What I dont understand is I order the same drink 5 days a week and its never the same price. Can someone explain this to me. Its pretty confusing all I get is 24 oz caramel latte extra shot of caramel . Why different prices depends on person collecting money

Try a Red Bull Italian soda with blue raspberry and cream! They are so delicious. Staff has always been friendly and quick on orders. Dont forget to leave a tip! Theyre definitely working hard and deserve it.

Used to come in a lot in the mornings, younger tallish girl with glasses and dark brown hair always makes my drinks wrong. She’s there most of the time when I come around 6 am and never fails to make me a gross drink. Believe she might be a manager too, poor attitude for a manager. Has been rude when I’ve asked for it to be remade. Started going to the stand by the gym instead. Better coffee, service, and baristas.

I have always had good experiences at Cruisin but had a rather condescending encounter recently at this location. I ordered 2 flavored redbulls with cream and whip, paid for them, then was handed two drinks without cream or whip. I asked for it to be added (it seemed the barista had not heard me when I ordered?) and she did add it before saying “this is a redbull Italian soda which is typically more expensive so make sure you let your barista know beforehand next time” with the most condescending tone I’ve heard as a customer anywhere. She seemed more annoyed than me, who DID ask for cream and whip! I work in food service so I get that it happens and she just didn’t hear me but to act like it’s my fault and to respond so rudely? Most likely will avoid this location going forward.

A late night savior - Cruisin Coffee on Lakeway is here for all your late-night caffeine needs. Theyre open till 10pm and offer a variety of coffee, tea, and Redbull Italian soda options. They also have milkshakes! Not to mention Cruisin Coffee also offers a variety of meals, not just snacks. Please remember to be nice to your barista and tip them well, they deserve it.

Coffee is somehow both bland and burnt, breakfast sandwiches are mediocre, but mocha milkshakes are top notch.

Great Coffee but rude staff. Drinks were thrown at and almost fall on the counter by a barista female in glasses, just locked the window right after. Then the other barista seemed more courteous and gave us the cookie she forgot. The one with glasses didn’t say have a good day or thank you or anything just called out our drinks and they almost fell on the counter and shut the sliding window hard and locked it. Unfortunate because I have been going to this spot as a kid and I had a previous encounter with her before where she was crying but I thought she was just having a bad day. Recommend management to evaluate her performance as I work in Restaurant Management very disrespectful to be treated like this as a consumer as I don’t recall being rude to her during my order.

Somehow my coffee is quite literally ALWAYS room temperature when I receive it from this location. Its a really simple order so I dont understand how it can be room temperature :/, Id rather go wait in line at Woods and have my coffee made correctly.

All the employees are super nice no matter what time of day I swing by. Although Cruzin tends to be a bit slower than say, Starbucks, I feel like the coffee and drink specials are worth it!

The company must not care about their business at all. A quality shot of espresso should be extracted in about 25 seconds for the right flavor, aroma, caffeine content, etc. Their roaster Dillanos would agree. However, at Cruisin the shots pour in about 3 seconds which is about as bad as it can be. Might as well add some drip coffee to their espresso drinks.
