Tire shop next door is amazing body shop not so much guy said he couldn’t changed back alignment & the alignment of the wheel is still a little off. Can’t recommend tire shop is good tho

Hi, everyone. Prestige really did an excellenct work for my Nissan! They were very nice and patient to tell and explain to you what was going on with the damage. They made my Nissan perfectly looks like a new one! The price was also very affordable. They was quite worthy for the A+ BBB Rating.

I was very impressed recently when I went to go get my truck out the shop! Thanks to Prestige my truck looks brand new. This was my second time going to this shop and both times I have been very satisfied with there work. This is defiantly the only shop I recommend everyone I know to go to.

I was in a near fatal accident that damaged the whole left side of my Honda Accord. The insurance company wanted to total loss my vehicle. In my pursuit to find someone to fix car I came across Prestige Auto. I sent them estimate of insurance company with pictures of my vehicle in torn down state. After reviewing documents and photos, they went to pick up vehicle and fixed vehicle. They saved me a few hundred dollars that was needed to not have my vehicle go to chopping block. Jamal and Mike where very helpful in process. It them a little over month to fix vehicle and when I got it back it looked brand new. Mike showed me pieces from the job. I didnt know how major work was. But Im grateful they saved me headache of looking for another vehicle. It took me six months to find that car!

Updated review: So, Mike the owner called today because he was concerned about my negative review. He explained that Prestige offers lifetime warranty on their work and I can bring the car back in if there is unresolved problems. Unfortunately I already moved out of state and I think getting things right the first time is what makes 5 stars. Second time would be 4 stars. The fact that they didnt get it right the second time earned them 3 stars. I applaud his good will to take my car back in for rework.Previous review:Not recommended. Although the owner (Mike) is a nice guy and seems to be honest and experienced, he is not the person running the shop. I took my Honda Civic there to repair a dent on my driver door from side impact. They recommended to replace the door panel. The first issue was it took them 2 days longer to finish the job than estimated. Then when it was done, the paint job was very rough (orange peel effect). I asked them to smooth it out and they did a good job afterward but it was 1 more day in the shop. Then the new door panel was not aligned correctly that the frame dinged into the latch every time the door closed. I asked them to fix it, but 3 months later now the door sagged to its previous position and again hit the frame every time it closes. Another problem, the rubber molding trim on the window was yanked out during the door replacement and it was bent out of shape when I got the car. A piece of the new door under the molding was not painted and it is now rusted due to weather exposure. Car was very dirty and grimy in the interior when I received it. A splatter of paint was left behind on my tail light and it could not be removed without damaging the plastic glass. Very disappointed. I went there back and forth and finally gave up asking them to do rework with worries that they might do more damage than good in every rework.

I brought my new car in for an estimate on scratches. the estimator told me I might be able to buff them out myself. Very helpful, but, above all, honest. He was right and I took care of the scratches myself. I will go to Prestige if ever needed.

I chose this place based on raving reviews, but...Ill have to disagree with some. While they did a great job on the exterior of the car, I get in here and the car is actually dirtier than I left it! (Yes, I can admit, it wasnt all that clean when I dropped it off) BUT GEEZ!! And the smell!! Secondly, the car was here longer than it was supposed to be. Third, I wasnt feeling the customer service too much...a little thrown off by their whatever attitude. If I ever have to be at an auto body shop again for whatever reason, probably wont be this one.

My 2003 Infiniti FX45 was hit my a deer :-(My insurance company stated my damages was a total loss (as per the State of Maryland, if damages exceed 75% of the car value, it’s considered a total loss). I refused to give the insurance company my car because I LOVE MY CAR!!!! Prestige Collision was referred to me by a mechanic who is really into cars. It only took Prestige Collision a couple of weeks to fix my car and I saved a couple of hundreds too!!!! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Mike and Jameil at Prestige Collision!!!

My Audi was deemed total loss by Marylands 75% of the cost law. I refused to give my car up so I ended up taking my car back and I drove around looking for Collision centers to fix my car but the prices were outrageous! (Paying out of pocket) Finally I found Prestige Collision Center online and they were literally my last stop before I was going to just give up.. Man I tell you what, from the moment I was greeted they were nice, understanding, and comforting in their approach. They didnt rush me into no deal, and they explained all the options i had. I explained I didnt have A LOT of money to spend on it, and long story short we worked out a deal and they SAVED my life! Im extremely pleased with the work. The paint looks exactly the same and the work looks like theyre was never a accident!! I would recommend to everybody !

