I put a new system in my house less than 3 years ago and was told it was completely shot because my water is so bad. The guy that installed didnt provide a warranty the first time around and wasnt going to provide a warranty for the new system he was going to need to put in. Decided to call some other places. Mr. Goodwater was super prompt. I called on a Monday, and they were able to come same day to take a look. They gave me a written bid that was very reasonable and in line with other bids, but they provided a 5 year warranty on their system. That sold me. When I called to tell them, on Tuesday that I wanted to move forward, they were so nice and easy to work with. Since letting my water go any longer in the state that it was would create issues, they got me in very quickly and came today, Thursday. So first contact was Monday, all my work is done on Thursday. Highly recommend.

Mr Goodwater has exceptional service! Jason replaced the water filters on our current reverse osmosis system, mounted it to the wall and added new shut-offs for future servicing. Jason was on time, knowledgeable and got the job done. I will definitely use Mr Goodwater again and refer to all my friends & clients!

Highly recommend Mr. Goodwater. We were having problems with an older water softener and had another company that installed our reverse osmosis system take a look at it (they were there to recharge it). We were told we needed to replace both as the softener was shot and the reverse osmosis was starting to fail. I called Mr Goodwater and they sent Butch personally to look at both units. . He tested our water. It was hard but he found the issue and fixed the problem with the water softener. We thought our softener was dead. We are upgrading our reverse osmosis system. Mr Goodwater was $350 cheaper than the other company and that was with the other company giving us a repeat customer discount!! Thank you Butch.

Mr Goodwater has been a miracle. We had been living with a nightmare water system way too long. Our previous system required multiple bags of salt weekly and mixing chemicals 2-3 a month. Would spend 1 hour weekly on maintenance. Waited a few weeks to write this because it is too good to be true. Now there is nothing for me to do, it all just works. Plus no more brown water, no more chemical smells. Can’t begin to express our happiness how much better we are now because of Mr Goodwater.

Soft Water Machine has had an error on it since we moved into this house years ago but forgot about it and finally noticed it again and called in today; turned out to be a simple case of needing to reset the system which the gentleman on the phone walked me through taking a whole minute! Amazing job! We called them for our new home that didnt have a water softner and we wanted a flirtation system. They came out the very next day and installed it! They were very professional and A+ for customer service. We are beyond happy with them especially since weve had issues with every other service for our new home. I recently moved to the rural area of Boone County, and I was dreading the notoriously bad water quality. Having a well for the water source of our new home was about the only downside to the home that we could identify. Butch and Justin certainly changed our outlook! We hired Mr. Goodwater for water treatment and we couldnt be happier! Our current water quality now exceeds our expectations! I also dont need to worry about iron stains now either. They did such a great job with water treatment, that I also switched to them for bottled water delivery. Their water is tasty, and they beat the price of the big guys by a few dollars per 5 gallon jug. Cant beat it! Thank you Mr. Goodwater!

My softener needed a tune-up. The water tasted fine, but calcium spots were showing up on dishes and sink surfaces. Justin tested the water, examined and adjusted the units controls, and replaced injectors and screens. His manner was professional and friendly, and his work was extremely proficient. We were having trouble with our well water tasting bad and looking very cloudy with floating mineral deposits. We were buying bottled water quite frequently which I hate to do. Decided to try a new water softener through Mr. Goodwater, wow what a difference! The water is crystal clear and tastes better than any bottled water I’ve ever had! Staff is very friendly and the most accommodating I have worked with! The delivery guy, Levy (sp), is amazing and always has a smile on his face. I use Mr. Goodwater at both my home and my business and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had a tech come out because of rust issues, he replaced the injector. A few weeks later we were still having rust issues so they came back out and said the media in the tank was fouled and they needed to bring out a new tank and media for a few hundred dollars and they would put the control head on the new tank. I got a second opinion, turns out the flow meter was jammed. The unit is set to regen every so many gallons, but with that being jammed it was never regenerating, and even with new media, it would have been clogged in a short time. The new company cleaned everything up, got the flow meter working, regenerated the unit and I havent had a problem since.

Living outside of the city requires you to use well water which is often laden with minerals and iron. That water is deemed unfit to use or drink by many and may have an offensive odor as well. Butch and the folks at Mr. Good water worked diligently to help resolve those issues for me. The products they provide along with outstanding service in installing and maintaining those products has made a tremendous difference. Any service issues have been dealt with in a very timely manner and prices for any product or service are fair.

Our child care center exclusively uses Mr. Goodwater. We know that the water is safe for our babies all the way up through our school age group. Levi makes sure we have everything we need each week, and weve never ran out or had to call for extra delivery. Thanks Levi!

Just moved in to a house with well water that had an iron remover from Mr. Goodwater already installed. Since the house was vacant for about a year, our system needed a tune-up. Being on city water all of my life, the well water treatment system is greek to me. Justin from Mr. Goodwater came out and had us all set up in less than a half hour. Also gave some great tips for preventative maintenance.

I first had Butch out to my house in Hampshire when he first started his company to replace my old water softener and iron filter. He tested my water, went over my equipment options, and payment options (buy or rent). Within a day or two he came back out to remove the old and installed my new equipment. Since then, I had purchased another home in Crystal Lake (where the water was terrible), and once again he came out, tested the water, and supplied new equipment so the water is now potable. Whenever either system needs service for any reason, either Butch or one of his service techs has been come out in a timely fashion to service the equipment with no problems. Every one that I have dealt with at Mr. Goodwater over the years has been very cordial, prompt and professional. His equipment and customer service has always been superior!

I wont to share my experience with Mr Goodwater I have used them for 3 years now and that did the best that could do to fix my water with the equipment I was using.And never asked me to spend more money on equipment untel I asked them if I could.Thay never told me that I need to get better sofeners came out all the time with no charge and did all that could be done.I asked them if there was more I can do at that time that explained that there is more but it will cost more. Never did that triy to get me to get something that wus more then I need thay came here 1 time ever 2 weeks to clean what I was using. I asked them what to do and a that time thay told methay chould but its more money by the next day thay put it in and living in marengo we know how bad the water is not mine You can not by water from a store that is better then mine.I have never worked with a better company if you have water problems call them you will be happy 😁I show off my water now.
