Look no where else if you are looking for buying a ring. The place is great and they have great selection. People are knowledgeable and patient with buyers. Tony helped us finding a perfect ring for my wife and did not rush us into making any decision. He gave us little crash course about the diamond and got us the perfect looking ring.Appointment:It is recommended. It is time consuming process if you are serious. It took us about 2 hours in the shop to select a perfect ring, diamond and go through the payment and paper work. Tony was with us the entire process and made the experience very personalized.Parking:It’s Bellevue so parking if difficult to find, they have parking garage entrance from behind the building. It’s retail parking but need not pay if you visiting R&B.

I had a great experience at Robbins brothers! If you are lucky enough to walk in and meet with Cheryl, you will walk away with a ton more knowledge about buying an engagement ring, and feel a lot more comfortable making your decision. Highly recommend.

Great experience getting wedding bands for my husband and myself. Sales person was helpful and patient. We cut it pretty close to the wedding date and they were able to resize my husbands ring very quickly so we could have it in time. Afterwards we realized it was still too big and came back to have the ring tightened some more, which the jeweler was able to do. Overall great experience. If you plan to go on the weekend, I recommend making an appointment, or just go on a weeknight.

If someone wants a certain shape diamond, you shouldnt try to talk them out of it by mentioning something they never noticed before. Poor customer service, I felt like they didnt care very much about what I wanted, more felt like they wanted to make as much money as possible. Once we mentioned our budget, the lady working with us seemed far less interested in being helpful. I personally wont go back and wouldnt recommend.

Absolutely 5/5 stars. My fiancé and I picked out my ring here a year ago after going to about four other stores in Bellevue. This place treated us so well. They were personable, professional, knew what to ask and how to earn trust. We ended up picking the first setting I tried on! I expressed I didnt want to pick the diamond and my fiance did and it turned out beautiful. Then almost a year later, we just got the ring cleaned and prongs re-tightened.The first matching wedding band I tried on was the one! Im so pleased yet again even though we were with Renee the first time and now just met Tony. The cleaning only took 10 minutes and we could watch through a window inside if we wanted to. I have to say, buying a ring with an engagement ring store was the best decision we made for it. The other places didnt really respect our budget or time saying they custom make rings and they didnt really have our style.

I was looking for my wedding ring almost 2 months in many places, so I decided Robbins has good quality and i expected that. been to the place 2 time before I choose and placedThe order for my ring so all 3 times they size my finger AND also I new I was 4.5 The lady Cheryl Yoos, an expert on rings also her office full of trophies of SALES; said that the ring i got is too thick and it wont fit me if we order that size, so she recommended a bigger size and I believed her. I wait for one month for it because it was an special order for my sizeWell happy, my order arrived i drove to the store almost an hour the surprise was the ring Didnt fit me they try to say because of the cold weather my finger was small, so I went out i realized my other ring fits just like always. When I went back to talk to them they try to make me PAY for some kind of bumps so my Ring that supposed to be new without any reparations. So now I know why Cheryl has many trophies of sales.. she makes people pay more and more!!!

We stopped by Robbins Brothers on a total whim and were impressed with their selections. They were super nice and accommodating. They had a large store with ample room and a variety of ring choices. When we we had selected a style of ring, we were taken into a private room to give out private information. They were all very professional and friendly. The only downside is that their advice left me confused. My future sister in law works in the medical field and uses a lot of hand sanitizer. The associate said that the alcohol would change the color of white gold and therefore, we should get platinum. We went to several other jewelers and asked about the same thing, but they all stated that hand sanitizer would not have that kind of effect. We are kind of confused. But besides this little controversy, this place was a great place to buy a ring. They provide excellent service!

We worked with Courtney on both engagement and wedding bands and she was so helpful! I think its safe to say neither of us were experts in this field. She did a great job of educating us on what we wanted and might want. She is very much a perfectionist when it came to each and every detail, and what other type of service would you want when it comes to your wedding rings?! She is honest about the products, obsessive over the exact right fit and great with thinking long term. She works with the style you like and doesnt pressure you into something you may not like in a year or two.I actually cracked my center diamond and when I went in was a bit freaked out! She was so great and very picky about finding us a great replacement that met the quality and standards (had 3 different center diamonds brought in before finding the right one!) of what wed paid for.Love working with her on the whole process and feel confident that our purchases will last a lifetime.Great facilities and amenities to make your experience relaxed and comfortable as well!Didnt finance w/them so no comment on that aspect.

