Terrible customer service. I would like the inner tub/drum of a washer replaced so I called to get a quote. I explained to the lady (and also the manager because the lady couldnt help) that the washer is not broken. Im simply replacing the inner drum. The manager kept repeating we will have to run a diagnostic in the field and see it. I told them theres nothing to diagnose - its just a part replacement. (The washer is 3 years old and in good functioning condition. The replacement is really just because I dont want to bother with a deep clean) And he repeated the same line. Its like either they dont have a fee schedule for part replacement or they dont understand logic.
The entire experience to fix our refrigerator was great! From the initial phone calls to scheduling to the technician support, it was all fantastic! The company is very responsive and professional! I would highly recommend The Appliance Care Company!
So I like fix everything myself. I couldnt get the water filter to install. I called a tech from the Appliance Care Company and he showed me how to fix it, then he fixed it, and now I know. It was quick, easy, and something I couldnt learn on YouTube. I was very thankful and didnt tell my wife I had to call a tech for this repair. Now I know who to call if any of my other appliances in my house breaks that I cant fix. Thanks guys for the quick repair and lesson. I have you in my speed dial. Pricey!! On the positive side they were able to schedule a technician for the following day after we called and were able to complete the repair in one visit. The service fee was $105 which was ok, however if we wanted the privilege of knowing if it would be an am or pm call, that would cost you another $30.The problem was quickly identified and we were told that the total cost would be $349 which I thought was high. I asked how much the part was and he was unable to give me the price, so Im wondering how he can give us an immediate cost without knowing the part price and how long it would take to fix, unless of course $349 is their minimum charge for any repair. I found the part on Amazon and it was $50 so its not hard to get a part price. That meant the labor cost was $300. We felt we had no option but to proceed and to be fair he did have the part on his truck which avoided another call and inconvenience to us. The technician was in and out of our house in 40 minutes.After we paid we were given a flier saying that if we post a 5 star review they would send us $20 and claimed they are not trying to buy your review but would like to pay for your time. If that were true they would pay for all honest reviews not just the 5 star ones. I guess thats why there are so many 5 star Google reviews! If I ran the business I would appreciate all reviews both positive and negative and either pay for no reviews or all of them. This is my honest opinion so I guess Im not getting $20 to tell them what they want to hear.
My technician, Brian, was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. I was thrilled he diagnosed my oven’s problem so quickly. And I was pleased he returned to complete the repair once the parts were in. I’d use them again. High marks.
The service was great, repair cost for a 5 dollar part and 30 mins of work was more than half the price of a new one. So it felt really expensive. The service tech did a great job with my curious 5 year old and chatted with him about the repair while doing it. Parts were in the truck and we had a working dryer again. I took 2 stars off because after the repair we were told about their 5 star review buying program. So all these reviews were an attempt at customers trying to get 20 bucks back. Im not a fan of monetary compensation for a specific outcome like 5 star reviews. I agree with another reviewer that they should just ask for the reviews and if people are truly satisfied itll be a 5 star review.
The Appliance Care Company fixed my dryer quickly and efficiently. I called for an appointment late in the day and they were able to come out the next morning. It took less than an hour to fix my dryer. The technician was very nice. We have no complaints and are happy we were able to have our dryer functioning before the beginning of our work week!
Scheduled for service on my microwave and washer. Tech showed up on time and I was pleased with our interaction. Unfortunately he informed me the washer pump was not working and the washer no longer had the sticker with serial and model number so he could not order a replacement pump and even if he could the part would be $300. So he recommended I purchase a new machine. Also mentioned multiple times that they sold new and used washers. Based on his recommendation I went out and purchased a new washer. A few days later while looking at my old washer, I found the sticker with the model and serial number. Looked up the part. It would cost $80 to purchase a brand new pump from the manufacturer. I called the appliance care company and asked for a refund as the tech did not give me accurate information and could not even find the sticker on the side of the machine causing me to doubt his competence and expertise. The lady I spoke with put me on hold multiple times, then told me a manager would call me, but that really I didnt have a case for a refund since the tech showed up and diagnosed the problem. She told me a manager would call me that same day and then hung up on me. It has been a week and I received no call back. I paid $100 for bad information, I made financial decisions based on that information and my trust in the professional expertise of this company. Im truly disappointed with the level of support and service received and feel robbed of both my time and money. I am attaching photo proof of the receipt which states no model number and the machine with the sticker. I would not recommend this company.**EDIT** I received a call from the company today saying they saw my review and offering me a 50% refund to remove my review. I only spoke with the lady who answered the phone in my initial interaction, unless they have a manager answering the phones I did not speak to a manager until today when I received a call from a manager offering me a partial refund but only because they want me to remove my review. Not cool. I am willing to donate my money to the cause of people knowing the truth about this company. Check out their yelp reviews. I wish I had.
Due to the spike in demand for appliance repair from the pandemic, the owner, Brian, came out to repair my washing machine. I only had to wait 24 hours, he showed up today, as was promised, with a phone call ahead of time. Brian was professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts, and fixed it. He also identified another problem with my agitator - fixed that as well. Finally, he gave me some tips on other appliances that will save me money in the long-run and save the appliances. This company has my trust and loyalty. Thank you Brian!
I called to see if the guys had ever worked on a Fridgidar flair stove and oven. The stove with the cooktop drawer, that you slide back in to conceal when finished. The guy on phone said they would have to come out and look at it to know, which would cost for a service call. I asked if they could call me to discuss. He said, “NO”! They don’t do that! GREAT customer service!!!
Made an appointment, they were out the next day, and were courteous with a phone call before showing up.Repairman fixed the issue on our washing machine, gave us an invoice, which we signed for $94.00. They charged our card $145.00. Called to see if they would make it right, due to signing an invoice with the price. Technician arrived early and ready to work. He identified the problem and resolved it and verified that nothing else was wrong. He was pleasant and efficient. He also showed me what he was doing while he was fixing the issue, which I thought was great. I would definitely recommend them based upon my experience.
Washer leaked but dryer was fine. Called to have washer repaired and for the dryer just to have a service to it. They had to order the part. When tech left the dryer did not work, the barrel was not turning. Nothing wrong with it before he came out. Called them back to have tech come back out to put dryer back together the correct way. I had to wait a week. Still doesnt work. Washer is fixed but he hooked up the hoses wrong. Hot is now cold and cold is now hot. I WILL NEVER USE THOSE IDIOTS AGAIN. I do not recommend them at all.

