replacement quickly. Wes and Ashley were wonderful to work with. He even took us over to the warehouse to check out additional options. We found the fridge that met all of our requirements and the price was very competitive. Delivery was the next morning and crew was friendly and respectful of our home when moving large appliances. We had an issue with door alarm sounding and Bruce came promptly the following morning and quickly diagnosed/corrected the problem with the door alignment.