I absolutely love this store! I was greeted within moments of entering, and they offered me coffee and cookies while I browsed around. Ive been to a few different jewelry stores, and really feel like this one is the best. They have a beautiful selection of rings - nothing cookie cutter - and they even do custom work! Also, the people working in the store are so friendly, you literally feel like youve made new friends while looking at diamonds! Elaine was so helpful and friendly - I felt like we could easily go get coffee together after my purchase! I will definitely recommend this store to anyone shopping for something sparkly!

I have a unique jewelry style, so the ability to customize my own ring (proposal with the stone in a temporary setting) was perfect for me. Courtney was an amazing guide. We worked with their local designer/artist on ideas and sketches until we had the final piece. I was able to make small changes and approvals every step of the way. They were even able to incorporate some small heirloom diamonds from my mother-in-law. I highly recommend considering a custom ring. I have never received such incredible customer service--this place wowed me from the moment I walked in and still wows me three years later. The staff is helpful, kind, creative and they genuinely want you to find exactly what you want at the price point you desire. Cant say enough good about them.But I do have to mention a couple things--Cheryl helped us pick out my engagement ring. Gave us her number in case we had any questions or concerns (we live an hour away from this location) and was a constant help. Long story short, my ring set was complicated and ended up needing more work than expected. They made it seamless, it turned out perfect. Within the past two years, my husband has gone back twice and both times, Cheryl has had the perfect things picked out before he even got there.All this to say--if you are looking for incredible quality in jewelry, customer service, people and experience, look no further. I cannot rave enough about our experience at RB in Bellevue. My (now) fiance and I went into the shop to casually look at rings together one day, and I made a few comments about certain minor details I liked about different rings while we were there.To my surprise (months later), my fiance proposed and the engagement ring was literally customized based on the minor remarks I had made during our quick time there (to the T, it was crazy!). A highly disappointing experience. This company took one of the happiest moments of our lives and ruined it. The products were misrepresented. The store manager lied to us. It cost us a lot of time and heartache. These are not insignificant purchases, I recommend finding company that is concerned about you as the customer and less about the bottom line and swindling the sale through misrepresentation.

I bought 3 rings from here about 3 years ago and their service has been amazing since the first day I walked in the door till now everytime I come in for ring cleanings. This is the only place I recommend for anyone buying engagement rings the selection is beautiful and the experience will be easier and more enjoyable than grocery shopping with your buddies guys if you dont know what your woman wants she wont be disappointed with anything you bring from this place and it wont cost you an arm and a leg.

Last December, I surprised my wife with a 10 year anniversary ring from Robbins Brothers. The whole process was painless and Courtney was a pleasure to work with. We loved going to EE Robbins in Bellevue. We worked closely with Courtney and Brant in choosing our rings and our diamonds. They are very professional and took the time to get to know us as a couple. We got my engagement ring here Dec 23 last year, we recently got married and bought our wedding rings here as well. Service plan covers everything even replacement for lost or stolen diamond etc. oh and free cleanings! I would highly recommend the echo diamond solitaire, so sparkly and romantic. I love my rings! go to Bellevue if you want an excellent staff and a special, no pressure experience.

After having such a great experience purchasing a wedding ring, I knew this was the place we wanted to get our wedding bands. Both times we worked with Courtney, and I couldnt have been more happy. Courtney was amazing. The ring I wanted to look at wasnt in this store (read that it was in California). She overnight shipped it to the store, along with the stone I anticipated putting in it. Knowing we have a 2 hour drive to get to the store, she scheduled an appointment to come view it. When I did in fact fall in love with it, she managed to get the jeweler to resize the ring and set the stone so I could leave with it (resulting in a 3 hour wait in Bellevue, but we found things to do). I appreciated her thoughtfulness and desire to make things easier for us. Would definitely recommend.

