DO NOT SHOP HERE. The gas attendant insisted they accept only cash AFTER pumping my gas. I said I don’t have cash and he yelled ONLY CASH ONLY CASH. I asked where is the sign that says you only accept cash and he yelled ONLY CASH ONLY CASH. I said well do you have an ATM and he pointed inside, so I parked the car and went inside where I asked to pay credit at the counter where they clearly have a functioning card reader. The attendant followed me in and yelled at the counter guy in a south Asian language for a minute. I said I really want to get back on the road, can I please just pay you and go. The counter guy said yes but you cannot pay in here, I can take your card outside. We all went outside and when he started walking to a new location I went straight back to the pump and put my card in there where the balance was waiting. They both came over and yelled at me to stop, stop, you can’t pay here, it is not the right system. I said well look here it’s taking my money, isn’t it? See now I have paid. The transaction went thru but the counter guy hit cancel so I couldn’t get the receipt. Then I rushed back to my car and they both followed me there. One rapped on my door until he saw my 6ft2 21-yr old in the passenger seat, while the other held up his phone behind my car as if to get my license plate number. I got out of there and drove another 250 miles with no need for caffeine.I’ll never pull into a Shell station again without reconnoitering the situation first.

I was at the gas station today and the Shell employee was behaving in a ill mannered behavior to a customer. He should be ashamed, she was trying to be civil with the employee, but he was just rude.The employees should be trained. Such a shame my kids and family had to see that..

Horrible, rude employee tried to force me to pay cash out of a sketchy ATM. When I said I preferred to pay with credit card, he took my card, said he wouldnt swipe it until I paid cash. After 10 min of some serious back and forth, he FINALLY swiped by card and ended the ordeal. DO NOT GO HERE.

New ownership seems to be managing the business much better. Instead of the horrible service I am used to experiencing here in the past, I was greeted today with speedy service by friendly and efficient staff. The attendant cleaned my front and back windshields while I used the surprisingly clean restroom.

10/10 Service is friendly! New management will change your perspective. Do not hesitate to pull up for efficient gas for your vehicle!

Liar!Horrible service! I had a rewards code and when I tired using it at the gas station the manager/owner lied to me saying that they dont honor such codes when I called the fule rewards customer service they said that this is a participating gas ststion and they have to honour the code.Basically he lied!