Our refrigerator was collecting water in the bottom drawer. Tom arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was clear about how long it would take to order the needed parts and return. Once he returned he quickly completed the repair. Great job! Five stars!
One of the professionals from the the company came out to give us a quote on a few items that needed to be repaired on our refrigerator. He communicated the entire process, cost and was honest about expectations. Also, he did all needed research on the spot so I could make an educated decision. If you need appliance repair it would be worth the evaluation investment to have them come out and check out your appliance.
Dont do business with them. We are a previous customer and and thought we would try working with them again. they are super expensive and Brain the technician was rude and raised his voice. He was rude the both times and I would not recommend using them.
We called The Appliance Care Company just 3 days ago to repair our Freezer that had stopped working. They came out for a diagnosis the next day, when other companies I called couldnt come out for 2 to 3 days after that and we were worried about losing all of the meat in our freezer! They had to order a part for the freezer, which they got in one day later and SCOTT came out to finish the repair the very next day, which was on Christmas Eve! We really appreciate the quickness of their response to us. SCOTT was very friendly, polite and professional. He got the job done very quickly and was very neat in his work. We really appreciate this kind of professionalism. THANK YOU to everyone at The Appliance Care Company for a JOB WELL DONE. Thay didn’t fix my fridge told me in need new compressor and left so I call back and factory service fix in 5 minutes with $30 plastic part. A complete waste of time and money for nothing. This is the kind of company that tells you whole new motor in your car when you just need to spark plugs.

The tech came and checked everything thoroughly and wrote up what it would take to fix the icemakers with estimates of charges. He also took the time to answer all of my questions in case we needed to buy a new refrigerator. Very thorough and knowledgeable and helpful.
The vendor is charging almost $800 to repair a $160 part, more than the entire dryer cost brand new, no communication from the repair person on-site after he diagnosed the issue either, plus a high diagnostic charge of $135.00. Very disappointed in this company.

