I placed a service call to have my R/O filters changed and to get several bags of salt delivered. The person I spoke with arranged a convenient time for me only a few days later. Doug arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very friendly, professional, and followed all Covid protocols. In addition to making sure my Culligan Water Softener and R/O system were working in peak condition he corrected some plumbing issues that improved their efficiency. Called stating a problem with my water softener and got an appointment for the same morning. Randy did a great job fixing the problem. He was on time, polite, and does good work for a fair price. Cant ask for more than that. I would definitely call them again.

This week Randy was dispatched to our home to repair our water softener. We found him to be very pleasant and helpful. Not only did he repair the unit, but he also ensured that we understood the problem and gave us tips for things to watch for in the future. He was polite, responsive and an all-around nice person. He also cleaned up after himself which seems so simple but something that is pretty rare. It is obvious that he likes his job and the work he does. After having many people in our home over the past few months for some remodeling projects he as a very refreshing change from what we had come to expect. On a scale of 1 – 10 on service I would give him a 15!

The products are amazing. We have horrible Iron in our well water and I did not believe the filter for Iron was going to work as well as it did. Literally life changing! The service is also amazing. Everyone I have dealt with, either on the phone or in person (from the salesman to the service providers) are kind and passionate about their work! They also did a great job with installing everything and not leaving a mess for me to clean up! Great products and amazing service!

Ive used Culligan for soft water and my R/O drinking water for over 15 years. When I moved to new home in 2017, I was sad to see a softener setup that was a Morton unit because it had the cannisters to be changed every month (or less!). I could not have done that! I knew Culligan would put in much better equipment for both water and R/O that wasnt previously put in.The fellow from Culligan did a very efficient changeover to Culligan equipment! He basically had to start from scratch! The fellow that delivers salt is really nice and I appreciate that, too!

We have been a Culligan customer for thirty years and have gone through various iterations of equipment, most of which has operated as advertised. A newer type of equipment was recently installed, but due to the nasty nature of our well supplied water, it did not work. Service people and the regional manager worked with me to select and install a new superior water system, at no additional charge. While the down time was not a pleasant period, the customer service after the initial problem was worked on until the situation was resolved. Culligan takes its commitment to purify water seriously.

We have been impressed with Culligans commitment to keeping our water sulfur-free. Due to the iron content in our well-water, we had some on-going problems with our unit but Culligan continued to come out free-of-charge after the three-year warranty had lapsed. The response of the best of their technicians, Doug, was that it shouldnt have malfunctioned and the owner of the Belvidere Culligans stands behind the equipment. We are completely satisfied with the quality of our water and the service of this company.
