During my visit to this gas station I clearly stated that I was there for wraps without nicotine in them I asked very kindly but I was told no very rudely I and started getting cussed out and flipped off by an employee. I then asked for a supervisor but they said there was no supervisor on site and that I would have to look up his number although I wouldn’t have any luck because they are all related. I was then assaulted by this employee who continued to cuss me out. I reported them to multiple places but I would advise to not go to this gas station, there are many close by with so much better customer service.
I always have a good experience here, I usually pick up a snack, a drink and get some gas before going on long road trips. Foods not bad and employees have always been nice.
Stopped by, Sunday May 30th. Doors locked will employee emptied outside trash, wasnt about to wait 10 minutes. Plenty of other places. Store should not basically close for some time like that.
This is one of the worst gas stations I have been to - I visit here often in a pinch for gas since my partner lives down the road - the same pumps have been non functional for over a year and I often have to move between two or three pumps before finding one that can accept a credit card. I have also tried to buy beer several times and they had to “reset their system” and couldn’t accept money for another 15 minutes. Clearly, they don’t care if anything is working well.
Wasnt able to use my Gpay on my phone to pay, other than that I love this ampm.
I just wanna leave a shout out to the staff that was working today (12-13-20) around noon. A lady came in while I was buying stuff and was vary rude out the gate, i commend how the staff was trying to handle the situation. She even tried taking her mask down while arguing AT the female worker. These people risk getting covid every day while trying to serve us and its sad with how ungrateful some people are so i just want them to know some of us vary much value the work they do
I drove into this ampm when I was having a bad night. The clerk sold me some of the best peanut butter cookies Ive ever gotten outside of a bakery and told me a story about his grandmothers cookies. Made my night infinitely better. Promote this man.
Be wary as this ampm is not always open when it says that it is online. They seem to shut down every time an employee goes on lunch.
I went to use the onsite vacuum for the car. I first had to go in to get quarters. The employee wasnt friendly and informed me I needed to buy something to be able to open the cash register for change. I do realize this is not the employees fault, but being a bit friendlier would have been a good thing. I bought something I didnt need and didnt want in order to get the change I needed. Then when I put my quarters in the machine it didnt work. I went back in and told them and they informed there was nothing they could do about it. I would have to call the number on the machine. Again, not the employees policy, so not their fault. I just feel that if a company is going to have these types of services on their property, for which they are making money, they should have some responsibility to a) make sure the things work and b) if they dont work, they should quickly refund the customer and THEY can deal with getting a refund from the other company. Not a good experience start to finish!

I had a bad experience with one of the managers but ARCO costumer service was very helpful and the owner gave me a call. The manager didnt let me use the phone after my dog locked my keys and cell phone in the car when I was parked at the gas pump. I spoke with store clerk first and he was very kind and tried to accommodate me. He couldnt find the phone so the manager was asked to come up from the back of the store. She was not wearing a mask. She told me the phone was for business only. I asked her if she was seriously not going to let me use the phone. She said she would get in trouble if I did. The following day, I spoke with ARCO costumer service. The costumed service representative was very helpful! He said that allowing me to use the phone is a business call. The owner of the store called me the next day and left a message apologizing for the incident. All and all, the situation was acknowledged by the owner as a wrong doing. I hope in the future the store will accommodate folks who are in need of the phone.
I am continually asked to wait while the cashier is on the phone. Im always parking getting out and the doors are locked while people are inside. I hate giving bad reviews. But sometimes you just got to.
Was shouted at by cashier clerk for using two cups while she was still helping a customer at the counter. I was only getting hot water and they no longer have cup sleeves, which is fine. I felt she didnt need to be rude about it. Was around 4pm 2/16/2020. FYI the cups still get extremely hot next time I will just go to Starbucks across the street, as to not get treated like Garbage while Im with my nine year old daughter.
Ive only had a good experience with 1 person that works here. They are rude and very unfriendly. Their EBT machine hardly ever works (supposedly), the ATM wont let you pull cash off your EBT card even though its same ATM as every other gas station that you can use your card! CONTINUE DRIVING TO THE NEXT STORE!
I live a ten minute walk from this store. Always really friendly employees. However the store randomly closes for half hour time periods, and there is no way to tell ahead of time. The employee will tell you sorry, it is a shift change for the next half hour and Im like, so, youre closed? Then they say we are open we just cant sell you anything. Glad I walked all the way down here for milk. This has happened to me multiple times. VERY frustrating. So go ahead and stop by this store. They MIGHT be able to take your money and give you goods in exchange.
I am an Uber driver and I know that myself and several others utilize the gas convenience and car wash. Today I got there at 7:05 and was told that the car wash closes at 7. I have never heard of that since I started going there. I informed the gentleman that I would go onto the Bellingham Whatcom county Uber Lyft site and informed the drivers that they no longer keep the car wash open past 7. I will not be utilizing their services any longer and will encourage others not to also.
The new Attendant, Christian, was amazing. He was personable and friendly, with an obvious eagerness to help the customer and make their visit enjoyable.
Pretty convenient gas station and convenience store located right off of interstate five in Bellingham right across the street from Starbucks Subway and I want a mocha it is also near Fairhaven and downtown Bellingham where there is so much to do and see.
Gas Station food is the best, its the tapeworms that really bring out the flavor

Never stocked. I went in for some coffees and they didnt even have lids.
I doubt this review will be taken seriously by the owner and i dont really expect it to. This location needs a new store manager. I used to go into this store on a daily basis and now i refuse to considering the majority of the items i purchase are never restocked and run out on a regular basis. I typically buy my niccotine zyn from this store(or at least used to) but the one that i get is never restocked, they run out of the bottled water i buy on a regular basis, they have run out of gasoline...... I mean seriously how does a GAS station run out of gasoline? The andy caps hot fries i used to get are no longer carried here. If you want my business again, hire a new store manager.Ps. You have multiple capable individuals already working at that store so promote one of them.

Just left AMPM because its not open again. This is the 3rd time in a row around the same time.
I stopped here to fill up and get a car wash before heading south on I-5.The only good thing I can say is the gasoline was inexpensive.I asked if there was any discount on the car wash with a fill up. The middle-aged female employee behind the counter seemed agitated with the question. She pointed to a price sheet located at the other register. I paid for the most expensive option. Then I paid cash for the gas and went to the pump. The price I saw displayed on the pump was the non-cash price so I went back into the store to inquire. This same female employee began explaining to me that the cash price was in a different place on the pump. While listening to her and attempting to understand her explanation of where I needed to look for the cash price she became inexplicably hostile and said, You look like you dont believe me! It was so non-sequitir I was completely taken aback.I told her I was listening and said she had mis-perceived something but had been quite rude.I went back to pump the gas but the pump was shut off. She came running out to the pump to tell me it had shut off because, you waited too long. We exchanged apologies for the earlier conversation but she was still quite resentful. Maybe she was just having a bad day and I became a target for her frustrations.I pulled my car into the automated car wash. Then a flashing light told me to Back Up. I backed up and pulled forward 3 times but couldnt get it to work. My wife then got a reluctant attendant to come out and reset the machine. It malfunctioned after the wash but before rinse and wax. Id had enough so I just left.
OMG!You need to hire more people or fire your current staff!I walked out without buying anything! A line of 9 people and only one checker and he was sooooo sllllooooowwwww!
Fountain sodas are very flat
Empty the gatbage cans near the pumps more often. Its starting to become litter around the area.