Dishwasher dropped power. If unplugged, waiting a few minutes, and plugged back in, it reset and worked fine until it dropped power again. Tech showed up and couldn’t diagnose the problem. Decided it was a water valve even though the dishwasher washed dishes fine. Ordered part and 10 days later a second tech was sent out. This time the dishwasher was dead again and, once again, the tech couldn’t figure out the problem. Finally told me it was an electrical problem and I needed an electrician. I asked how he knew and he said he had checked the outlet with his meter.I put my multimeter on it and it showed a steady 120. He said his meter must have been faulty. I asked what the next steps were and he didn’t know. He asked to borrow my meter to check a a connection on the dishwasher. He didn’t know how to use the meter and almost electrocuted himself. He then gave up and left.Icalled Appliance Care to talk with a manager about next steps. He suggested they close out their case from Frigidaire so Frigidaire could assign a different repair service. What incompetence and poor customer service. It’s a brand new dishwasher and started having problems when it was two months old. We have now been fighting it for two months due to Appliance Care not knowing what they are doing.
Was very appreciative that this company was quick to respond to my call and identify the problem, get the part (for a somewhat older appliance) in very quickly, and resolve what could have been a serious headache. So, I ordered a new refrigerator from BestBuy mid June and the freezer door arrived damaged. The delivery folks called in the damage, took photographs, called it in and said I would receive a call for the door to be replaced. I even spoke with the warranty folks on the delivery person’s phone. The Appliance company called and set up an appointment for the replacement for 2 weeks after. I received another call and and was told the door wasn’t in because of COVID. No worries, 2 weeks later we set an appointment, the technician shows up and takes pictures of my fridge. I asked where is the replacement door and he said he didn’t have it, it was a diagnostic visit. I spoke with the company again and they said I was mistaken. No, I wasn’t, but ok, I still need the door. They order the door, technician shows up to replace only to see they ordered the wrong door. Flash forward to today, over two months since I purchased the refrigerator, the door gets replaced and I come home to the old door in a box in my kitchen floor. Called again only to be told it’s my part and I can do with what I want. When I said I was confused as to why it’s still here, the young lady said well it depends, if the door was shipped to you then...I said no, to your company. Oh well like I said it’s your part and you keep it or throw it away. NEVER AGAIN. And yes, Best Buy corporate is next on the list.
Probably one of the most dishonest companies I have ever used in the rental business to repair anything aside from Anthonys Heating & Cooling. I have been in the rental business for 20 years and have seen my share of shady people but this one tops it. Was told it would be a flat fee of 150 dollars to come and look at the appliance and then what ever the cost was to fix it the 150 dollars would be added towards the final bill which was 340 dollars. All was good and they went ahead and fixed it. A few weeks later I go and look at my statement and they had charged 240 dollars to come look and then a second charge of 340 dollars a week later. Not only did they lie about the original fee they also went ahead and put the entire 341 on for the repair so my initial fee of 150 that magically turned to 240 didnt go towards any of the repairs. There is 1 thing I look at when choosing a company to fix things for rentals and that is honesty. I do a lot of business with repairs and I will never use them again and have warned all of my friends to never use this company. If you want a dishonest fraudulent company use The Appliance Care Company of Belton, Missouri.Updating this review to respond. Why would anyone spend almost 600 bucks to repair a refrigerator that I only paid 500 for new? I also only disputed the 240 dollar extra charge you slipped in and not the actual 340 dollar charge you quoted me. I also would love to hear these recorded phone calls you have of me considering I never once talked to you over the phone. Expedient service, were able to send a tech out in a matter of days after calling to schedule an appointment. Had a well trained technician who was able to diagnose and fix my refrigerator quickly, and even had the new part I needed already in his truck. I called them when our dryer went out, and they knew exactly what was wrong before even coming out - they ordered the part, and called me as soon as it came in - which was on a Saturday afternoon. They scheduled me as soon as they could. The tech (Tyler) was very polite, quick, and tidy! They had wonderful service, and while I hope I dont need any other repairs, they would be the first company I would call if I did!

Since I couldnt afford a new fridge,I turned to this shop. My last fridge lasted 8 yrs,bought from Briens. I am pleased. Thank you. Just ONE NOTE. Since these are as is please inspect thoroughly,and in person. I bought mine over the phone,so I missed a few things in the pics. But for the price, delivered,and old one carted off, Im content. Delivery guys were amazing. Update. It lasted one year,and shot craps. Oh well. It served its purpose for awhile.
When it comes to finding a someone to repair your appliance this is the company you need to call. The initial service call is very reasonable, the technician was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and had solutions for me IF I had wanted to milk my washer a little while longer.At this point, I knew my washer needed to be replaced, my concern was finding a good one so with his knowledge and explaining his reasons for his recommendations I did some further research and found that he was exactly correct and purchased his recommendation. I have to say I am on my 2nd load of clothing and even though it is a brand new washer this Speed Queen is extremely impressive and is washing better than the 6 year old Maytag that I had to replace. Buy local, buy made in the U.S.A. products and buy from this company you will not go wrong.

