Lauren and Tony have to be the most attitude giving people I have ever met, Tony refuses to pull up his mask and gives a sarcastic remark everytime. Lauren plays ms. know it all, she makes my entire family feel like their dumb every time we ask a question. 1/10 service 1/10 store 1/10 vibes (Edit: They told me to email them about this issue, and haven’t responded even though they were constantly telling me to)
Araceli at T-Mobile Belvidere was able to help me transfer everything from my broken phone to my new phone Im really amazed that no one at T-Mobile support could do it and she was able to do that very fast and efficiently.Ask for Araceli if you have technical questions or product questions 5 star help.
Lauren is the absolute worst. I went in to talk about changing over from Verizon and was left waiting. She is rude and should not deal with the public ever. I hope she gets replaced by someone who is courteous and deals well with the public. I will never go to that store or any other store from TMobile and just stick with Verizon. Pricey but at least they treat their customers with respect and they are very helpful in every aspect from sales to billing questions.
Lauren the manager of the store was no help, talk to my mother and I like we’re stupid to the point where we had to walk out. And as we were walking out she told us to leave her store. I’ve never had anyone treat me like that in my life and I am beside myself over this situation. She has treated my grandfather the same way. We’ve been woth t mobile for around 20 years and again, I can’t believe that happened.
I honestly avoid cell phone stores like they spread covid. Wife wanted a smart watch so decided to stop in here with my daughter. They helped me figure out how to add it because I am a sprint customer and that makes it more complicated. They were having trouble so the manager Lauren drove there to help. She noticed that I was paying way too much for my monthly bill and asked if she could help me get it reduced. We scheduled to come back in and get new phones and change our plans. Was called multiple times to verify what we wanted and to set up a time to come in. This was very surprising to me to find a place that actually cared to help people. Anyway we went in late yesterday and Maddie was able to reduce my bill and get us 2 new phones. Cannot be more pleased with my experience here. It is hard to find people that actually care and these people do. Thank you!

Went to this location today with wanting to upgrade two phones & having the LTE data on an ipad fixed. we have been customers with Sprint for over 10 years. the customer service was absolutely awful. the girl was rude, and clueless. never once have I had to pay such a hefty fee for upgrading, my last phone was cracked and I still did not have to pay the fee I was told today. the boy with long greasy hair, who appears to not have any sense of hygiene talked to me like I was retarded when i said the data on my ipad is not working. he said “i fixed it” and tossed it back, i explained, it is not fixed, went to the internet and showed it still not working. and another younger male tossed my mother’s phone back to her and rudely told her to “take the case off”. we didn’t upgrade our phones, or have our ipad fixed at this location. it appears this location has been having awful reviews for months now from all of the teenagers that work there. there needs to be some serious action taken at this location with replacing all these employees.
Lauren is the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. She is unkind, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful. I dont know how anyone could run a store like that or have her still employed after how she treats customers. I saw her be complete rude to an elderly couple berating them for just trying to understand their plan and fees. Would NOT recommend this store.

Excellent customer service! Lauren, Ruben and Maddie are amazing! They worked very hard at resolving my issue and got it resolved. This will be the only T-Mobile store that I go to!
Need better representative answering the phone guy acted rude like he didn’t want to help me out on the phone nice to have a little respect I was polite to just needing a question answered

Best customer service I’ve had with any cellphone provider. They really take their time and are courteous. Armando and his Manager stayed an hour past close on a Saturday to make sure everything was set properly. They went the extra mile and answered all our questions. Highly recommend going to these guys!
The service is amazing. Tomas took his time and listened attentively to my questions and concerns. He wanted to make sure “I” was being taken care of and my questions were answered. Not only was he very knowledgeable on the products and service but also very tech savvy. I would recommend this store

Such great two gentleman!! I worked with Armando and he was the nicest, most knowledgeable person I have worked with from T-Mobile. He was so patient with me and my boyfriend, who also got a new phone. He and his manager stayed a couple hours after the store closed just to make sure we were all set up. We offered to come back the next day and they insisted. If you want quility customer service and live nearby, go to them!!! So glad I did ((: Thanks you two!!

Jose and Armando have helped me several times at the Belvidere location and these guys know their stuff. Very knowledgeable with all the phones, gadgets available from cases to headphones, & screen protection they know it all!! So glad TMOBILE finally has a location close to my home, used to have to always have to drive 13 miles in Rockford. We love T-mobile and we love everything they have to offer!!! Thanks guys for all your help. Not to mention the prompt and fast customer service, keep up the good work!!! T-mobile is very lucky to have you both working for them!

I only go to one T Mobile to a guy I been knowing for over 7 years and I buy all my phones and accessories from him because he take good care of my phones, my Samsung galaxy 8 plus stop working correctly and T Mobile only send your replacement phones to the nearest T Mobile store and I didnt know those people and dont want to know them, but to my surprise they where really good at there job and they set up my new phone and my almost 300 apps and 100s of pictures and text messages and phones number and so on, yes i live on my phone. They where great. Thanks you Jose and Armando Great Customer service. Keep up the good work. I will be back to buy something. The service I was getting before I met my Guy was not very good that why I was drive so far. I am so happy now I have 2 T Mobile I can go to. Whoo Hoo. Lol
