With the Covid-19 closing local gyms in my area, Ive decided to build an at-home gym in my garage. I was hesitant at first since all my high-priced orders were done online, but these guys have been fantastic! I shopped around online and found this to be the best place in the entire Northwest. Ive had the pleasure of working with Wally on each order. He got me everything I wanted and even organized to have someone come to my distanced small hometown and set up the equipment. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them!

These guys are great! Very professional. I went in to buy a water rower and when I got it home it turned out a few of the parts did not lineup appropriately. I called them to try to work out the problem, and they helped me all the way through. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you guys.

We went in to Fitness Outlet to try the MI6 functional trainer in person. After doing research online, we felt this was our best choice. Alan was our salesperson, and he really nailed it. He showed us gear and walked us through the perks of this equipment. He was knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase without being “that salesman”. We could not be happier with our decision. We have been using it almost every day and it performs perfectly. It is a real game changer for us.We also wanted to report that the set up/assembly was the best money we have spent in a while. Toi and Isaiah came to our place and were punctual, professional and sweet as could be. They were extremely knowledgable about the product and knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They set the entire trainer up in less than two hours and it was perfectly placed. They had us come down once to make sure everything was to our liking. They cleaned up all the packing material and left no trace of being there. We were so happy with their work! We would ask for them again if we ever move this equipment.We are very happy. It was absolutely the right decision and Fitness Outlet made it a flawless transaction.

We ordered a new home gym from The Fitness Outlet and from start to finish it was a great experience. The quality of the equipment was far better than we anticipated as its hard to tell online. The communication was fantastic and the installation was fantastic. The two installers that showed up, Toi and another person were so friendly and did such a fantastic job of showing us how to use the equipment etc. I normally dont take the time to write a review but felt I needed to on this one. Ordered a Life Fitness C3 exercise bike. Had unbelievable customer service!!! A+A+A+A+A+A+. Very easy, Parm was awesome. Her communication was fast at every turn! Shipped the bike the next day. Shipping was extremely fast! Will definitely order again from Fitness Outlet.

My husband and I have bought an indoor bike and an weight lifting station. The store had the bike in stock, but not the weight lifting equipment, so we asked to have the bike delivered first. We were ok to wait for the station. The sales person said that it wasn’t possibles as both equipment had to be shipped together. So we waited. Two months later, we got the station, but not the bike. Long story short: they sold our bike and don’t know when it will be in stock, and equipment will be delivered separately anyway. So be careful, with the high demand, some companies are prioritizing only sales, not customers needs.

I had already researched my choice of treadmill heavily and landed on a Landice L8. I called in to the Fitness Outlet and Alan was a huge help to put in an order over the phone and get a delivery/installation setup for just a short week or two out. The installer, Ryan H, was also great and professional. Alan even made sure to register the warranty for me. Super happy with the treadmill and seamless, fast and great experience across the board.

The equipment is wonderful---TRUE ES700 recumbent bike. I use it everyday. The ordering process was easy. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the equipment was shipped. The shipping process itself was not good---very difficult. The shipment arrived at least 1 week late. The shipper (Roadrunner Freight) claimed its truck had a mechanical breakdown. When it finally arrived, the box containing the bike was badly damaged and even had a hole torn in it. It was so bad the trucker did not even ask me to sign anything---he just hightailed it out. Fortunately when the installer arrived and the box was opened, there was no damage to the bike, Which I attribute to how TRUE packed the bike into the box. Fitness Outlet outlet customer service (Alyssa) was very good and checked in all the way. The installer, who I ordered thru Fitness Outlet, was also very good. I highly recommend you have Fitness Outlet arrange for the installation---it looked complicated for 1 person to do. Finally the free bike mat was 8 inches too short for the bike.

Rich helped tremendously. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and fantastic service! I picked up a treadmill and he helped me load it and everything. Wonderful experience.They also have a really nice showroom full of awesome equipment. I Highly recommend this team of professionals!

