Went to lakeway the other day and ordered my usual drink red lotus italian soda. I normally go to the one on Alabama but I was in the area and it seems to me that the girl there just didnt know what she was doing since it wasnt a red lotus or italian or had cream. When I asked her to fix it she just added cream and didnt mix it and it was just added on top, she seemed really annoyed, pretty unprofessional also not to mention I noticed they werent wearing masks?? I love cruisin coffee just wont be going to lakeway anymore. Think her name was Cassie. Giving 3 stars since I still love cruisin.

Wont fix their mistakes. Rude staff. Go somewhere else.