We used this company to service a fridge at one of our properties. Unfortunately, the repair was not covered under warranty and we understood. However, when trying to receive a receipt and documentation of the visit/reason for not being able to repair, it was an impossible task. While the receptionist, Claire, was always very sweet and professional with me, we were only given the runaround and never provided a receipt. Things got even worse when we tried to reach the company owner directly, Brien. He was very unprofessional and even told our owner/my boss if we gave them a negative review he would retaliate with his own reviews.Here is the deal. Do your research. I am sure not every interaction with this company will be like this, but as a Property Management company with over 150 properties, we have never had such an interaction with any vendor.
My husband Danny had a great experience with this company servicing a GE dryer at our rental house. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the appliance, and the problem with black marks on clothes was resolved. The Appliance Care Company LLC will now be our go to appliance company. I was hoping that you would respond in a professional manner, addressing the mistakes that were made, but as soon as I got to the statement about screaming at the tech I realized that youre not only unable to accept fault but also a dishonest. The tech stayed until I asked them to leave. If he had been dealing with my husband there may have been yelling but spend my days with toddlers. In fact I couldnt help but laugh over the absurdity of the entire situation. Apparently it only becomes more so. Except now its just sad.This is copied and pasted from the reviews that I left on their social media.8/2020:100% would not recommend. The appliance care company came out to work on our refrigerator, they determined the problem and ordered a part. When they came to install the part they did not bring the tool they needed to do so. Never in my life have I had as many issues with a service company. So as it turns out our ice maker that you were out to fix in August is once again failing to make ice. A tech was here recently to insist that the ice maker was not receiving necessary water flow. I told him that you guys checked that last time. I told him repeatedly that you checked that last time. He insisted that that was the issue and he left after without taking out a single tool or looking at anything in the fridge except a blinking light in the ice maker. He said he would be back with the part to fix the water flow issue. Fast forward to today and hes here for 3 minutes when I again tell him that its made a few ice cubes since he was gone and theyve melted. Then he says oh, I missed that. He sounded almost as disappointed as I was when he repeated again, oh I missed that. He left after being here for 3 minutes because it occurred to him that he was not the water flow. I cant for the life of me figure out how someone with as much experience as this guy makes a mistake like this. Unless its a case of someone having so much experience that they refuse to listen to someone whos only experience is using the machine in question every day for the past 3 years. Do you keep records of any kind? Did he know that you were just here to fix this ice maker 3-4 months ago? Once again were waiting for another part to come in and Im told that an exception can not be made and you will not come out within a day or two of the part arriving. That it will be whenever you can schedule us in. I spoke with a manager today and requested such and its apparently just not how you do things. But all of this above, thats how you do things. Maybe if you came prepared to the appointments you do schedule, and waste less time, then you could come within a day or two of the parts arrival when youve made a mistake that 100% should have been avoided.

Technician arrived in a timely manner and got to work immediately checking my dryer including vent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained his findings clearly. He answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions for continued use of my dryer I would not have thought of. Recommend this company highly. Thank you.

Found and fixed the problem with my washer.Was very thankful for his honesty. He advised me not to let anyone say my washer wasnt worth fixing, they dont make them like this anymore. My washer is 18 years old, he could have said he cant fix it and sell me a new one.Im very satisfied and highly recommend them. I was able to get an appointment for someone to look at our refrigerator in two days. Tom from The Appliance Care Company was courteous and efficient. He called 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrival, as promised. He wasnt able to repair the refrigerator that day (not his fault) but gave us a detailed explanation of the problem, cost of the repair, and a timeline to get the part. At least we have information and can make a decision as to how we want to proceed.
Tech came out to diagnose refrigerator. Was told it needed a part they had to order but would take some time. I get a message for a date 3 weeks out to have my refrigerator repaired. Instead, a different tech comes out from another company to do a diagnostic. Has no clue another tech came out or what part he needed. He finds out that The Appliance Care Company wrote off this call cause they didnt want to do it. I have been out of a refrigerator for over a month and due to this poor customer service and lack of responsibility I have to wait even longer now. I would never recommend this company. Tech David came to repair our clothes dryer as part of the Sears service plan program, and he was so nice! It was a strange problem to say the least, complicated by the Sears service plan business because their records were wrong. He explained what was going on process-wise to me so I was able to call and get it fixed in the system while he was still here, and then he was able to complete the needed repair before leaving. He was tidy, professional, polite, friendly, thorough, and didnt talk down to me. 100% recommend, and well definitely call them ourselves if we have appliance problems in the future!

