Can you guys please put a camera out by the free air station? The hose adapter is constantly being stolen off the hose and I really want the person to be caught!! Who steals in the first place let alone something being given to customers? I just want it to be stopped!! Maybe you could use a removable gauge that customers need to ask for!!

TERRIBLE. Store doesn’t accept cards in any fashion... only cash. Advertised obey fries have NO TASTE! Mac and cheese also tasteless. Paid for a biscuit with my meal and still received a dinner roll. Store is located DIRECTLY in front of a motel 🏨 with an open gate in the back... all drug addicts walking back and forth to the store and back to the motel.GET YOUR GAS AND GO!!!!!

In general I like the Royal Farms chain however when I went to the Bellmawr location and ordered a 3 piece dark meal. My thighs were not done. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he mentioned it was a fresh batch and thats how the chicken will look but I disagree. Manager did offer a refund but I declined. However, current moment my stomach is hurting for eating the chicken. I wont be going back to this location. And I really dislike leaving bad reviews but by stomach uggghhhh 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Ordered 2 chicken subs on door dash and they didn’t put lettuce, tomato or bacon on it! Just meat cheese and Mayo! Yuck like how does the person working deli not know what there doing? 20$ I spent for that and it’s absolutely disgusting!

Do not go to this place. I went here on 5/17/21. I ordered my lunch and went over to the register to pay which is all computerized. I needed cigarettes i asked the guy in the deli was there anybody that could get them for me. He replied very nasty by sayin Im the only one here you gotta wait I didnt mnd waiting but he already had 5 or 6 people waiting for food so i know there orders were rushed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Very rude people and very understaffed.

This worst royal farm in all chain. People’s homeless outside ask for money or tobaccos. Employee very rude almost no want to be bother to help you for gas deli or tobaccos. There many wawas close by go there for much less criminal experience. Be safe be healthy. Royal Farm very bad experiences.

The food is terrible and way over priced! 3rd time trying it since they opened and ever time was bad. $7 for a breakfast burrito that was basically cold.... Its pretty bad when your 4 year old took 1 bite and wont eat the Mac & cheese....Needles to say I will not be back.

Sad. Very sad. I order condiments and they say they are out. Order was made incorrectly and took a half hour. Sad lunch for the day from a sad location. Customer service was horrible by the person completing the orders. Who says out loud they don’t care that people have to wait?

I would give zero stars but that isn’t an option. This place comes from somewhere in the south I think, but here’s advice, if you want to be big in New Jersey, how about getting tuna or egg salad for Fridays during lent? You may not know what lent means, because I don’t think there are many Catholics in the south apparently, but google it. Im going to stick to wawa for now.

The chicken is just as amazing as everyone says! They have tons of options too; not just traditional fried chicken. Ordering is nicely organized via touch screens for ordering and stations for making fries/fried chicken/deep fried items, bowls/sandwiches, soups/salads, etc. Royal Farms is definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood!

3/23/21 Tuesday 4:05pm. I pull up to get gas. I waited 4 minutes the guy is in the booth on his phone looking at me and not coming over. So i pump it myself.

Absolutely disgusting food. Chicken was old and gross, fries were soggy, biscuit was stale but they tried to re heat it. Very disappointing.. I’ve had great experiences at other locations.

This place just opened up here in Bellmawr. This is the first place I have been where the people are very friendly, say hello and work hard. Normally I dont like this type of person, but here it is nice. One thing if you love fried chicken this is the place to go to. A little more cost per piece but it is really really great. Did I say how great their chicken is. No matter how many people are in the store this place has more than enough workers to get you in and out fast and are friendly. This place also sells subs, burgers and other food but for now I am stuck on their chicken. O by the way they also see gas.

Opening day for Royal farms in Jersey, had the breakfast bowl and buffalo chicken slider, look forward to trying the fried chicken soon... Good luck competing with Wawa, you have your hands full

Went in for a drink and came out with chicken that is so good, we went back for more!!! The prices are good. They have a lot of choices. I’m trying the burger next!!! I hope they build one in Deptford NJ. Thank you for your GREAT service.

I was so excited for this new location to open up, being that it would only be a 10 min. drive from where I live. I’m sad to say that I’m highly disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the 99 cents potato wedges, and they ended up being undercooked and unseasoned. The prices are nothing to rave about, the service was mediocre. Maybe I’ll give it another shot at a different location or once this new one gets used to it’s bearings, but bottom line is, I’ll be sticking to Wawa.