I went to a few local jewelers including Shane Co (not bad) and Jareds (Really bad) and EE Robbins was by far the best experience. I had spent a lot of time researching diamonds online, and they had just the stone I was looking for. Plus, the staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They really made me feel special as a customer. They were also able to get my ring mailed overnight as soon as it was ready, as I had to leave for San Diego a day after I selected the ring.Their prices are competitive, even compared to online merchants. The two folks I worked with were Courtney and Tony, both of whom are terrific.

Im on the fence with this place. My wife and I ordered custom wedding rings back when it was E.E. Robbins and we had an excellent time designing and receiving the rings. After we got our rings is when things went south.Our rings had a brushed finish and we were told that if they were polished flat it would be removing the gold and that we shouldnt do that. They also recommend you bring in your ring for cleaning to their location.The first time we went in for a cleaning they polished the rings flat. The very thing they told us NOT TO DO. We mentioned to them that we never asked for them to be polished, just cleaned. They apologized and redid the finish with the brushed finish. This lost us gold on our expensive custom rings.Then we came in again and they made the exact same mistake and told us that it was our fault for not calling out that it needed a brushed finish. You custom made these rings for us and have the information on file. Why cant you bother to look up the info after I give you my name when I enter your location to ensure you are cleaning the rungs correctly. To put this entirely on the customer seems lazy. I didnt bother to get the brushed finish put back on because I didnt feel like losing more gold on my ring due to another mistake on their behalf.The last time I came in, I made sure to tell the lady that was working that the ring has a brushed finish and please do NOT polish it flat. She mentioned the jeweler was out, but that she could clean the ring up for me really quick.I should have walked out then, but I didnt. When I got my ring back the tool she used to create the brushed finished actually damaged the design on my ring. They have been completely unapologetic and unwilling to do anything to fix this. I will never come here again for any cleanings.Update:The New Store manager contacted me and offered to fix the damage that was done. Ive received it back and its still not the same as when I got it new, but I might be able to live with it as it is. Going to give it a week and see if it bugs me. Happy to bump the review up to a 4. Thanks to Molly for trying to make this right!

Excellent service and great selection! We went to three other stores before coming here. The other stores had a very small selection and nothing looked unique. We were also hearing lots of things they could not do for us. When we came here we got all our questions answered and everything we asked them to do, they were able to accomplish.

9/18/19 UPDATE - I got a call from another sales associate that was actually there the day this transpired. She was very very sweet and had great customer service skills. She profusly apologized for the less than stellar expirience my fiance and I had. I wished we wouldve had our appointment with her! It is also unfortunate she had to be the one to call and apologize when it was not her fault. She understood where I was coming from. It is also unfortunate because we were going to walk in there and buy two rings, we just wanted to see them first. We have already contacted another A Jaffe Dealer and have an appointment set to look at the ring. Updated from 1 to 2 stars.My fiancé and I were looking for the wedding band that matches my engagement ring we purchased (from another company) 3 years ago, they no longer sell A Jaffe (designer of the engagement ring) but Robins Brothers are A Jaffe dealers. We were so excited to find a local place that could get the wedding band that matches the engagement ring. We called and schedule an appointment with Sheryl, who was not very friendly over the phone, granted it was right before closing time but I thought hey maybe she had a long day. She scheduled us with Renee at 2pm. We arrived a little early and waited around for 10 min and no one offered to help us so I had to walk up to the counter and ask for help, she seemed flustered and like she didn’t have time to talk besides it took her 30 seconds to even look up and see me standing there. It was Renee, she said she was just finishing up with her previous appointment, I said no worries that’s fine. Walked away and waited at least another 15 minutes and had to walk back to the counter to ask another person what was going on and she was also helping Renee with this other customer. Which is fine because I wouldn’t want someone to leave my appointment early or rush me either, however it would be nice while waiting to be offered some water etc, instead I had to try to check myself in and check back in to see what was going on. Renee finally comes back out, says she’s going to look for the ring, minutes pass by, another worker says she will go look for her then they finally both come back out saying they don’t have the ring we ordered in to look at....... after all that... driving almost an hour for this appointment they scheduled and they don’t even have the ring. Then she starts to give me an excuse that someone else was supposed to order it and didn’t and she had asked someone on her “day off” to order it and they’re “having issues” with their vendor. But was I ever given a courtesy call about that? Nope. I work in customer service, scheduling specifically, you don’t schedule unless you know you’ll have the product ready and if something happens in between, you call that customer and let them know. We’d have no problem if they had let us know, we would’ve rescheduled because things happen. But to let it fall through the cracks like that and have lack of customer service and tardiness on the first meeting on top of not even having the ring left a sour taste in our mouths and we will have to find another dealer to get the ring from. Extremely disappointed and would never spend money here. What’s the purpose of an appointment if they’re going to be late? And not have the item you scheduled the appointment specially to see? Regardless of the lack luster customer service, even if they had been 100% on top of their game... they didn’t even have the ring in that we SCHEDULED THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT FOR!! Would’ve been a nice quick easy sale because we were going to purchase two of them we just wanted to see it in person first!!

