I ordered a mask from their website on july 27th. My credit card was charged that day yet the mask still hasnt shipped as of August 10th. 2 emails asking for an update or information have been ignored and when I login to their website to try to cancel the order it says its too far into processing to edit. This has been a very frustrating experience. I guess Ill have to go through my bank to get resolution
