Kinda confusing on where to go to get in at first, but once you get to the right spot. Smooth sailing from there. Nice crew, service truck on site so if your purchase needs a jump, or air/tire change, lockout. Or whatever to get you going. They are there to help. The service guy did our lockout in record time, no lie it was about 20 seconds from the time he approached the car.

The outdoor staff is always friendly and helpful when I deliver vehicles.

Their customer service is terrible. They wouldnt even say anything to me when I would call, they just kept transferring me to someones desk voicemail. I left several voicemails within a two day period and never got a single call back. These people had my car for a day and a half or two days and still kept telling me it was in transit. Then I discovered they actually had possession of it since the day before. After my finance company told me they had my car for over a day and already sent them the property release forms, I tried to make an appointment to go pick it up and no one could even help me. Every time they picked up the phone they sounded irritated like I was just bothering them.But they were inhibiting my ability to go about my regular everyday life having my proper transportation, and I did not complain a single time and I wasnt rude to them. But they kept acting like I ruined their day just because I was asking for my car. I still have not been able to go pick up my perpersonal property at all.

They need more help.

Usually I would give a 5 star.But not today.The comment is below.It is a nice Auction. But, we should not have to walk to get our Vehicle.The direction on the hand out map was pitiful.Need to open things up so a shuttle can take us to the Vehicle like it used to beOr, have the Vehicles closer so us old men do not have to walk so far, especially in the rain.

What time ADESA Kansas City close for picking up the vehicle on Friday? The gate is close 3 pm ? Same as office hours?

Worst place ever! Starting at Lady who answering main line. Sounds like she is on fire and know nothing about this place . No one ever smile at you or willing to help. Cant believe they still in car business. They have new rules everytime you go to their auction or to remote sales. Psi and arbitration is a joke. Body shop say will get your car ready in 2-4 days. If you get your car back in 2 weeks you are lucky. But

I have called this auction for three days during their business hours. It rings for hours and hours then, it goes to a womans voicemail. I guess they have too much business to answer basic questions.

I drive cars for Auction Services and shuttle cars for Avis to other locations. Theyre pretty prompt in getting us checked in and out at ADESA when we go through.

Office employees are rude and you will always be guessing where to go or how to access.the lot. They make truck drivers walk a 1/4 mile uphill to get vehicles and when you get to the gate your not given much help or direction. If your lucky enough to be greeted it’s usually a security guard barking at you from a mini van.

I work as an auction driver and i think its clean and well run. Everyone who works for adessa or any of the staffing services seems happy to be there and helpful. All the dealers there to buy are well taken care of and therefore friendly to the drivers.

Truck lot customer service paid hourly to hide from drivers.....

Walked on a used way from transporters parking lot towards Security hate like forever. Got to the security hate, they sent me back saying I have to use another way to walk to them now. No signs at the entry. Transporters will understand me.

Will not allow drivers to get rides to vehicles that are a long walk from the gate unless weseind a mssk, meanwhile none of the employees are required to wear a mask.

If there is a no kids policy they need to post it so it is known. Instead they call my employer to complain about a well behaved 2 year old who is only there for 10 minutes total. Invest in a sign like Manheim and stop being all petty.

Dont want to complain but there is no customer service in the ladies working at the counter. No greetings nothing.
