Great place to go to get your printing needs done. Theyve always been very friendly and easy to work with.

Long story short, I had MinuteMan Press in Bellingham print me envelopes with a return and mailing address for my wedding invitations. I came in to check out the proof before they printed all of them, and realized I did not like the envelopes they would provide so I was told I could go buy my own and they could print the addresses on there. I gave them the envelopes I wanted them to be printed on and I came to pick them up when they were done. The envelopes were not what the proof showed, and the return address was positioned much lower than it should have been. I understand accidents happen, but what I was disappointed in was the way MinuteMan handled the issue. They told me one printer smudges and the other printer prints them crooked- therefore they did not really have the ability to print envelopes and definitely should not have told me they did in the first place. When I asked them what they suggest on how to deal with the issue, not one of the three of them took the leadership to deal with the issue. I have now lost time and money due to this situation, and suggest saving both of those and going elsewhere for your printing needs.