I bought an $1800 hack squat combo machine from this company that was delivered fairly quickly (that is where the positive experiences with this company end). Upon assembly the last step where the slid rails that hold the carriage are attached to the back frame I noticed that the pre drilled holes were drilled incorrectly. The top holes were spaced where the side holes should have been and vice versa. After going back and forth with their support people who reached out to the manufacturer they basically told me that i must have put it together wrong even though the pictures showed that even when shoved all the way in the to where the frame is metal on metal (which is already too far to be plumb so the rails would be square) the holes still cant line up( it would need to go another inch or so). The company reps are very nice and have been very responsive to my concerns which I appreciate very much however i still have an $1800 machine in my garage that i cant assemble or use. I guess the moral of the story is that this company is strictly a middle man for other manufacturers and if you end up with something that is defective you are going to be SOL. Again the service side people have been very nice and friendly but that doesn’t change the fact that I basically got screwed out of a bunch of money. Beware.

Purchased the True Fitness TPS300 from Alan. Love this treadmill. Service was superior at the store level and the team of guys that came to deliver it were fantastic. Treadmill was delivered on time, all my questions were answered and I was well taken care of during these crazy times! Highly recommend Fitness Outlet of Bellevue for your fitness needs!

Great experience at the Fitness Outlet in Bellevue. We purchased a Hoist functional trainer and the price was up there. Competitive, but a stretch for us. Alan worked well with us, got it ordered and ready for pick up in a timely manner especially considering the COVID wrinkles.He recommended two great guys, Ryan and Anthony for delivery and build-up of the trainer. Wow...these guys are impressive. They are experienced and efficient, two great qualities for a difficult piece of equipment with lots of detail and touch required to make it right.

Our experience at the Fitness Outlet-Bellevue could not have been better! The selection and Alans knowledge of his products are second to none. From his guidance on selection to the follow up and scheduling of delivery. Toi also did an outstanding job on the install giving us options on equipment placement and basic machine operation. We purchased a LifeFitness treadmill and a Hoist Mi6 Gym.

I worked with Alan, store manager on Friday. Decided on a Landis Treadmill and Life Fitness upright bike. He knew we wanted them quickly, and he said he had 2 treadmills in stock and I could get bike off the floor. I said I was pretty sure we would purchase, but I wanted to text my husband to make sure he didnt want to come in and try it out. I offered to let him help the other people in the store while I waited for a response and tried out rowing machines. 5 minutes later he told me he only had one of my treadmills after all, and had just sold it to the people I let him help! I was shocked and told him that was terrible customer service, he knew I wanted the treadmill. As I left, he followed me out of the store yelling and pleading with me, though never admitting any error in judgment. Wont go back there again!

Excellent customer service. The Schwinn bike I ordered was just as I had hoped it would be, and more! It came with all of the tools, nuts, bolts I needed to assemble it. You definitely can assemble it yourself in very little time. LOVE MY BIKE!!!

The sales person was very knowledgeable & genuinely helpful in finding the right Equipment we were looking for. no pressure. prices were great and the home delivery service was nice. Good follow-up post delivery. Will be buying a Cardio piece in the near future and plan on going straight to The Fitness Outlet - thank you!

Nice staff. Purchased a lifecycle as part of my triathalon training. I feel the brand name is good, and it does the job. There are some competitors now with more bells and whistles (on the bike side ) for comparable pricing. But overall pleased. The purchase I am most pleased about is the water rower that I purchased- manufactured in Rhode Island.Great device.

Have purchased many things from this store over the years, the Store Manager David has been there forever and is always very helpful when we come in. Great place to go to and be able to try equipment out and ask questions before buying, and dont forget to bring your running shoes!

Placed an order that came missing a piece. After multiple polite emails and phone calls never got a response from them.

They dont try to rob you actually they helped me to save 2-3k. Much appriciated.