This company is top notch. After listening to Toby Tobin on a Saturday morning I decided to call to get my gas dryer and refrigerator cleaned. She set me up with an appointment on the following Wednesday. We had 4 inches of snow. But they showed up and did a professional job. Replaced my dryer vent tube as a curiosity. I highly recommend this company.

Our deep freezer broke. They were out the next day, told us to get some dry ice to keep it cold in the meantime (which we knew, but good to get confirmation), and found the problem (a broken sensor). They were prompt on informing me when they had the part and were back on the day they said. We lost some food, but salvaged 90%. Cost of the repair was about 1/3 of a new freezer. Recommend Tom the repair guy, and would do business with them again.
Steve just repaired our washing machine. He had to order a part last week so it took two trips here. Honestly I was looking forward to his return trip. The technician, Steve, was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked t my Kenmore Washer, 70 series, that I purchased in 1985 and found a bad coupling and a bad valve. Ordered the parts o Apr 17 and was back in my home doing the repairs o Apr 21. He exchanged the parts, put the machine back in place and made sure that the washer was working properly. Then he made sure that everything was cleaned up and in the trashThis is definitely a company that I would highly recommend. I recently had a compressor fail on my three year old LG refrigerator. I contacted The Appliance Care Company to obtain an estimate for the repair. Thomas came out to provide the estimate. He was prompt and courteous.The cost of the repair was reasonable, but not cheap. It took several weeks for the necessary parts to arrive. After the parts arrived and the appointment was scheduled, Thomas showed up on the scheduled day and made the repairs quickly and efficiently.I would recommend The Appliance Care Company to anyone who needs a refrigerator compressor replaced.
We felt like they overcharged us by a lot. We called them to complain but they werent willing to help at all. They replaced a part that wasnt even broken, and still charged us. They dont break down the prices, you pay whatever they make you pay. Worse yet- They signed for my credit card without telling me till after the fact (ILLEGAL!) and, they pay $20 for a five star review ONLY (yeah, BBB will be hearing about my experience). Lets just say, Im not gonna be getting $20 for my review, but Id rather you all know the truth.
ZERO STARS!! Absolutely horrendous customer service from the office staff. Refused to explain the process and even told me that they couldnt tell me what parts were being replaced on my refrigerator. Stated I would have to call Lowes and Lowes would have to tell me. Spoke with Andy, the store manager and he was no help either. Lowes set up an appointment on my behalf and the company did not show up on the scheduled date. I took the day off for to accommodate this appointment. When I called the owner (Brien Pippen) he did not even give me the courtesy to hear my complaint. Brien is a Realtor working under Coldwell Banker Regan Realtors. If he handles his real estate customers the way he operates this business I would steer way clear of this guy. I wouldnt hire him to sell a doghouse.
Refrigerator making noise. I have used Appliance Care Company before and have heard the owner speak on the radio before so we called them again. They were able to diagnose the problem and this time fixed it while they were here. I appreciate the techs appliance knowledge and his ability to help. Thank you Appliance Care Co.
My dryer was making a loud sound and my wife and I went shopping for a new set of washer and dryers. Once we found out that they were weeks out on delivery, I found The Appliance Care Company on google and sent a simple request in, requesting a repair the next day. They came out and found that i had lint stuck in my blower motor. Fixed the problem and we’re gone. Saved me a ton of money and they were quick and professional.
Tom was knowledgeable and very professional. He not only repaired the broken spring on the drum of a 10 yr front load washing machine BUT suggested that replacing the opposite spring BEFORE it would break and require a 2nd repair visit. THANK YOU

