I had a new battery in a 96 Lexus ES 300 I just purchased and it was dying. I suspected a bad alternator and called Kelly about it. He had just finished a nearby call and was at my vehicle and diagnosed the problem (what I suspected) - in less than 10minutes. Straight up one of the friendliest mechanics Ive ever met, really knows his stuff. I couldnt do a phone call due to the fact I live with a bunch of night owls that sleep late, but Kelly was incredibly accommodating and was able to get everything sorted out for the estimate and repair over email and text.He was right on time, took my warnings about the steep driveway into account without question, and made sure to keep me updating through the whole process since he had to leave a couple times to get tools that didnt originally fit in his vehicle.My muffler and exhaust are all sorted out, my crotchety old Subaru no longer sounds like an angry bear gargling gravel, and I am downright ECSTATIC that I no longer have to fret about being able to get to work.THANK YOU SO MUCH KELLY!! Worst tech ever. And putting a review on my shop only shows low class. Want to be ripped off. Call this guy. Never did any work for this guy. Tried to get me to do a motor swap at half the hours. Ripped off his employees. Seen him quote work and only do half of it. Even as simple as a oil change

I dont often feel compelled to write reviews, but I just had the best customer experience I think ever! My car broke down driving home from work this weekend. It was late afternoon Saturday and I was pretty sure I would get no help until Monday. I called Bellingham Mobile and during their last hour of business, I think it was Kelly, came out to me. Within minutes he determined the problem (all the while showing me). When it was clear I needed a tow, he took care of it immediately. My car was fixed the next day (Sunday!) Seriously, it cost me half of what I was expecting and most amazing of all it was delivered to my workplace.I am so grateful to them, what I expected to be a few inconvenient and frustrating days turned into a really positive experience. I will call this place first and all those other great reviews I just read... I believe it!

This was hands down the most painless auto repair experience I have ever had. Kelly replaced my alternator, battery and serpentine belt within an hour and a half of calling him. It was easy, quick, and cheap. Next time I have car issues on the side of the road I am calling him first.

Business owner (Kelly Myers) tried to subcontract me work, to this day will not pay an employee, and skipped town after he was confronted to pay money he owes. Quotes work he will not perform as simple as oil changes. Unprofessional towards customers and employees. Poor business and personal skills. NOT LICENSED TO WORK IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.

He is very knowledgeable and gives every evidence of being a Master Mechanic. It is rare to get good service in the world of Auto repairs but with Total Mobile Automotive one has found that gem. This guy is great. He showed up in less than half an hour, brought a truck loaded with everything he could need, and was able to fix my issue in less than 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable especially considering that he had diagnostics tools and drove to me. I would have easily paid 2 or 3 times more if I had gone to a shop. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m a two time customer so far. The first time he provided a comprehensive estimate detailing what he anticipated might be effected, he brought more parts than he ended up needing so there were no delays, he repaired my front end by replacing only what was needed, and walked me through the process. And came in on time and under budget. He also threw in hood lift cylinders, and fresh battery terminals at no charge to me.The second time, I was broke down and stranded in the middle of a busy parkway, he showed up in 5 minutes. Then pushed my car to safety, assessed the cause within seconds, ( and showed me how simple it was for me to pull codes off of my dashboard if needed) then returned with the part, and had it done in record time. Then he charged me less than half of what I expected. And shuttled me back and forth where I needed to be while he ran for parts and did the work.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars All day long !!!

We had an issue with a hybrid vehicle and the dealerships are closed because of a holiday. He came out to Nampa on his free time to run the diagnostic on the vehicle and helped me isolate the issue so I can fix it tonight. The diagnostic was very reasonably priced. Kelly is awesome! I was half way through a road trip and had to stop in Boise for a new alternator. It was after 6 PM on a Saturday night, so I was really in a bind and couldn’t find an open repair shop to do the job. He came within half an hour and installed it quickly in the pouring rain. The alternator sold to me at Auto Zone was the wrong one at first, so he went to another store to get the right one. He worked until 9 PM. He went above and beyond and I really lucked out. Called them up to change out a transmission for me, they had the trans put in the car and everything buttoned up in ONE DAY!!! they do fantastic work, and are super communicative. If you need anything done to your car, I urge you to call them. The transmission shifts perfect now. Call them for all of your automotive needs.