Bought some food from there, they gave me the bread with rotten spores. Took it back to the lady, she apologized and gave me two instead, didnt eat it anyway because my appetite shut down. Nice place with a lot to offer, but management needs more training and follow up, I think they were in chaos. I think rotten bread is a managers issue in the first place.

Kid pumped my gas tonight 2/21/19 @10:45pm was absolutely miserable, walked into the store after putting the pump in and never came back out after my gas was done filling. This place is a joke. This never happens at Wawa. Give your business to a place that cares about the quality employee they hire

They Totally messed up my hoagie and i only ordered three things on it. My wife bought juice for my daughter and it was expired three days earlier a they are way overpriced i could have gone to kfc and got double the amount of chicken and decent mashed potatoes. All around a major disappointment.

The only place that puts wawa to shame. The floors are cleaner, the selections are nicer, the food is tastier - the gas is probably tastier too. There are still way more wawa s near me for me to justify going here too often. Might be crowded when you go.

Went to bellmawr royal farms. As soon as I walked in the putrid smell was disgusting. Ordered Italian hoagie and found out they do not use vinegar, only oil or deli spreads. Sandwich tasted awful. Their menu was awful. Stay away from royal farms unless you are use to disgusting food. Drink prices we high. YUK. THEY NEED TO STAY IN THE SOUTH.

The chicken was okay but tasted like it had sat a while in a warmer and the skin was soggy and falling off the chicken. The chicken was also rubbery. The mashed potatoes didn’t have any taste to them at all and the potatoes weren’t very good either! I do like that the store had a big selection and was clean, but the food isn’t as good as everyone made it seem.

Just had royal farms for dinner and honestly it was gross! Spend $36 on sandwiches, tenders and sides and the chicken was cold! The fries were cold and soggy. The breakfast sandwich was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. I feel like the food just sat there for a couple hours and they gave it out. Sorry but wont be coming back to royal farms and I wouldnt suggest this store to anyone. Sorry, but wawa has you out beat by a long shot! Lost my business 🤗

The 4 piece fried chicken meal was very greesy and the breading was overly salty. The potatoe logs were also greesy and soggy. I was at the store at noon and it was empty. So this should have been a red flag that no one is beating down the door for their world famous chicken.

Went in a Breakfast sandwich. 3 people in store including myself and I was waiting for 15 min for my sandwich. I was next in line for my sandwich and another person walked up started her order and the lady went right to her order. What is that?? Horrible customer service!!! My chicken was slammin and I live the selection there of junk food! Plus they got Krispy Kreme’s !!! No more going all the way to Haddon field for Krispy Kreme’s !

The chicken is not that good, the fries took 20 minutes! Not to mention, you have yupppp check yourself our with self service registers. That to me is annoying, not only are they saving money by not paying someone to do it, youre not saying any money by doing it yourself! Stupid! Go down the street to WaWa and get good service, and better food/prices.

Everything is PERFECT, ESPECIALLY the fried chicken ready in the morning I Love That! Multiple beautiful sandwich options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, get a card, earn points for free stuff, every 7th coffee free,I also Love the having to wait to be called to a register for check out, ITS PERFECT! Cant tell you how many times I about had to knock people out for being in a rush and standing all up on my rear end in the crappy wawas, thinking that will benefit them somehow or get their transaction completed faster, If your that person who frequents Wawa always in a rush Then please Stay in Wawa, we laid back but none the less 7day a week hard working types do not want you in Royal farms if your in a huge rush, believe me on that.

Smells like old oil so chicken was out of the questions, mushy steak fries, no taste $6.50 burgers, smh. You want Chicken, goto Popeyes or KFC. You want a HIGH price burger, goto 5 Guys. Plus I didnt see a grill, so burgers must nuke. So I have to say Royal Farms will NEVER replace Wawas. What we do need in Jersey IS A SHEETZ.

So I used to live near the one in Manville and I never had bad service so I decided to go to the one in Bellmawr on the way to my moms. The location should of been thought of more carefully. However, this as the Manville location is very clean. I don’t buy the chicken anymore but it’s great on a drunk night. Would I buy it all the time, no. I personally think the chicken and Mac is very salty. Biscuits, gravy, mash potatoes, sandwiches, and wraps a very good. They even have a rewards program that saves you money way faster then the Wawa app.

The newly opened gas station is good. Be careful not to cover the oil cap occasionally.