We had The Appliance Care Company fix our refrigerator. We were assured they had fixed the issue. Five months later we had the exact same problem. We called and told them we are having the same issue. They said they had a master technician do the repair and that they had a 90 day policy and would charge us again to fix. Really? The repair was 30% of the cost of a new refrigerator. Terrible policy - terrible customer service. We will not use them again and will be sure to tell people looking for an appliance repair company to steer clear of The Appliance Care Company.
The gentleman was very professional and answered all our questions and explained everything that was wrong before going even further on the post. Will use again in the future
After contacting Appliance Care Co. and selecting the least expensive response plan, they had a service technician respond within 2 days and he had the issue solved within 5 minutes of arriving. The service fee and education received was well worth the service fee. I will use this family owned company for any future appliance repair/purchases going forward.
I have an extended warranty through Home Depot, and the Appliance Care Company services that warranty in my area. They have been amazing to work with! Ive spoken to three different office personnel, and they have all been kind, genuine, and even fun! They have always been able to work me in within two to three days. Ive had several parts orders, and they are quick to let me know when parts have arrived and to get the technician back to my home. I should add that I bought some bad appliances, and they have had to service all but my dryer, so they have been to my home for four different claims. Thomas has been my technician each time. Hes very patient, ready to explain what has happened and how he plans to fix it. He is prompt, and makes sure he communicates so you know when he will arrive. If I need future appliance work, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!
My washing machine died and I wanted an American made Speed Queen. Tired of big box stores and Chinese made appliances. They were the only dealer in KC metro that was open for business. Ordered it one day and picked it up the next. No hassle, small town business.

Technician Tom was awesome! Very conscientious. Explained everything extremely well. He cleaned up after himself so everything was nice.
Tom the service technician was very polite and explained what was going on with our ice maker. He tracked down the problem but was unable to make the repair. He did make a recommendation on how to proceed. All in all his visit was professional.
I found Appliance Care Company on Yelp with high ratings, and Im very pleased that I called them for my refrigerator repair. The water and ice dispensers were not working, and the technician was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He had the replacement part on his truck, so he completed the installation and was gone in 20 minutes. He was very professional. I will definitely use this company again for all of my appliance repairs.
I listen to Toby Tobin every Saturday morning and the folks from Appliance Care Co are always on there. I really enjoy their take on appliances, so when I was having problems with my fridge I gave them a call. So friendly and professional I cant say enough good about them.
The Appliance Care Company was GREAT. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and the repairman was super nice and honest about the problems with my dishwasher and oven. I would call them again if I have any additional trouble with any appliances and will be recommending them to others!

Explained fees up front so there were no surprises, which we appreciated. Our washing machine was making horrible noises and we figured it was probably on its way out but we wanted to make sure it wasnt repairable. Brian, the technician told us it was the bearings and would cost more to repair than we could buy a new machine. He took the time to show me what had happened and explained why it would be so expensive to repair.I had also scheduled for him to look at our ice maker on the same call. He diagnosed the problem and we ordered the parts. To our surprise, they called the next day and said parts were in and would be able to install the following day. We have been very pleased with such quick turnaround. The office staff was good to work with and Brian was personable and knowledgeable. We appreciate knowing a good appliance company to call in the future.
Nice on the phone. They might do good work, but Ill never know because they dont do appointments.☹ You have to stay home & they call b/t 9 to 5, when they can come. Then you pay the service fee for them to check your appliance. Sadly this contributes to a throwaway society who ends up replacing appliances instead of fixing them. It blows my mind that I have been unable to find someone to correctly & professionally fix my dishwasher refrigerator and washing machine.

Dont waste your money with these guys,they are rip off artists,charged my mom $500 to install a dishwasher,they left said we need a plumber to look at it,said there boss wouldnt let them do plumbing work,maybe 5 min goes by,now the boss will allow them to proceed for $500,we had a professional come out,he said there was a little bit of tape for grip on the threads,said the most for install no more than $250 Geez what a way to cheat an old lady,you should be on the Wall Of Shame
Did not show up for appointment, did not call in advance.When I called to reschedule, I said no one called and representative got mad at me. When I questioned her tone she said she wouldnt reschedule.Stuck with a broken fridge. Heartless poor service. Wouldnt recommend if you value your time or customer service.
Scheduling service was easy online and then got a follow up call from Victoria to verify information and appointment. David came out and spent time trying to fix my microwave and giving me reasonable options. I would definitely use this company again!
