Its been a while since I was at this location due to it not being the best in the past. However, I went in a few days ago for a quick buy and immediately noticed how its changed for the better. It is far more organized and clean than I remember. Their selection has expanded. Lots of good quality items for very reasonable prices. I enjoyed my experience and will continue going back.

You always find something you need every Day

If its available instore but you order online best to go get it yourself. Store employees do not prioritize online orders. Meaning even if the item was there when you purchased online by the time one of the employees get to your order it could already be gone. Especially during the holidays. Still, instore is not bad.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what items are in the store.

Since Ive been working from home,I was in much need a of a nice/simple desk, & thanks to the kind help from Rocki. She found out they had it in stock & even helped load it into my car. THANKS A MILLION ROCKI!!

The problem with Big lots we wanted to buy some furniture bedroom set and not one store had all the pieces together so were irritated but we did go to different ones and purchase them at different stores but the delivery cost isnt fair either so whats going on with you I even work for Big lots for years I dont understand why you cant have a complete set bedroom set together and one store

Always have liked these stores, just recently they feel like they arent filled enough. I understand that it is probably due to Covid-19 over all not a bad alternative when you know what you need, definitely less hassle than your average store or market.

I had not been to a Big Lots in a very long time and was super surprised to see all of the quality products at extremely low prices. After spending a grip of money at another discount store just yesterday, I found better quality items at a fraction of the price at Big Lots. I will definitely be going back again.

A lot of selection! Great deals on holiday decor, hair care, art supplies, pet goods and occasional food items. You will leave spending more money than planned or less money than planned. A good sale goes fast!

Bellflower Big Lots Furniture Department has amazing customer service, they treat you like family ask for Veronica or Eddie they know how to take care of business ❤ . We bought 2 Wardrobe Closets and an entire Living Room Set plus covers for our couches . We are definitely going back to get our bedroom set Go check it out

Usually I find big lots to be full of useless but today they had some very useful items

The staff is always welcoming during the covid crisis I have seen the attention to cleanliness in the aisles wane a bit. I presume short staffs lend to this issur and I dont hold it against them, but it is something notable. The shelves were a bit bare today in the seasoning aisle specifically but as always big lots continues to provife smiling service and attentuon to detail in their checkout. Customers are asked to stand 6 ft apart on matkers where staff will greet from behind safety dividor and wash each station thoroughly.

Gotta love Big Lots! Good deals all year round, but especially the holidays. Got a great deal on Xmas wrap, decor, boxes, etc. Selection & styles of wrap are better here than Walmart & Target. Stocked up on a bunch of after Christmas stuff. Good to go for next year!

Smart workers

Never had an issue with any of the workers, theyre all so very kind and helpful. Lines move very quickly and the place isnt ever dirty. They sell things at reasonable prices.

Went to pick up a digital TV antenna.Its said six in stock but had none. Call first.The employee told me a lot of stuff gets stolen there so maybe just steal whatever you want. Wasted an hour on the bus.

During this visit, all was organized, all the Christmas stuff was on clearance. They have a lot of name brand foods at great prices. Have to go often as items change on a regular basis.

Had what I wanted and at a good price. Quick checkout. Good selection of dog food and treats.

This store is usually neat and easy to find what you want. I like this location. Its kind of hidden so you can easily miss it.

They had some good deals on Christmas Ornaments.

I mean this place has everything. The food section has a huge selection of affordable finds, and may items are considerably less than local grocery prices. Steer clear of frozen foods/refrigerated section. Items are not fresh/kept in date. Frozen section is sky high.

I called for a merchandise check I spoke to a sales rep. She said that she would check, after waiting 3 minutes another sales rep picked up the phone and said that would she would check apparently she didnt know how to place the call on hold because she disconnected me, I called back and spoke to another sales rep and finally he said that they were out of the merchandie I was looking so I asked if he could call the Lakewood store he said if I had the phone number to the store he would.Do you think I deal with professional sales reps this morning or a bunch of I____s?
