Holland International Market was fantastic. I went crazy in that store. Such great spices, candies, a little snack to eat in the car. I love this place. They are wonderful people.

Came from Texas to visit this family owned shop that sells Dutch foods and goodies. Lots to see from cookies to cute Dutch Shoes, teapots, and dishes. Walking inside the store you are immediately taken back to the Holland region. It was nice to see people taken back to their roots/homeland. Lots of happy customers including myself. I was able to meet the owners Maria and Ramon and get a little background of their story and the success of their business. It is truly amazing how two people of Mexican decent can go through so much sacrifice to chase their American dream. They are truly fascinated with the Dutch culture and bring a piece of Holland to Bellflower, California. If you are visiting California I recommend you stop by this store and take a piece of Holland with you. I promise you wont be disappointed!

NETHERLANDS 🇳🇱Eat the World Los Angeles review:For those that do not initially recognize the flag of the Netherlands flying in front or who might not have their glasses on to read the small black text high on the facade, this small Bellflower storefront still has a lot of clues as to what lies inside. At the bottom of the windows are tranquil photos of windmills behind fields of beautiful multi-colored tulips and if that is not enough a large circular painting incorporating another windmill, more tulips, and a couple wearing wooden clogs adorns the front.This is definitely the type of place that someone who was visited Holland (or not!) can go to fulfill all their stereotypical impressions of the country. Besides the front, the store is filled with big round blocks of gouda cheese, has a shelf devoted to stroopwafels, another to black licorice, and even a selection of clogs, some wooden and others in house slipper format.But the store is more than that, it caters to as many desires that a Dutch person might be able to acquire here in Los Angeles. The options of candies and cheeses are excellent and include much more than you would find at another European specialty store. But the Dutch presence in LA might be more than you think, enough to warrant the presence of a consulate and amongst other events, an annual party in late April to celebrate the birthday of the king (an official holiday in the Netherlands).

Great family owned store! Everything is fresh and they have the best selection of Dutch goodies around.

We were specifically interested in eel fillet and we were so happy to find it in this store! The taste is exactly the same as in Amsterdam! We also tried and ordered some eel via a call, and received it next day with a proper wrapping. Thank you, Maria, for doing a great client service as well!

Small little market. Mostly Dutch food do have some Indonesian. Prices are pretty good too not expensive.

We visited the store this morning for the first time and met the owner Kathy.What a pleasant experience ! It reminded me of the time in the Netherlands.I bought some herring and other goodies and certainly will be back.

This is the place to go for Dutch goodies. Also a great place for rijstafel ingredients. And if you are a cheese lover, youll find the best here. Extra aged Boer, Gouda, Edam, and Leiden (cumin).

You dont have to be in the Netherlands to visit a genuine buurtwinkel. Every type of dropjes, ingredients for banketstaaf, and tons of other goodies that would make your oma proud. Super nice and knowledgeable, this place is a great living continuation of Bellflowers historic Dutch heritage.

One of my favorite little stores. If you are looking for anything Dutch, or Indonesian, you need to visit! Gouda cheese, Dutch chocolates, Delft blue knick knacks. And then head a few doors down to Hambones Bar and Grill for amazing Barbecue!

Its a wonderful place to buy hard to find European food items. The medium Gouda cheese is the best that Ive ever had. Ive been shopping there for over 30 years. Wonderful employees, high quality hard to find products at a reasonable price. 3 Generations of my family have shopped there and do so because its bona fide.

Friendly staff. All the Dutch imported food and gifts I have loved since childhood. I especially love the cumin gouda cheese and the bulk bags of chocolate sprinkles.

Great combinations and varieties of food, cheeses, snacks and candy. Cheerful and helpfull employees who have a great knowledge of the Dutch cuisine. Its a must try it place for sure. I should know Im a Dutchman myself.

Although theres no kanterkaas to be found, still plenty of good stuff. The young man that helped me was attentive, polite, and seemed like he enjoyed his job. Will definitely be coming back!

Maria went above and beyond! I had a special order for a specific day and the delivery was messed up. Maria drove out to the Inland Empire and hand delivered my order on a Friday afternoon. She saved my daughters birthday! Cant wait to go back!

I am so glad i found this store! i have been living in mexico, since 2008.. and i have not been able to get these dutch goodies.. i was born in holland, and immigrated to the usa, in 1960... when we moved to the san fernando valley we used to have a dutch guy named rick. who would drive his truck filled with the dutch stuff..to our house once a week.. well needless to say good things dont last forever... but they do come back... as by the graciousness of maria to send me my first package of goodies all the way here to san miguel de allende, mexico!! maria, thank you for all you do for all of us dutch people and for the people that like the dutch stuff!!! muchos gracias por todos!!

Love this place. All the Zoute Drop you need. Fresh and salty, just the way we like it! The dutch jams, coffee, ontbeit koek and other goodies are always tasty. Also picked up spices and other items for Indo cooking. This is a nice place to shop. They have ready made food too! Grab some to go, so convenient. The ladies are always willing to help, always a fun experience!

Excellent place. My uncle turned me on to this store when he found it. Closest Dutch-Indo store that I know if since the last one closed years ago. We live in the San Diego area and will visit the store whenever we visit our daughter & son-in-law who live in Cypress.I can finally get some spice mixes and Sambal Bajak.
