For starters let me just say this was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at an establishment in my life ! I was helped by a girl named Jenna. I think helped is an understatement ! She went out of her way to make sure that i was served at the highest level possible ! Everything was correct and possibly the best coffee Ive ever had ! She was quick, polite, understanding. Its so hard for me to pick and choose sometimes but she made sure I got an amazing drink and I thank you for this service. I really do hope this girl is getting paid what she is worth or a higher up position because she deserves it 100% !Thank you Starbucks for having such a great employee !!!

Ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, got a $7 cup of milk with a splash of espresso. Its garbage.

Today was my 2nd time to get the wrong size and I order the same drink everytime and the taste is never consistent. From now on ill always check the bottom of the cup for the oz quantity if I even return to this location.

The staff at this location is amazing! Alyssa was super friendly and patient while my girlfriend and I ordered, and when our card was declined she covered our purchase! Definitely the friendliest Starbucks we have been to.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in the area. The strawberry acai refresher is not made with any base or strawberries, its tastes/looks like straight pink lemonade.

Some staff members are really rude, especially the guys. Also, whenever i ask for extra of something they don’t do it so i’m definitely not getting my money’s worth. Nothing has been tasting good like how it used, it’s like they don’t even try.

Its a Starbucks - theyre all the same on terms of food and coffee. This one could have been cleaner - it was very early for it to have been dirty already - am guessing whoever closed up the night before did not clean before they left. The restroom was filthy! If Id seen it before I got my coffee, I would have left without ordering.

Lately they dont have half the items on their menu and its making my life harder because my daughter gets mad when they dont have what she wants.

I would not go to this location anymore.For whatever reason when you order a STRAWBERRY refresher they have decided to not put any strawberries in here.Last time I went the was 1/2 a strawberry cut into 3 pieces for my 30 oz drink.This time there was non.If there is was a shortage or lack of strawberries you should be communicating it to customers. Lack of Fruit in a refresher leads to a very different visual and makes people think they didn’t get the right drink/ not getting what they paid for.The fact this has happened twice at the same location shows it’s poor management and lack of standards.Go somewhere when you spend $5 on a drink you don’t feel screwed because they don’t wanna make it right for you.McDonald’s literally provides better coffee services in Belvedere atleast.

Always super friendly, even when super busy

Please go to any other Starbucks. Second time in a row my caramel ribbon crunch has been almost all whip cream Ive drank 3/4 of it and still havent tasted coffee or carmel. Again go to any other Starbucks!

The guy working the window this morning was one of the most pleasant humans Ive ever met!

The staff working in the afternoon today (12/22) has been incredibly slow and inconsiderate. They misplaced my mobile order and when they remade it, all the ingredients were sunk at the bottom and I had to stir it a ton before I could drink it.

The service is great, average quick comfort snack.

There is nothing Starbucks could do to not give them a 5 🌟 rating but today the young lady at the drive thru was so engaging. I was there around 8am, they were semi busy but when I got to the window she said it would be a minute and then proceeded to ask me about my weekend and Thanksgiving plans. She did not shut the window on me but was genuine and sweet. So to the girl at the Starbucks this morning, you made my day! Thank you!

I had a really bad experience, I always love Starbucks but in this location I can tell that they just have the brand but not the value of the products neither friendly and attentive as Starbucks service are always characterized. I tried service through the drive-thru which was rude since the women in the speaker asked for repetition in a bad mood, at the end she said come to the window because i dont understand you, i felt really uncomfortable for the way she talked to me, I decided to go again but this time walk in, but I realized that is certainly the bad customer service they have and bad goods and to be honest I dont recommended to anyone going to this location.

Today was the fourth time in 2 months they ran out of either Carmel or Iced coffee. Carmel is a standard flavor. I do t understand how they run out that often. When they aren’t out of stock I have a good experience but every suggestion they’ve made instead of Carmel are not good. Dark Carmel specifically is gross and the complete opposite of regular Carmel. Disappointed may need to stop going to this location.

I just got a large Starbucks Doubleshot on ice, the cup is 40% foam. Its not worth going if youre not getting a full cup or your moneys worth.

Horrible customer service. First of all, unless hours are wrong online they close at 9:30pm during the week. My wife and I got here at 9:00pm. Pulled up to the drive through, nobody acknowledged us or bothered to say we will be right with you. So we went to the front door. People on the patio area still having coffee and clearly staff still there. Went to the door and the door was locked. Staff just looked at us and didn’t say anything. We would’ve been fine if they had just said from the beginning “sorry we are closed” instead I wasted my time. Never going back to this location.

They messed up on my drinks every time I go there

This is the better of the Starbucks in our area. The dont normally run out of their cold brew like the rest do in Rockford.

Its a calm place to be. Orders are slow, and no names are taken, which meant that I accidentally took someone elses meal (ordered the same item). Other than that, its a great place, a great place to meet and greet and enjoy a quick bite and a warm cuppa.

The absolute WORST latte i have ever had. There was so much syrup in it, it was literally undrinkable. I couldnt taste the coffee at all...that pretty much says it all. Wont be going back to waste another $5 any time soon.

I love starbuck and the fact that they have soymilk options for the lactose intolerant peeps like me. My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refreshers with lemonade.

Staff friendly, accommodating and efficient. Staff focused on customers, not each other. Smiles are everywhere, even by cleaning staff.

Visited this Starbucks today as we were passing through. I have never been so disappointed with the service I received here. I am a lover of Starbucks and the service I received left a bad taste in my mouth. For starters the Cashier charged me for the wrong size of drink which was fine but Perhaps if the young male barista that made our drinks, is not happy with his job, maybe he needs to find something else. A smile and politeness go along way. Will never go back!!

I went there yesterday for the first time whos a pretty long drive from Belvidere. But I went there for like a job orientation and are all the place is really nice and the wait staff is right on time and its a nice atmosphere. Some tables outside I suppose if you want to eat or drink outside and then inside its nice does a nice temperature inside I guess I have to go back again I kind of liked it Im curious to see what their food tastes like I know their appetizers taste like but I didnt really order any food but overall its nice I would recommend it if youre going through DeKalb or live in DeKalb

I went at 2 in the afternoon and they had a bit of a rush. I was waiting in the drive thru for quite a while, not terribly long but enough that I was a little annoyed. When I got to the window I didnt say anything about the wait because I work in customer service so I know how it is, plus it wouldnt have accomplished anything. But the cashier apologized for the wait and gave me my coffee for free. Most places wait til they hear a complaint to do something like this, so I really appreciated it.

The people are so nice.The only problem I have is because Im a frequent customer with my group of friends. We often get Frappuccinos and with them, we accumulated a lot of platic cups.It would be nice if they would allow customers to bring their cups back the next time they / we want to get the same thing in the same size.We recycle the cups, but why should we have to use the resources that it takes to recycle all of the cups when we could bring them back to use?

Service is great but the downfalls of this starbucks is that the temperature in the building is always frigid that i almost need 2 sweatshirts to not be cold. Another downfall is that the music is so loud that it is hard to study because all i can hear is the music, cant even hear myself think. Very distracting and not helpful for the average college student to study.

Clean Starbucks with polite and usually quick staff. I do think the drinks are overpriced and if you are getting an iced drink you get ripped off as the cup is 75% ice.