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! I had pretty bad damage to my car and dropped my car off for the repairs obviously. Let me just say the body work done was great. My insurance did not pay for my damages I paid out of pocket for a total of about around 5000. Because I was paying out of pocket my car had been there for a total of about 1 month and half. They worked with me on being able to make my payments which is great. However today is Friday August 17th the day in which I was supposed to pick up my car and pay in full. I called earlier this week both Monday and Tuesday and left messages on the voicemail informing them I will be picking up Friday morning once they open. I arrived today at around 8:10. My point for calling ahead in the week to give them a heads Up because I was planning on taking my car from the shop to work. That did not go as planned at all. Not only was the car not prepared but they began preparation on my car upon my arrival. They had began washing once I arrived. That wasn’t an issue I understand things come up they are very busy. I sat there paid in full and they did not tell me my ac didn’t work until I paid!!!!!! MIND YOU WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF THE AC WAS WORKING!!!!!!! They then told me basically that there was nothing they could do. They really expected me to take that and just take my car!!! Absolutely not. This issue happened on there lot in there possession. Jamiel told me because this did not happen once I left the lot as a result of their work there is nothing they can do which makes absolutely no sense to me because it happened while it was there. If they honor there lifetime warranty I feel as though they should take care of this as well. Escpecilly because I specifically asked for them to check my whole car and reach out if there were any additional damages which they did on other occasions once in regard to my door and the other in regards to my hubcap which would have meant my they would have had the car running to move it on multiple occasions!!! They not once said anything about the AC. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! I have all my paperwork showing the estimate they gave of there inspection on what needed to be fixed on that estimate no where was an AC listed or mentioned to me in person. They told me today that when they do “inspection” it is not necessarily a full inspection apparently there are limitations to it so that is how they missed it. They had not only ample time to check but they drove my car not only in and out the shop to do repairs for instance could have been a time to check but earlier in the week when I had called and stated I was picking it up Friday morning on two occasions. On top of this I noticed scratches at the rear bumper on the bottom and that was just my point where I decided to leave my car and have them fix those scrapes before I took it off the lot. I shouldn’t have to pay additional money because this was their mistake and lack of thoroughness in addition to a lack of professionalism. I will go in today again and speak with them and see how we can resolve this issues. This has been the greatest inconvenience and also made me very late for work. This is extremely unacceptable. I will give an update once I arrive back later.

Let me just say this is the BEST BODY SHOP I have ever went to! Mike and Jameil were SUPER NICE and patient with me. They treat people with respect and really look out for you when it comes to taking care of your car. They kept me updated as far as getting information and payment from my insurance. I cant explain how happy I was when i finally picked up my car! It looked like it never been hit at all! I highly recommend my friends, family, and who ever else that needs body work done to thier car. You wont be disappointed! Will be a life long customer to Prestige (hopefully not too often hahaha)

Hi guys,I had a 2003 Acura TL 3.2. It was real banged up! I mean there were dents all over the hood, roof, chrome window molding, doors and etc. I had at least 20 dents. The right fender was banged up and rusted, The left back door was terribly dented.. I called around to different shops to see how much it would cost to replace those parts and paint the whole car. The cheapest I could find was a ridiculous amount of 3400-3500 dollars!! I came to Prestige Collision, talked to the owner (Mike) who was real honest and experienced, and paid about $1200 less! They replaced my fender, replaced the door skin/panel, and fixed every last dent that was on that car. They painted the whole car Sundance Gold just like I asked and It came out wonderful! The paint I got was an expensive stock Acura color and they mixed it perfectly. All my friends were going crazy over my new paint job. I mean the car looked spanking brand new, everyone loved it. They couldnt believe that it was the same car. I would highly recommend that you guys check this place out. Just let them take their time to do their job perfectly and everything will be fine.Oh and by the way, While I was waiting for my car they gave me a courtesy rental for dirt cheap! It really doesnt get better than that!Good Luck!
