Love this store. They always have what I need and are ready to help. I love that I can bring a water sample in and they give me an exact recipe for what I need to do to get it perfect.

This review is specifically on the detailing of our hot tub by Dave at the Bellevue store.Aquaquip had sent out Dave to detail our new tub after we noticed some issues with it. Not only did he get it looking great, but provided a tremendous education on how to care for the tub, key considerations, etc.For anyone from Aquaquip - I would highly recommend sending Dave out to do an informational session for new hot tub owners. Incredibly informative and appreciated.
We bought a hot tub at Bellevue Aquaquip in late 2019. We have had many issues with it since then. They’ve come out to service it three different times (while we waited MONTHS in between appointments). Each time the technician boasted that they had fixed it but we still had the same problem. We’ve called and every time the man who answers the phone says he will “send it to management.” But they continue to ignore our calls. So we have a hot tub that hasnt worked in a year and nobody will give us the time of day to figure out the issue.
It is very sad that the service department can destroy all the effort a store makes to keep a customer. I visited the Federal Way store and was helped by an excellent female who gave me prices on a gas wood stove, a wood burning stove, sauna and hot tub for a house I am building. I most importantly needed service on an existing FP in a rental close by. The following morning I was given a call from a female from service. I explained I wanted someone to fix the blower on the FP and I if I could talk to the tech, it would expedite the repair. She had model and serial number but wanted the year of the unit. When I told her, I did not know the year, she suggested I call someone who sells the unit. (Even though it is one AquaQuip normally works on). It would have been a very easy repair and now I need to find someone interested in customer service. (Date 10/8, Federal Way)
Nice helpful people who explain their products properly. Feels little expensive though, but they have everything you need.
Jeff the regional manager there and his entire staff are outstanding. I bought a home with a spa and they helped me learn how to take care of it. They give free water tests and great customer service. I buy everything I need for my spa there. Support this local business.
To begin with I typically do not post reviews. That being said I felt my experience with Aquaquip warranted a post. I performed in-depth research before purchasing a Sundance Marin hot tub. Between online information and having several friends with spas the top choice was Sundance. The spa is well built and with minor exceptions, (more on that later) it has performed flawlessly. I dealt with Jeff B. for the sale and have called and visited the Tacoma (Nick) and Federal Way (Tabatha) stores. The associates mentioned were quite knowledgeable which I very much appreciated. I had many very specific questions and I not only received accurate and spot-on answers but was also treated with respect and enthusiasm. What really inspired me to post this review was after finding an issue with an Air knob noise. I called Jeff B and he immediately set up a service call. Two days later Pete showed up at my home and quickly resolved the issue including ordering a part and scheduling a service call to install the part. I felt the entire staff has been thoroughly involved with my purchase......not only before the deal was closed but more importantly after the delivery to make sure everything was working properly and clearing up any issues and questions I had. I will continue dealing with Aquaquip going forward.

Cold weather snap here in Bellevue, WA. But fireplace would not start with remote. Jeff at Aqua Quip in Bellevue solved the problem in 3 minutes over the phone. 5-Star, helpful, friendly, and highly recommended service.
Weve been using Aqua Quip over the past few years and they have always been awesome to work with. Visited the new store today in Bellevue and it was, again, a great experience. Jeff and Jared, Jared and Jeff were super helpful and per always, very pleasant to talk to.Jeff got us the exact paint we had been shopping for online and walked us through which was a better product and why.We then did the hot tub tour with Jeff and he walked us through the hows and what, of every product line from Jacuzzi. It made it an easy decision to have this be the only place we are going to be buying pool supplies and our hot tub from!Thanks Jeff and Jared! Your guys are awesome.
I have honestly never had better customer service anywhere. Luke took the time to explain the basics, gave advice, and helped me with a great purchase. Test my hot tub water? Yes, please. Tell me exactly what to do and when to do it? Absolutely. This dialog happens, a sample of my hot water is tested, and an analysis report of how to balance my hot tub is printed, all while I peruse through the barbecues and related accessories. What a delightful errand. Professional, friendly staff, whom are eager to help, will be your ambassador to a chemically balanced hot-tubbing experience.
Have used this shop for a couple of years for my spa and they have always been very helpful. There free water analysis is great and Ive never felt particularly pressured to buy chemicals that I didnt need. Recently, Jarrod went above and beyond to help me with a warranty claim on my Big Green Egg which was awesome. Great shop and great folks!
Our gas fireplace insert was acting up. It was supposed to operate off a wall switch, but decided not to.Aqua Quip reps came out and took great care of us. The service was quick, professional and the cost was very reasonable.I recommend them highly.
After being referred to Jarrod at Belleview, by Shoreline store. Jarrod At Belleview expertly helped me troubleshoot my problem with my 2005 Nordic hot tub. We were successful a identifying the pressure switch as the problem, therefore saving me a very expensive service call as I live at least two hours distant from the nearest Aqua Quip store at Shoreline. I am very grateful for the helpful and excellent help I got from Shoreline store but especially Jarrod at Belleview - great support for a great product. Highly recommended !

