I highly recommend this shop - the staff is courteous and professional. I have a Nissan 370z (brake job and tires/alignment) and a BMW 340i (tires), both serviced by this business and always have had a great experience with them. Everyone is friendly, and knowledgeable and most importantly communicate with the customers very well.

I had been neglectful with my vehicle. She was in desperate need of attention. They took the time and explained in detail what was wrong and what repairs needed to be done. They also suggested some additional repairs to consider going forward. Now she is running so good I cant wait to take her out on the road for a little distance driving as she loves the highway!!

Was looking for a proper diagnostic but ended up with guess work. Saw the great reviews and decided to give them a try. Disappointing experience for me. No idea what kind of diagnostic was done and they did not even bother to explain. Just a suggestion to replace the pricey throttle body and then move from there. No guarantee that it will solve the problem. $139 and Im back to where I began.

After buying four new tires I was told I needed a cv boot on my 2011 BMW 535i Turbo and was referred to Dicky Small’s by Radial Tire. Dicky’s is 25 mi from me so they picked up the car from Radial Tire for me. I was really impressed with the way they diagnosed the issues with my car and explained the solutions. They not only replaced my cv boot but did another major repair (replaced the oil pan) at the same time. (I knew this had to be done) This was a huge job and they did it at a reasonable cost coupled with the other job. I am a happy customer.

Really nice, well organized garage and very professional office staff. I came in with a small job to find and fix a slow leak in a tire from a BMW X3 (I didnt know that BMW is their specialty). They took me in right away even though other vehicles were getting more complex repairs. They quickly found the problem which was actually the rim and not the tire. They cleaned up the bead surface and remounted the tire with some sealant. Great service at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use their services again!

Im a fairly new owner of a 2010 BMW X5M, I was referred to Dicky Smalls by a friend who’s only had BMW’s and was not disappointed. As soon as I called I was greeted by a knowledgeable receptionist that answered all my questions and re assured me that all would be fixed. I scheduled a vehicle drop off the following day only after visiting their shop beforehand. My vehicle had multiple misfires after having another shop install OEM spark plugs & coils. Dicky Smalls fixed the issue without charging to run a diagnostic check which was awesome. After installation I was told by the tech that my Ducts needed to be swapped out to ensure she was running 100%. After all this work my X5M is running perfect! I strongly recommend this shop! I was updated every step of the way via text, email and calls. I will deff be coming back if I ever need anything else done. -Tali Cedeno

Dicky Smalls is a rare professional. He explained every issue that I had with my car and whether or not it was advisable to get the dealer to fix some issues they were liable for vs. those that he could fix. He gave me estimates upfront that were accurate and walked me through the repair process every step of the way and kept me updated. His prices are on the high side but definitely much lower than the dealer. I highly recommend!

Had 4 tires replace and they even did 8 pt. Inspection of brakes, suspension and oil. Very satisfied with the service.

I dont know much about car servicing, but they are very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Their services range from the standard oil change and maintenance servicing/ inspection to the more intense stuff. They have an online database that details the services your vehicle received. They recently got new couches for lounging.

I have a 2007 s550. I took my car to four different shops who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car. I had given up and was just going to get rid of the car but someone told me about Dicky Smalls. I towed the car up to their shop expecting disappointment again but a few hours Later they called me up with a diagnosis and the car was driving like new in a week. If you have a problem with your car don’t waste time with the dealership or any other mechanic playing the process of elimination. Get your car to Dicky Smalls they won’t waste your time or your money.

My car needed a brake fluid flush and replacement. I called up Dicky after seeing the good reviews on Google. The receptionist was nice, gave me a quote and set me up with an appointment. When I arrived, I met Dicky as I was entering the shop and he was very nice. After I handed my keys over to the receptionist, I chilled out in the waiting room, which has couches and a TV, and is secluded from the garage so it isnt noisy.Dicky not only finished the service quickly, he also called me into the garage to show me that there was uneven wear on my front tires and gave his recommendation to fix it. No pushiness at all. Thats going beyond expectation, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. We talked for a bit, and I found his personality to be down to earth and humble. Nice guy!I enjoyed my experience and would bring my car here again.

I got a flat tire & Dicky Smalls was the closest shop I could get my car to. I came as soon as they opened & was helped right away. They ended up having to order a new tire, so I had to wait for it to come. Although I waited a few hours (which is normal & should be expected), as soon as the tire came it took about 30 minutes for my car to be returned to me. Imagine if I had an appointment. Good customer service & nice waiting area.

Very helpful mechanic. The quote is what youll pay and will try to get the best price on parts. Will advise you if the work would probably end up costing more than your car is worth and about how long it will last without it if thats the case. Its really easy to drop off cars before/after business hours.Also pretty great if youre the kind of person who doesnt like phone calls because theyll totally set up appointments and give quotes over email.

I brought my Subaru to Dicky Smalls to have them mount and install new tires. They did an excellent job. They are very organized and efficient. I asked them to do an alignment and, after road testing the car, they said it didnt need to be done. They are very honest! Often when a mechanic deals with a woman, they try to talk you into doing more or unnecessary work. This has happened to me at the Subaru dealer. In addition, the waiting area is really beautiful. In fact, I have never been to any shop that was so well decorated. The sofa and chairs are fantastic. I will definitely take my car to them again.
