I was expecting to have to get a new battery for my car. Trevor came out in 20 degree weather & tested the battery. Battery was in great shape, so then he checked and cleaned the connections, and all is good. Thats the only place Ill go for battery help.

Great availability of specialty batteries for almost anything and very helpful staff. Their standard batteries that you can find anywhere (i.e. AA, CR2032 coin cell, etc.) are rather pricey, so I mainly go here for special needs.

These guys are very helpful. I heard an advertisement on the radio for their Zombie Batteries . Cheap, perfect for the purpose i needed. Otherwise they have what they called Seconds for a very reasonable price.Ask for Juston. No pressure, sells what youre looking for

I brought my car in today because it was having problems starting, and Justin quickly diagnosed it as corroded terminal connections to the battery. A few quick snips and replacement terminals, and it was taking a charge again - which was good, because I still have memories of having to replace the alternator on my previous car, and I dont want to repeat that with this one. Knowing that the alternator wasnt the issue this time was a HUGE relief!The whole process took maybe 20 minutes, during which time Justin also replaced the one corroded battery terminal in my moms car as well. Again, he was quick and efficient, giving us instructions on what to watch for in the future and the best way for me to restore a full charge to my cars battery. I will absolutely be back any time I need battery help. Thanks again, Justin!

Pacific Power Batteries just saved our bacon this morning.Thank you Justin! My sons car lost power last week and we had to jump it this morning to get it somewhere we could get Solid Answers.We had concerns that it would be an expensive starter or alternator job. When we pulled up Justin came right out to the curb and helped triage the situation.It turned out that it was an all too common and overlooked issue, when others had just said buy a new battery, duh! We knew both of our older cars had batteries that were less than two years old. Justin expertly ran through the issues, checking voltage, but noticed that the hold down was lose, the negative post terminal was practically falling off and there was battery acid accumulating. He quoted us a very reasonable price and got right to it expertly clipping off the worn terminal couplings and putting fresh new ones on, wire brushing the posts like new and then topping it off with a spray of protection from oxidation. Then he checked the alternator to wrap it up. One of the most amazing parts is that he did both of our cars in about 30 minutes, while still cheerfully taking care of several other customers with quick purchases. For a one man show, he was deftly helpful, cheerful and really helped us go away feeling like wiser car owners.We didnt have to book an appointment somewhere and face a pricey theres a lot we found wrong kind of quote from a dealership, wondering if we could trust we werent being gouged. One thing I really appreciated was learning that some dealerships regularly put small plastic spacers on the terminal couplings so that there is a gap that causes deterioraton from oxidation much quicker than a solid tight connection for optimum battery life. Go ahead - check yours, you might be surprised to see that someone slipped one on your battery.Over the years, every time we have wondered whats going on with our batteries, we know that there is a closeby shop that we can triage a situation with cheerful help. These guys carry the best batteries available. They install right in front of you where you park. They also have zombie batteries which are refurbished batteries at a great value. As the sign says they have batteries for everything, cordless phones, cameras, lap tops, watches and anything else you can imagine. Excellent customer service.

They sold me a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge after less than a year. I took the battery back for testing and they told me it was good. I ended up stranded and had to call AAA when my car wouldn’t start the next day. It also cost me $500 to have a shop perform a load test on my car just to have them tell me the battery was actually testing terribly. New battery from a different source and my car is now working fine.

Understand that if you get a battery @ PPB that there is a good chance that if there is a manufacturers defect they will not honor a warranty. I am a commercial fisherman and I tried to get a warranty replacement for a 31 agm Northstar battery and one of the workers named Austin would not honor the warranty. Had original receipt, battery. And was a repeat customer.

Fantastic service from people that know what theyre doing. I came in with a specific request, an auto battery for an older car that I hadnt been able to find elsewhere. They had it for me in less than 10 minutes at a very reasonable price, tested it in front of me so I knew it worked, gave me a two year replacement warrenty for free, and even offered to help load it into my vehicle! Long story short, Im not buying batteries anywhere else.

My car battery had died while I was out of town. We jumped started the car but I wanted to make sure it was okay. Justin jumped into action to check it out. I brought my truck battery in because I thought is was toast after only 2 years of its proclaimed 5-7 year life. I did not purchased from PPB and they took a look at it and charged it anyway. Truck starts up perfectly now! And I went to pay their service fee and was told it was on them and to pay it forward. Cant say enough how great my experience was. You guys rock! Be very cautious about getting your batteries here. I have purchased a half a dozen and at least 4 have been bad. Dont buy the zombie batteries as they will start losing their charge in a couple weeks. These guys sold me a battery with a crack in the top. I noticed the crack at the check out and the guy told me it did not matter as it is a gel sealed battery. After installing it in my daughters van, she could not start it within a week. I put a charger on it and there was steam shooting out the crack. When I returned it the same guy said the steam was just water and did not matter. How could it not matter? How could there not be acid in the steam?I find it hard to believe that this guy doesnt know that if a battery is shooting steam it is bad. Anything to sell bad batteries I guess. They did finally return it and I spent another $40 to get a refurbished Zombie. The title says it all. The battery is a zombie and was dead with 21 CCA after a couple weeks of chillin in the garage on wood blocks. He tested it so I assume it had plenty of CCA when he sold it to me.Another issue I had was that every battery I bought was purchased with a different account that they set up. They used a slightly different address, or spelled my name wrong, or a different phone number etc. I had to find my receipt because they could not find my purchase.... Watch out for that long hair unless you like throwing your money away.

One guy working here told me something that was totally untrue and almost lead me to waste 300 dollars. The next guy was super abrasive and rude. At one point he just left and started doing something different when i was asking fir help. Terrible salesmen.

Just bought a new Exide battery for a Lexus SUV, price was a few bucks more than online but well worth the convenience. Trevor had it installed and I was out the door in about 15 minutes.
