I called with an issue regarding fret buzzing, the great employees here offered to take a look at it before having to wait weeks for repair. My problem was resolved and am truly grateful for their help. These are good people!

This store is amazing.. The fact that I brought an entire zoo of kids and no one got impolite about it was astounding to me. Most of the time when you bring children into a music store you are immediately treated different but this was not the case. Aside from that, these guys were soooo polite and helpful. They brought me equipment to test out an amp I wanted, discussed the best options for me as far as payment and were just outstanding on price. I don’t think I could recommend this place enough. I will definitely be going to them for my future music needs. This just feels like a good down home midwest music store where you relish going in to snag the latest and greatest gear.. Also, if they don’t have it, they will order it! Prices cannot be beat.

Zack was awesome! he took the time to make sure that what i came there for was met and to the best of his ability! everything and everyone in the store is perfect! i went in yesterday to trade 2 guitars i had in hopes of leaving with a new drum set, and Zack made sure that happened!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Can carry a nice conversation while still attending to your needs . They have a pretty good selection on hand . Prices to vary depending on what you buy .

Love the Bellevue crew ! They give you big hugs and kisses when you buy cool things, at times theyve even been known to nibble the ear ever so softly, just because they can! Aside from the crew all wearing Barry Manalow suits, they pretty knowelable... hey, Watch out for the little dude with glasses, hes always Sniffing around butts. Yet maybe its just cuz hes short...hmmmm. lol these guys are great!

We came in to Dietze today to get ready for beginning band.Kyle met us right away and got us everything we needed. He throughly explained everything to us and got us set up pretty quickly. He had excellent customer service!

This Dietze location is by far the best one. This is due to the friendly atmosphere that both Molly and Coop create. As soon as we walked in, Molly greeted us and made us feel comfortable. Coop took care of us and answered questions. Both are genuine people. We first went to Guitar Center the day before, with a guitar already picked out but because of the poor customer service we didnt give them a dime. We went to Dietze today and we walked out with a great guitar and amp for our son. I will definitely return to this location. I recommend to anyone that they will be treated great here by Molly and Coop.

My son started band for his 1st year going into 8th grade. I am clueless when it comes to band. I called asking about certain sticks the teacher requested that my son use, I called the store and Brian answered was super helpful found the product I needed. I came into the store with my son shortly after and Brian was there again was super helpful. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Hands down the best customer experience I have had in a very long time. We walked out with 2 different kinds of stick and a rental of the instrument my son chose to play. I couldnt be happier and now my kiddo is excited to start learning this instrument. He was nervouse and intemedated. He is now in his room setting up his instrument happy as a kid on Christmas. Thankyou Brian from the bottom of my heart for making this such a wonder experience for us!!!!!!!

Dietze Music will be the only guitar store I shop at in Omaha. Not only is their selection excellent, but their staff push the store above any other in the area. No matter your need or how busy they might be, their folks will always stop to help and answer any questions that you might have. In addition, they are always willing to work with prices for you. Every time I come out of the store, I feel like I received excellent products at excellent prices (sold by excellent people, like Bryan!). They also do top notch repair work!Bottom line: One of the best music stores in Omaha! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Amazing place and amazing people. The people that work there actually know stuff about instruments. They can look at something and actually tell you whats going on and how to take care of your instruments. 10/10 and never felt pressured to buy anything. Made it 100 times easier to trust them when they said my instrument needed something new. They werent looking to make a sale, and I like that. Chill atmosphere and great customer service!! Will go again very soon.

Nice selection of instruments especially for band students. You have the option to buy, rent short term, or rent with the option to buy if your child chooses to keep the instrument. Very affordable payment plans too.

Dietz Music in Bellevue is a wonderful place! The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I took in a very old accordion that belonged to my mother. It hadnt been played in many years. I wanted to make sure it was still OK to play. They sent it to their accordion repair person in Lincoln who went over it and made a few suggestions to me by phone, then sent it back to the Bellevue store. I highly recommend Dietz Music!