Far exceeded my highest expectations, and I am not easily impressed! I purchased and had installed a new wood stove to include all the piping (our house did not have one prior). I met with a total of 3 companies to include Aqua Quip which was not the cheapest. I am so very happy we did! I came back to Aqua Quip because of the great customer service Bill provided me when we first met. Bill took the time to help us compare fireplaces vs wood stove, taught us all about the stove we purchased, and supported us during the full process. Bill ensured we were well taken care of throughout not only the purchase, but during, and after.Our wood stove looks amazing, our installer Phil not only did a great job, he took the time to educate me and make sure I was 100% happy and comfortable. I would recommend these guys for any of your spa, wood stove, fireplace, pool, or whatever else they do needs. We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future for our spa purchase. Thank you Bill, Phil, & Aqua Quip for such a phenomenal experience!

Ive been a customer of Aqua Quips for over 10 years, having bought numerous products. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. One person even offered to come to our house to help me better use the smoker function on our Weber Genesis grill. Thats over and above what anybody would expect.
Horrible company. I paid for them to drain and clean my hot tub while I was out of town, and came back to this. The hot tub wouldnt work and another service guy came out and said it was because my filters were dirty...This was after I paid for them the month before to clean it all! Stay clear of this company, they will steal your money.
Has everything you need for hot tub and grills, but way over priced.Edit: they price match, so be sure to check amazon and ask for a match on everything. Then its reasonably-priced and you can have it immediately! Raising to 4 stars because of this.

Working with Jarrod Dean from Bellevues new Aqua Quip store has been a joy. We have had hot tubs for twenty years, and we now have to purchase our third hot tub due to the poor quality of the previous brand we had purchased. We looked at many hot tub stores, hot tub options, and sizes, and the Aqua Quip Bellevue store manager, Jarrod Dean, impressed us with his in-depth knowledge of hot tubs.The high-quality brands Aqua Quip carries in their stores was important to us, given the negative experience we had with a previous hot tub company. My previous hot tub company (not named here) made hot tub shells that would delaminate and crack when exposed to sunlight. Proper hot tub shell construction is essential, or the life of the hot tub is shortened considerably. We learned this the hard way with our previous hot tub manufacturer. Given the effort it takes to place a hot tub in a deck, you only want to move a hot tub once. On our previous brand, we had purchased two dofferent hot tubs where the hot tub shell delaminated and also cracked in several places. The cracks caused significant water leakage, and dealing with this prior hot tub manufacturer was a painful experience.Jacuzzi and Sundance have a much higher quality shell. Working with Jarrod Dean of new Aqua Quip Bellevue store has been an excellent experience. After looking at several hot tub companies, we chose to work with Aqua Quip Bellevue, and we could not be happier and are delighted with our new hot tub.
We purchased a spa and barbeque from them. When installing the techs did not hook up the gas to the BBQ. The spa had some issues and they couldnt schedule a fix for 12 days. Pretty dissapointing after having purchased spas, BBQs and other appliances for multiple homes. Still struggling to complete repairs.
Brian Quint and his team at AquaQuip provide a top notch customer experience, down to earth advice, and great products at all their Washington stores. Brian and his team are available, helpful, knowledgeable and always takes their client’s best interest to heart. Aqua Quip’s products include outdoor pools & spas, BBQ’s, fireplaces and all associated accessories. I’ve personally used their produces for years and the quality is superb. I can’t recommend Brian and Aquaquip enough for all your outdoor living needs.