I 100% suggest buying your engagement ring and wedding bands from Robbins brothers. Me and my fiancée had been searching up and down to find a place that we could get a sapphire engagement ring. Not only did they find the literally perfect sapphire with the exact color we were looking for but it was a few thousand dollars under the budget we gave them. They are also invested in our lives too. Rene, the employee that helped us has kept in contact and has asked questions of our venue and how things are going. She asks us to come in so she could get our rings cleaned. I can not over state how happy I am with Robbins Brothers.They truly care about you and not just your business.

They were able to help him buy a band with a CZ in temporarily to propose, which allowed us to come back together to pick out the real diamond. This was a fantastic idea and I am so happy they were able to suggest this to my husband! Benjamin was patient and very helpful and knowledgeable when working with us to pick the perfect diamond.As we live on the eastside, the Bellevue location was more convenient for future visits. My husband and I worked with Courtney to pick out my wedding band, as well as my husbands band and later a play ring for him as he is very outdoorsy. Courtney was very personable, knowledgeable and patient which was very important to us when picking out our rings. We LOVED working with Courtney and will definitely go back and visit her for any future needs.Everything about our experience at Robbins Brothers was perfect! They have great products. And good service but when it comes to finacing with them..... DONT DO IT. Their finacing is a scam and opens up a credit line with a limit so close to the amount financed that it dropped my credit score 60 points. Pay it on your rewards credit card or something so you can at least get something more tangible than a surprise credit score update. They would get a better score if this had been explained, i thought i was dealing with a lender not opening a revolvong line of credit.

Three things in particular stood out: the selection of rings and diamonds was very impressive and beyond what I experienced at other jewelers; the sales staff was very informative, so if you desire an understanding - an education, almost - of diamonds/rings you will be pleased with the clear and structured approach to valuing a diamond; the diamontologist who I partnered with, Cheryl Yoos, was empathetic and able to approach the process with our budget and stylistic preferences foremost in mind.

This was the best jewelery store I had encountered after searching for a ring for a month. I met a sales associate named Amir who was amazing, intelligent and supportive of every wish I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I wasnt even prepared to buy a ring I was just going to look, but Amir was so amazing I didnt want to leave the store till I had one. I was just going to browse since I had planned to ask in a few weeks and Amir was so amazing that I wanted a ring that day, he wasnt pushy, he just loves his job and he was knowledgeable!

Our entire experience was perfect, including their coordination with a NYC designer for the engagment ring, the same day re-sizing when my fiance was in town for the weekend, and deadlines recently met for a custom pair of wedding bands I designed to match my brides engagmemt ring.I accidentally phoned the designer/fabricator Julian in their Bellevue store and he knew my name and already was on the CAD/CAM modeling so knew exactly what I was after for the wedding bands. We talked, he revised the 3D modeling of the pieces and emailed models within a couple of hours to meet the casting deadlines for our wedding.Everybody was great! And if thirsty, there is always a glass of wine or coffee waiting.I really appreciated their attitude is about the rings, the designs, the 20,000 foot view in liue of the usual at a jewellery store; How much do you have to spend leader into the relationship.Awesome, and awesome.
