The nicest pharmacist, Tuan. He was super busy and still squeezed me in for my flu shot. He was also really nice to people asking about the booster. I am so impressed! Too bad apparently they are closing the store. He was kind and amazing

Do not interact with Jasbir, especially if you look ethnically ambiguous at all or have obvious tattoos. She will literally follow you around the whole store, staring at you. I came here with my boyfriend and she followed him around, and when we asked her if there was a problem, she said “no” and kept standing 2 feet away from us, still staring. Then she also asked, “Are you going to pay for that?” Which we felt was rude and beyond inappropriate. If you want to get profiled, come here. I was really disappointed by this behavior.

Mr. Mahendra went above and beyond to help me out today. He was a total gent – his customer service was spot on. I’ve been a customer here for years and am always impressed with their customer service. Prompt and friendly!

Absolutely 5 star to the this Rite Aid pharmacy!I have been coming here for the last couple of months and will keep coming as long as the main pharmacist works there. Her name is Maryna and she has this beautiful European accent, positive attitude. I am always happy to buy vitamins or supplements she recommends because she seems very knowledgeable about these products.The service is pretty fast and professional.I am very pleased to have quality people in the neighborhood.

This store is notorious for very poor service.  My wife recently went in to purchase cosmetics in order to use a Rite Aid $10 off coupon she found in the newspaper. When she went to check out with an amount of cosmetics that met the minimum requirements, Carol was told she would be provided with a coupon worth $10 for the purchase of other items rather than $10 off the amount she was attempting to purchase. Instead, she just left the items on the counter and went home.It gets worse.  A few days later we saw a $10 Rite Aid coupon in the newspaper that was exactly the same as the one my wife had tried to use before. After carefully reading the coupon fineprint to ensure that we had correctly interpreted the guidelines (we had), I wrote the national Rite Aid customer service center online to complain about the problem. Several days have passed without a response, making it clear that we are not even going to receive even basic courtesy from this company.We are done with Rite Aid. Learn from our experience and go to a different drug store.ADD: I have already contacted the Rite Aid customer service center as plainly stated in my original review and received no reply. I contacted the customer service again this past Friday, April 10th. As of this writing (late Monday evening, April 12th), they have again not responded. The ball is in your court.

The pharmacists there are really nice and were able to give me the COVID vaccine. They did it really quickly and barely any pain.

Ive been living in Bellevue for many years and Im gonna tell you that thats the best pharmacy the neighborhood. They always have everything Im looking for and the people who work there are really pleasant and go above and beyond.

Amazing customer service and outstanding pharmacists. Any time I visit I have a great time, whether I buy a nail polish of fill my prescriptions. I wish they stay as long as possible in downtown Bellevue considering all the construction going on there.Highly recommend this drugstore.Thank you for being open during this time.

I try not to find a reason to come here, but its really cheap. I dont like coming here because its super old-looking inside, especially compared to the rest of the area. It is clean though, like the other reviewer said. I dont know why its listed as two dollar signs. Coupons in the mail combine with manufacturer Sunday paper coupons making for some really good deals.

Their pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. The Asian gal that was working was so rude to me today because I let her know I had been calling the pharmacy all day and no-one answered the phone so I had to drive there to ask a question. She snapped at me and said, I am all alone here and then proceeded to help the person behind me and ignored me. I have never been treated so rudely. Will never go back.

This is the worst customer service oriented rite aide pharmacy in the area. There is a Scandinavian pharmacist who’s simply never been trained on customer service. I have no idea how or why she’s still employed here. This is the last time I’m refilling any prescriptions at this location.Also they don’t answer the phone when you select the option to speak to a pharmacist but when you walk into the store to the pharmacy area, the staff are busy giggling amongst themselves or engaged on their phones, ignoring calls. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist at this pharmacy is the slowest and most incompetent I have ever seen. Starting 15 minutes before closing, 3 customers were waiting in line to pick up prescriptions, which seems like a simple thing to do but it took are over 45 minutes to help the 3 customers, which meant she turned away 3 other customers that all came before closing time. One man walked out in front of me because he was tired of waiting for so long.

Always receive excellent services there.

Read others complaints, which I get, but what Ive found is a place thats clean and tidy. Things are easy to find, brand name merchandise are slightly high for some things, while other things a cheaper. Just a luck of the draw. Ive found the staff pleasant and friendly.

The collection of items here isnt great. But I like it because its conveniently located from my place. They have an Amazon Locker which is great.

Went through rain and wind, and couldnt buy a simple cream. Just because :(

Pharmacy hours are not correctly listed here. Its open until 8pm on weeknights, 5pm on Saturday, and 6pm on Sunday.

Okay. Average Rite Aid. Customer service isnt all that great. Store is a but dingy. But they did have what I needed and I thank you for that.

I rarely post reviews but seeing that I just got off the phone a minute ago from a very rude and impolite pharmacist I just had to. I felt immediately rushed during my phone call which lasted one whole minute with hardly any customer service approach, I was asked with what do you need in a very demeaning tone only to be hung up on without me finishing my sentence. I will not be coming or calling to this Rite Aid in the future.

Uggghhh ... is this the next building to get torn down? I think it should be.
