Awesome guys ! Im new to boats and ruined my 1st before I could even get it out ok the water. These guys told me my best options and really tried their best to help me out! They even adjusted the price of their diagnostic on my boat because they felt bad this happened to me. Super nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding. All I needed done was a starter silenoid and was told that it may have gone out due to a faulty ignition switch then later was told that I needed a new impeller. This took them almost five weeks at the cost of $600. Lesson learned? Not quite, the first chance I got to take it out on the water, I had to take the time to properly install the ignition switch, but luckily it started right up. About 10 - 15min later I made it to my fishing spot and shut the motor down. When I got ready to move NADA, I wasnt getting any spark to the plugs. I called the owner and told him what was going on and was told that he couldnt help because he didnt have a boat. But offered a number to call, I asked if hed reimburse me for towing fees iif I was charged or at least help out. He told me that he couldnt and that i was on my own. Great Customer service. I even asked if he would talk me through some troubleshooting and he wouldnt even do that. He said something like I cant fix it over the phone The guys just a complete ass and wont be getting any more of my money or from any friends and fishing buddies
